Exclusive Feature: The travel fit craze is getting bigger, I've reported in this column on various hotels who kicked off 2014 with new fitness initiatives, ranging from tech-advanced hotel gyms to virtual training programs, running clubs and celebrity instructor-led training sessions.

Now, halfway through the year, another hotel brand has launched their new fitness program, aimed at attracting the lifestyle traveler who is always on the go.

W Hotels Worldwide announced  FIT with Tara Stiles, is a new partnership Stiles that focuses on building a "non-traditional approach to working out while on the road." The its first-ever fitness program for W Hotels will be available globally to all 45 of the brand's hotels and resorts.

The fitness program will include a set of curated in-room workout videos, in-room tip cards with quick fixes to get camera-ready for an evening out, and an exclusive series of FIT with Tara Stiles packages that will be available at W Retreats around the world, including resorts in Verbier, Vieques, Bali & the Maldives

"The W guest has a true ‘work hard, play hard' mentality and wants to look fabulous yet have fun while getting fit," said Paul James, Global Brand Leader, W Hotels, St. Regis and The Luxury Collection, in a press release. "Through our partnership with Tara Stiles, we've created an energetic program designed to celebrate the body and provide 24/7 access to an interactive workout that can easily be incorporated into the busiest of jet-setting lifestyles."

Those who are familiar with the W Brand already know about FIT, the brand's global gym concept.  This partnership is an extension of that, which will offer four exclusive workouts in every W room and suite around the world. The workouts include:

Need a Boost? Whether you want to kick-start your day or night, give your body an energetic lift with a quick yoga fix. Try dancer pose for an instant surge of vitality.

Feeling Jet-Lagged? Get relaxed and ready to rock straight from the runway with a quick yoga fix. Try pigeon pose to open your hips and soothe your back.

Big Night Out? Get amped for evening by adding a quick yoga fix to your primping routine. Try an easy side stretch to get you relaxed and ready for party-mode.

Need to Recover? Whether feeling tired or had one-too-many the night before, amp up energy with a quick yoga fix. Try an easy, seated twist for an instant boost.

And what's a new program without a social media push? To help kick off the campaign, W Hotels launched #PoseWhenever. All you have to do is strike a yoga pose and upload it to Instagram (@WHotels) with the hashtag #PoseWhenever and you'll be entered for the chance to win a spot at the FIT with Tara Stiles retreat at W Retreat & Spa – Bali Seminyak. The contest will be open until July 1.
