Rabih Melhem is spearheading our Middle East expansion and is a distinguished hospitality executive and strategic advisor with over 30 years of experience in the global hospitality industry, spanning the United States and the Middle East.

His career includes senior leadership roles across key regional markets, notably the United Arab Emirates, Muscat (Oman), and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, where he has successfully led and advised luxury hotel operations in diverse and highly competitive environments.

Rabih has been associated with some of the world’s most respected international hotel brands, including Hyatt Hotels, Marriott Hotels (previously Starwood Hotels & Resorts), Taj Hotels, and Rotana Hotels, gaining deep insight into varied operating models, brand standards, and ownership structures.
