The Rose Rotana Hotel, a soaring 72 floor tower structure, 333 metres high with 480 luxurious rooms, suites and penthouses will be the world's tallest all-suites hotel when it opens in January 2008.

Rotana Hotels has been working closely with the owner to develop a hotel building that is set to be a dramatic addition to the scenery on the magnificent Sheikh Zayed road.

The property will boast the most up to date technology, a variety of food and beverage venues, meeting rooms, business facilities, a state-of-the-art fitness centre, outdoor swimming pool, sauna and steam room.

Rose Rotana Suites will be within walking distance of the Financial City, the Convention Centre and the Exhibition Halls and each studio and suite will have its own kitchenette, high-speed internet connection, multi-channel satellite television, IDD telephone with voicemail, mini fridge and mini safe.

The second Dubai property, scheduled to open in March 2008, is Rotana's first resort in Dubai, Amwaj Rotana Resort, Jumeirah. Located on Jumeirah beach, the resort will be part of the new Jumeirah Beach Residence complex and is a significant move into the resort arena for Rotana Hotels in Dubai.

The property will consist of 301 deluxe rooms and suites, flexible and multipurpose ballroom and meeting rooms and state-of-the-art fitness facilities.

In addition the resort will have an all-day dining restaurant serving international cuisine, a pool-side bar and lobby lounge, an Italian restaurant and a Japanese restaurant and sushi bar.  All restaurants will have outdoor terraces for al fresco dining.  Guests will also have access to a beautiful beach.

In February 2008, Rotana will open Media Rotana Hotel, a four star plus deluxe hotel located at the heart of Dubai's business hub. Media Rotana Hotel will offer 467 rooms and suites, a vast array of food and beverage venues and flexible, state of the art meeting rooms and business services.

Guests wishing to keep fit during their stay will be able to take advantage of the Bodylines fitness centre with professional instructors, as well as the private swimming pool, sauna, steam room and massage services.

Finally, the second quarter of 2008 will also see the completion of Al Sufouh Suites. The property will offer 167 one, two and three bedroom suites equipped with the latest in-room technology from wireless connectivity to entertainment and personal amenities, innovatively styled bathrooms and strategically placed room lighting and controls.
