John Pritzker, having combined Joie de Vivre Hotels and Thompson Hotels to create Commune Hotels & Resorts, has named Niki Leondakis Chief Executive Officer. For the past 20 years, she was with Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants, most recently as President and Chief Operating Officer.

Hershey Entertainment & Resorts has promoted William Simpson Jr. to Chief Executive Officer, taking over from Ted Kleisner who is retiring. Simpson was most recently the company's President and Chief Operating Officer. He joined Hershey in 1996 as General Manager of the Hershey Lodge and Convention Center.

Four Seasons Denver General Manager Thierry Kennel has been promoted to Regional Vice-President. He will continue as General Manager of the Four Seasons Denver and his regional responsibilities include Mexico City, Palo Alto and St. Louis.

Dirk Burghartz has moved as General Manager to the Four Seasons Washington, D.C. taking over from Christian Clerc now overseeing the Four Seasons Georges Cinq. Burghartz was most recently the General Manager of the Four Seasons Houston. He is the former Hotel Manager for the Four Seasons New York.

Guilhermo Costa will take over from Burghartz as General Manager of the Four Seasons Houston in January. He was previously the General Manager of the Four Seasons Ritz Lisbon.

Jeff David has joined the Knickerbocker in New York as pre-opening Managing Director. He was most recently with the Viceroy Anguilla as General Manager. He is the former General Manager of the Viceroy Snowmass and Viceroy Palm Springs.

Richard Alexander takes over from David with a promotion to General Manager of the Viceroy Anguilla. Alexander was most recently serving the property as Resort Manager. He is the former General Manager of the Marylebone Hotel in London.

Akis Neocleous is now in Argentina as General Manager of the Vines Resort and Spa, slated to open next August. He is the former Resort Manager at Las Ventanas al Paraíso.

Philip Real will be opening as General Manager the American Trade Hotel in the old quarter of Panama City. Real served as General Manager of the Lodge at Kura Hulanda in Curacao. He is a former Director of Food and Beverage at the Four Seasons Palm Beach.

Shawn Jervis has been promoted to the newly created position of General Manager at Terranea Resort. He joined the resort in 2009 as Director of Operations and Food and Beverage. He previously spent nine years at the Ritz-Carlton Kapalua.

Donald Bowman has been appointed General Manager of the Mandarin Oriental San Francisco, taking over from Cliff Atkinson. Bowman was most recently overseeing the Carmel Valley Ranch. This is a return to Mandarin Oriental for Bowman who had previously served as opening Hotel Manager at the Mandarin Oriental Las Vegas, before taking on the role of General Manager, opening Ian Schrager's PUBLIC Chicago.

Janne Clare has joined Modus Hotels in Washington, D.C. as Vice President of Operations. Clare is the former General Manager for the Viceroy Santa Monica and the Avalon in Beverly Hills.

Jim Mauer has been named General Manager of the Bonaventure Resort & Spa in Fort Lauderdale. He is the former General Manager of the Marriott Harbor Beach Resort & Spa in Fort Lauderdale. 

Darryl Jett has been named General Manager at the W Dallas - Victory Hotel. This is a return to the W brand for Jett, who previously served as General Manager of the W Atlanta at Perimeter Center and Director of Operations at the W Chicago Lakeshore. Most recently, he had been the Hotel Manager at the Westin Peachtree Plaza. 

Stephen Hilliard has been appointed Managing Director at the Omni Mount Washington Resort. He was most recently with the St. Joe Company as Senior Vice President, Operations.

Jay Rosenthal has been named General Manager for the W Hotels of Chicago, taking over for Heather Steenge-Hart who is now the General Manager of the St. Regis Aspen. Rosenthal was most recently overseeing the Westin O'Hare. He held the same position with the W Hotels of Chicago from 2002 to 2005.

Troy Longwith has been appointed General Manager for the Heathman Hotel. He was most recently at the Tulalip Resort Casino as Acting Executive Vice President for Hotel Operations.

Attila Gyulai has joined Embeya in Chicago as Partner. He was most recently with the Elysian Hotel (now the Waldorf-Astoria Chicago) as Director of Operations. He is the former Director of Food and Beverage at the Four Seasons Gresham Palace Budapest.

Michael McGuigan has been named General Manager of the DoubleTree by Hilton O'Hare Rosemont. He was most recently overseeing the Chicago Marriott Suites Deerfield.

Hal Leonard has been named General Manager of the Hilton Santa Fe Buffalo Thunder and Homewood Suites by Hilton Santa Fe-North. He was most recently with Canyons as Vice President of Lodging and Property Management where he oversaw the operations of the Grand Summit Hotel, the Silverado Lodge and the Sundial Lodge.

The Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group, announced the promotion of Suzanne Riesterer to Chief Commercial Officer. Since 2009, she served as Executive Vice President, Finance and Administration, responsible for the finance, legal and strategic sourcing functions for the five brands of the Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group in the Americas.

Joe Aguilera has been promoted to Hotel Manager at the soon-to-open Langham Chicago. He had joined the hotel early in the year as Director of Sales and Marketing. He is the former Vice President of Sales for Elysian Hotels & Resorts. He had previously spent 19 years in sales and marketing positions with Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts.

Franco Pedone has moved up as Director of Operations at the Viceroy Miami. He joined the property in 2011 as Director of Residences. He had previously served in rooms management positions for the Rosewood Mayakoba and the Hotel Principe di Savoia.

Laurent Chevalier has joined Marc USA in New York as Director of Operations. He was most recently the General Manager of Café Boulud in Palm Beach.

White Lodging has appointed Carrie Rosencrans Regional Vice President of Operations. For the past five years, she had served as Area Director for Courtyard, Residence Inn and SpringHill Suites.

Martin Mariano has joined the JW Marriott Essex House as Director of Food and Beverage. He is the former Director of Food and Beverage for the Ritz-Carlton Philadelphia and Assistant Director of Food and Beverage at the Ritz-Carlton Central Park South.

The Turnberry Isle Miami has named Monti Felaya Director of Food and Beverage. He was most recently in the same post at New York-New York Las Vegas Hotel & Casino.

David Edwards is now in Asheville, North Carolina, overseeing food and beverage for the Grove Park Inn. He was most recently the Corporate Director Food and Beverage for Club Quarters. Edwards is the former Executive Director Food and Beverage at Trump Soho and the KNR Restaurant Group.

Andrew Wiekenberg transfers as Director of Food and Beverage from the Mandarin Oriental Las Vegas to the Mandarin Oriental Washington, D.C. He also served as Director of Food and Beverage at the Mandarin Oriental Macau.

Caesars Entertainment has named Donald Colvin Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer. He is the former Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer of ON Semiconductor Corporation.

Destination Hotels & Resorts has appointed Chris Miller Vice President Hospitality Investments. He joined (parent company) Lowe Enterprises in 2007 as Vice President Project Finance. He had previously spent time with Cascade Investment and Credit Suisse First Boston.

Deborah Pierce has joined Full House Resorts as Chief Financial Officer. She takes over from Mark Miller who remains in his current role of Chief Operating Officer. Since 2005, Pierce has served as Chief Financial Officer for the Hooters Casino Hotel in Las Vegas. She is the former Vice President of Finance for Ameristar Casinos and Vice President of Finance for the Silverton Casino.

Benchmark Hospitality has named Vince Mennella Vice President of Finance. He was most recently Divisional Vice President and Regional Controller with Sage Hospitality.

Toni Bau is now in Monterey as Director of Finance at the Portola Hotel and Spa. She was most recently the Controller for the Hotel Erwin in Venice Beach. Bau is the former Area Controller for Viceroy overseeing both the Avalon and Maison 140 in Beverly Hills.

Timothy Metarko has been named Controller for the Snow King Resort in Jackson Hole. He was most recently the Director of Finance for Vail Resorts.

The Gansevoort Hotel Group has appointed Cornell graduate Adam Shindler to the post of Vice President, Acquisitions and Development. He had held similar roles with LXR and Hyatt as a member of the pre-opening team for the Hotel Victor.

Jesse Luis has been appointed as Vice President of Development for North America with Dolce Hotels and Resorts, based in New Jersey. Since 2008, he had been with Choice Hotels International as Vice President, Real Estate Development Services. Previously, the Cornell graduate had been with Marriott International for more than a decade, departing as Vice President North America Real Estate.

John Egelhoff has joined HPN Global in Aspen as Vice President Global Accounts. He is the former Director of Marketing at the Hotel Madeline, the Inn at Lost Creek and the Viceroy Snowmass.

Loews Hotels & Resorts has promoted David Wiener to Senior Vice President, Sales to be based in New York. He joined Loews in 2010 as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for the Western Region. He is the former Regional Director, Sales and Marketing for Fairmont Hotels.

Benchmark Hospitality has promoted Ted Davis to Chief Sales and Marketing Officer. He joined the group in 2010 and most recently held the post of Senior Vice President Sales and Marketing. He is the former Vice President Sales and Marketing for Noble House Hotels & Resorts. 

Benchmark Hospitality has named Eric Gavin Regional Vice President of Sales and Marketing. He was most recently Regional Director of Sales and Marketing for Morgans Hotel Group, based in New York. He is the former Vice President Marketing for Noble House Hotels & Resorts.

Darlene Monzo has been appointed Senior Vice President, Marketing at Revel. Most recently, Monzo was Vice President, Marketing for Parx Casino.

Jaime Huttrer-Herick has been promoted to Director of Sales and Marketing at the Ritz-Carlton Bachelor Gulch. She had previously served the resort as Director of Group Sales, and most recently, Director of National Accounts. She is the former Director of Sales at the Vail Cascade Resort & Spa.

Michael Law is the new Director of Marketing at the Four Seasons New York, following seven years at the Four Seasons Boston in the same role. Law originally joined the company as Director of Sales at the Four Seasons Toronto. In New York, Law takes over from Gloria Lloyd, who has been promoted.

With Michael Law's recent move to the Four Seasons New York as Director of Marketing, Michelle Ray was promoted to Director of Marketing at the Four Seasons Boston. Since 2003, she had been the hotel's Director of Sales.

Erik Dombroski has been named Director of Sales and Marketing for the Gateway Canyons Resort. He was most recently the Director of Sales at the Topnotch Resort and Spa.

Nik Pereira has been appointed Director of Sales for the Westin Portland Harborview Hotel in Maine, scheduled to reopen in Spring 2014. He had previously served as Account Director at the Boston Park Plaza Hotel and Towers. 

Ashley Ponciroli has joined the Luxe Los Angeles at City Center as Sales Manager. She had previously served in sales positions for Mr. C Beverly Hills and the Langham Huntington.

Lauren House has been named Sales Manager for the Westin Hilton Head Island Resort & Spa. She is the former Leisure and Business Group Sales Manager for the Ritz-Carlton Denver.

Rachel Reber has returned to the Heathman Hotel to take the post of Sales Manager. She had previously served as a Personal Concierge for the hotel before joining the sales team at the Portland Marriott Downtown Waterfront. 

Brent Duncan has been appointed Director of Catering and Conference Services at the Four Seasons Westlake Village. He is the former Director of Catering and Conference Services at the Four Seasons Whistler and the Four Seasons Resorts Lanai.

Al Smyth has been named Director of Events for the Hotel Vitale. He last served as Director of Catering and Catering Sales at the Fairmont San Francisco. He is the former Director of Event Sales and Design at the Clift.

Albert Charbonneau comes home to Los Angeles to open Hakkasan Beverly Hills, across the street from Bouchon. He was most recently overseeing Culinary Concepts by Jean-Georges at the W Washington, D.C. Charbonneau is the former Director of Food and Beverage of the Viceroy Miami, the former Raffles L'Ermitage, the Hollywood Roosevelt and Shutters on the Beach.

Thomas Keller's French Laundry has named David Breeden Executive Chef. He is taking over from Timothy Hollingsworth who has worked at the restaurant for more than ten years. Breeden was most recently in New York serving Keller as Executive Sous Chef at Per Se.

Roberto Neri is the new Executive Chef at the Viceroy Miami. He is the former Executive Sous Chef for the Four Seasons Biltmore Santa Barbara.

Paul McCabe has been appointed Executive Chef at La Valencia in La Jolla. He is the former Executive Chef for L'Auberge del Mar, and Top of the Cove.

Bertrand Bouquin has been promoted Executive Chef at the Broadmoor, taking over from Sigi Eisenberger who is retiring. Bouquin has been with the resort for the past five years and is the previous Executive Chef at Maisonette in Cincinnati.

The Royal Palms Resort and Spa in Phoenix has named Todd Sicolo Executive Chef.  The CIA graduate was most recently serving as Executive Chef of the Arizona Biltmore Resort & Spa. He is the former Executive Sous Chef for the Boca Raton Resort & Spa.

Paul Dubuque has joined the Andover Inn as Executive Chef. He most recently served as Executive Chef for both Cobblestones in Lowell and Moonstones in Chelmsford.

The Westin Hilton Head Island Resort & Spa has appointed Edward Connors Executive Chef.  He was most recently the Executive Chef for the Members Club of the PGA National Resort and Spa.

Vincent Pellegrini has been appointed Executive Chef at the Hyatt Regency Aruba. He had previously served in culinary positions for the Grand Hyatt São Paulo, the Hyatt Regency Trinidad and, most recently, the Hyatt Regency Curaçao.

The Omni Amelia Island Plantation has named Daven Wardynski Executive Chef. He was most recently the Executive Chef at the Omni Chicago. He had previously cooked for The Pump Room and TRU.

Benjamin Elgrably has joined the Montage Deer Valley overseeing the Vista Lounge and Terrace. He was most recently the Director of Restaurants at the Ritz-Carlton Chicago. He is the former Restaurant Manager for Gardens and Lounge Manager for Windows, both at the Four Seasons Los Angeles at Beverly Hills.

After 19 years with Wolfgang Puck as Executive Pastry Chef at Spago, Sherry Yard is leaving to team up with Sang Yoon (Father's Office, Lukshon) to revive the Helms Bakery in Culver City. Della Gossett, formerly of Charlie Trotter's, takes over for Yard at Spago.

Cody Webber has been named Food and Beverage Manager at the Andover Inn. He was most recently the Food and Beverage Supervisor for the Wyndham Boston Andover, as well as Manager for Moonstones Restaurant of Chelmsford.

Santa Barbara's El Encanto Resort has named Stephanie Phelan Spa Director. She is the former Spa Director at the Balboa Bay Club Resort in Newport Beach.

EUROPE

John Scott has been named President and Chief Executive Officer at Orient-Express Hotels in London. He was most recently President and Chief Executive Officer of Rosewood Hotels & Resorts.

Philippe Bijaoui has been appointed Vice President Development Europe at InterContinental Hotels Group. For the past five years, he had been with Rezidor as Vice President Business Development for Southern and Eastern Europe and head of the Hotel Missoni brand globally.

Romain Meiran is back in France as General Manager at the Cheval Blanc in Courchevel. He was previously the Assistant General Manager at the Royal Mansour, the Hotel Meurice and the Hôtel de Crillon. Meiran is also a former Director of Sales at the Plaza-Athénée.

Mark Jacob has been promoted to Managing Director at the Dolder Grand in Zürich, taking over from Thomas Schmid. Jacob, a Lausanne graduate, joined the hotel in 2007 and was most recently serving as Resident Manager.

Christine Hodder takes over as General Manager of the (Kempinski) Stafford in London from Leon Baum. She recently served as Vice President with Regent International after opening the Puli Hotel in Shanghai and the Amara on Singapore's Sentosa Island.

Spencer Yeo has been appointed General Manager at the Viceroy Istanbul. He was most recently the Hotel Manager of the group's L'Ermitage Beverly Hills. He is the former Director of Marketing at the Peninsula Beverly Hills and the Mandarin Oriental Washington, D.C.

Alessandro Redaelli has been appointed General Manager at the Hotel Nikol'skaya Kempinski Moscow. For the past two years, he had been overseeing the Hotel de la Paix in Geneva. He is a former Group General Manager for Boscolo Luxury Hotels and General Manager of the Boscolo Hotel Exedra Rome.

Athanassios Manos has been promoted to General Manager at the Kempinski Hotel Grand Arena Bansko in Bulgaria. He joined the property in 2010 as Executive Assistant Manager.

Christian Renz has been appointed Global Sales Director for the Rocco Forte Collection, based in London. He is the former Vice President Sales for Kempinski Hotels.

Ascott has appointed Joanna Fisher Regional Director of Sales and Marketing in London, overseeing sales and marketing for Ascott The Residence, Citadines Apart'hotel and Somerset Serviced Residence. She was most recently with Guoman & Thistle Hotels, overseeing Corporate Sales for London.

Takumi Murase has been appointed Head Chef for Megu at the Alpina Gstaad. He was previously an opening Chef for Megu in New York and has overseen the kitchens for the Fairmont Sonoma Mission Inn and the Windsor Hotel TOYA in Hokkaido.

Jon Ingram has been appointed Executive Head Chef at the InterContinental London Westminster. He is the former Executive Sous Chef at The Grove and Sous Chef at the Burj–al-Arab in Dubai.

Lionel Lévy, the Chef from Michelin-starred Une Table au Sud, is now the Chef at the InterContinental Marseille Hotel Dieu.

Andrew Dreverman has been appointed Food and Beverage Manager at Coworth Park. He was most recently overseeing events and groups at the Berkeley in London.

ASIA AND THE PACIFIC

Raffles Hotels & Resorts has promoted Peter French to President, succeeding John Johnston. He was most recently Regional Vice President of Europe, Middle East & Africa for the group and General Manager of Raffles Dubai. He is the former General Manager of the Mandarin Oriental Hong Kong and Vice President of Operations and Development for Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group. 

Starwood Capital Group has appointed Francis Killory Vice President Development Asia Pacific for the SH Group. The Cornell graduate was most recently with Jumeirah as Vice President, Development of Asia Pacific.

Hansar Hotels has promoted Indra Budiman to Chief Executive Officer. Budiman was most recently the General Manager at the Hansar Samui Resort.

Kevin Abramowicz has been promoted to General Manager at the Legian Bali. He was most recently with sister property the Setai South Beach Miami as Executive Assistant Manager. He is the former Front Office Manager for the Delamar Greenwich Harbor Hotel. 
 
Katja Henke has been appointed General Manager at the Peninsula Bangkok, taking over from Nicolas Béliard who is now overseeing the future Peninsula Paris. Henke was most recently the Hotel Manager of the Peninsula Shanghai. She is the former Hotel Manager at the Four Seasons Washington, D.C. and the Beverly Wilshire.

Nopparat Aumpa has been appointed General Manager at the Banyan Tree Bangkok. She is the former Resident Manager for the Banyan Tree Samui, Hotel Manager for the Angsana Bintan and Executive Assistant Manager at the Banyan Tree Phuket.

Frankson Lee has been appointed General Manager at the InterContinental Beijing Financial Street. He was most recently the Resident Manager at the InterContinental Hong Kong. He is the former Hotel Manager of the Mandarin Oriental Sanya.

Mark O'Sullivan has been appointed General Manager at Vana Belle in Koh Samui. He had previously overseen the Club Coco Palm at Coco Palm Bodu Hithi in the Maldives and the Brooks Hotel in Dublin.

Harald Feurstein has been appointed General Manager at the Conrad Bangkok. He is the former General Manager of the Hilton Pattaya and the Hilton Cebu Resort & Spa.

Ed Linsley has returned to Bali as General Manager at the AYANA Resort and Spa. He was previously the Resort Manager of the Four Seasons Bali at Jimbaran Bay, before taking on the role as General Manager of the Nam Hai Resort in Vietnam.

Aloysius Michael has been appointed General Manager of the Montigo Resorts Nongsa in Indonesia. He was most recently with Dusit International as Corporate Director of Rooms.

Paul Linder has been appointed General Manager at Uma by COMO and COMO Shambhala Estate in Bali. For the past ten years, he had served as General Manager with Chiva-Som in Thailand.

Dominique Rongé has been appointed General Manager at the Centara Grand Resort & Spa Pattaya in Thailand. He was most recently the Resort Manager at the InterContinental Hua Hin. Rongé is the former Executive Assistant Manager Food and Beverage at the Chedi Hotel Phuket and General Manager for the Holiday Inn Resort Phi Phi Island.

At Four Seasons Francois-Régis Simon, current Director of Food and Beverage at the Four Seasons Hong Kong will be joining the soon-to-open Four Seasons Shenzhen as Hotel Manager. He initially joined the company in 2003 as Assistant Director of Room Service at the Four Seasons George Cinq.

The Kauai Beach Resort has appointed Tracy Ford Resort Manager. He is the former Director of Property Management for the Hacienda Beach Club and Residence, Cabo San Lucas, and Hotel Manager at the Bora Bora Nui Resort & Spa.

Xavier Pougnard has joined the Peninsula Hong Kong as Resident Manager. For the past three years, he had been in a similar post with the One&Only Le Saint Géran on Mauritius. He is the former Director of Food and Beverage at the Four Seasons Alexandria at San Stefano.

Jon McFarland has been named Executive Assistant Manager at the Hilton Waikoloa Village. He was most recently the General Manager for the Seelbach Hilton Louisville.

Austin Watkins has moved to the Four Seasons Singapore as Director of Marketing. He was most recently in the same post at the Four Seasons Los Angeles at Beverly Hills. Watkins is the former Director of Marketing at the Four Seasons San Francisco.

Deborah Misajon returns for a third time to Aman Resorts to take on the role of Area Director of Sales North and South Asia. She had previously served as Global Sales Manager for Amankora and Director of Sales, the Americas, in the Aman offices in Los Angeles. She had previously served in posts for Epic Hideaways, Elegant Hideaways and Islands Media.

The Plaza Athénée Bangkok has named Carl Volschenk Director of Sales and Marketing. He was most recently the Director of Sales and Marketing at the Sheraton Oman Hotel.

Nick Berry has been appointed Director of Sales at the Pan Pacific Perth. He was most recently the Director of Sales and Marketing at the Shangri-La Singapore.

Anantara Hotels Resorts & Spas announced the appointment of Viktoria Riley as Cluster Director of Sales and Marketing for the Anantara Phuket Villas as well as the new Anantara Phuket Layan Resort & Spa opening in 2013. She previously served as Director of Sales and Marketing at the Sheraton Phoenix Airport.

Julie Gilmore has returned to Mauna Lani as Senior Regional Sales Manager. She had previously served in a similar role for the resort before taking on the role of Senior Sales Manager at the Hilton Hawaiian Village.

Darren Haley has been appointed Director of Revenue Management at Four Seasons Resorts Lanai. He was most recently in a similar role for the Fairmont Orchid.

Ian Williams has been named Rooms Manager of Four Seasons Resort Lanai, the Lodge at Koele. He is the former Director of Housekeeping at the Four Seasons Los Angeles at Beverly Hills and the Four Seasons Biltmore Santa Barbara.

Lee Kelly has been appointed Director of Food and Beverage at the Four Seasons Singapore. He started his career in 2003 at the Four Seasons Miami, previously holding posts with the Four Seasons Costa Rica, the Four Seasons Hampshire and the Four Seasons London, Canary Wharf.

Robert Yip has been promoted to Director of Food and Beverage at the Four Seasons Shenzhen. He was the Assistant Director of Food and Beverage at the Four Seasons Macau, prior to joining the pre-opening team at the Four Seasons Guangzhou.

Stéphane Brallet is the Executive Chef at the Four Seasons Landaa Giraavaru. He joins from the Grand Gaube Resort in Mauritius, where he has been the Executive Chef since June 2011.

Warren Pearson is the Executive Chef at the Conrad Seoul, transferring from the Waldorf Astoria Qasr Al Sharq in Jeddah.

MIDDLE EAST AND AFRICA

The Emaar Hospitality Group in Dubai has appointed Marko Hytonen Corporate Director of Operations. He was previously in the similar position with the Rezidor Hotel Group.

Lausanne graduate André Herrenschmidt is the General Manager of the Ras al Khaima Waldorf Astoria. He was previously and successively the General Manager of the Hilton Paris, the Hilton Lyon and the Hilton Abuja.

Gabriel Lousada has moved to Amanjena in Marrakech as General Manager. He was most recently in the same post at Amanruya in Turkey. He is the former General Manager for La Renaissance and Resident Manager of Le Touessrok Resort on Mauritius.

Vincent Smarrella has been appointed Senior Vice President, Hotel Operations at Atlantis, The Palm in Dubai. He was most recently in Paris as Resident Manager at Le Bristol.

Stefan Viard has been named General Manager of both Al Manzil and Qamardeen Hotels in Dubai. He is the former Resident Manager of the The Address Dubai Marina, and, most recently, Hotel Manager for The Address Dubai Mall.

Rana El Khoury has been promoted to General Manager at Le Gray in Beirut. She joined the hotel in 2011 as Business Development Manager before taking on her most recent role of Hotel Manager.

Jonathan Salt has been appointed Corporate Director of Human Resources for Emaar Hospitality Group in Dubai. He had previously overseen corporate human resources for Kerzner International and InterContinental Hotels Group.

Sayed Tayoun has been appointed Area Director of Sales and Marketing for InterContinental Hotels Group, based in Abu Dhabi. For the past two years, Sayed held the position of Director of Sales and Marketing for the InterContinental Abu Dhabi.

Helen Van Wengen has been appointed Director of Sales and Marketing at the Fairmont Bab Al Bahr in Abu Dhabi. She is the former Managing Director, Sales and Marketing, EMEA, for Six Senses Resorts, Residence and Spas.

Andrew Adey has been appointed Vice President Sales and Revenue UAE at Rotana Hotels in Abu Dhabi. He is the former Director, UK National Sales Team for Marriott International.

Leonardo Concezzi is now in Morocco as Culinary Director for the Mazagan Beach Resort. For the past two years, he had served as Executive Chef for the St. Regis Bangkok. He had previously overseen the kitchens for Eleganzia Hotels and Spas Forte Village in Italy and the Four Seasons Damascus.

Pamini Hemaprabha has been appointed Executive Housekeeper at the Kempinski Hotel Mall of the Emirates in Dubai. She was most recently the Director of Housekeeping for the Fairmont Heliopolis & Towers in Cairo.
