John Davison has been officially named President and Chief Executive Officer of Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts. He had stepped in as interim Chief Executive Officer at the end of 2018, taking over from J. Allen Smith. Davison has been with the company since 2002, serving in his most recent role of Chief Financial Officer since 2005.

Todd Cilano has been appointed Chief Operating Officer of the Aparium Hotel Group. He was most recently with Jumeirah Hotels & Resorts as Senior Vice President and General Manager of the 
Jumeirah Beach Hotel. Cilano is the former Regional Vice President and General Manager
 of the 
Four Seasons Doha and the Four Seasons Mauritius at Anahita.

Dant Hirsch has joined the Six Senses New York as opening General Manager. He was most recently the General Manager of The Dominick. Hirsch is the former Regional General Manager, Americas, for Como Hotels & Resorts and the General Manager of the Faena Miami Beach.

Edward Shapard is now in Manhattan as General Manager of 
The Dominick, taking over from Dant Hirsch. Shapard is the former Managing Director, Hospitality, at Timbers Resorts and General Manager of the St. Regis Deer Valley.

Borja Manchado has been appointed General Manager of the Four Seasons Los Cabos at Costa Palmas. He was most recently with the Four Seasons Miami as Hotel Manager.

Patrick Fisher has moved on with MGM Resorts as Vice President of Hotel Operations at the Park MGM and NoMad Las Vegas. He was most recently in the same position with the MGM at Circus Circus Las Vegas.

Jacqueline Lejart has been appointed General Manager of the Cadillac Hotel & Beach Club in Miami Beach. She is the former General Manager of the Kimpton Anglers Hotel South Beach, the Kimpton Surfcomber Miami Beach, and the Kimpton Tideline, West Palm Beach.

Corinne Finn-Heyl has been named General Manager of the Weekapaug Inn Westerly in Rhode Island. 
She was most recently managing 
Blantyre. Finn-Heyl was previously with The Ocean House as Director of Rooms.

L’Auberge del Mar has named Robert Gregson General Manager. He was most recently the General Manager of The LINE Hotel Los Angeles and the former Director of Sales and Marketing of the Hollywood Roosevelt.

Clifford Atkinson has been named President and Chief Operating Officer of the 
Luxor Hotel & Casino. He was most recently the Senior Vice President Hotel Strategy of MGM Resorts. Atkinson is the former General Manager of the Mandarin Oriental Miami, the Mandarin Oriental Las Vegas, and the Mandarin Oriental San Francisco.

The Candler Hotel has appointed Martin Wormull General Manager. He was most recently the Managing Director at Marriott’s The Dalmar and Element Hotels in Fort Lauderdale.

Connie Shaheen is now in Boston as General Manager of The Revolution Hotel. She was most recently the Assistant General Manager of the Everly in Hollywood.

Amy Johnson has been named General Manager of The Confidante Miami Beach. She had most recently served as General Manager of the Hyatt Regency Calgary.

Mark Ernst has been appointed General Manager of the Sonesta Silicon Valley. He is the former Assistant General Manager and Director of Food and Beverage of the Royal Sonesta New Orleans.

Oliver Gibbons is now in Portland at The Porter as General Manager. He was most recently with the Viceroy L’Ermitage Beverly Hills as Hotel Manager.

Christopher Akoury has been appointed General Manager of the Hilton Short Hills. Most recently, Akoury served as General Manager of the Embassy Suites by Hilton Parsippany.

Chuck Abbott has been appointed General Manager of the InterContinental San Diego. He was most recently in Hawaii at the Prince Waikiki Hotel as General Manager.

Shannon McCallum Crawford has been named Vice President Hotel Operations
 of 
ARIA Resort & Casino and Vdara Hotel & Spa. She was most recently the Vice President of Hotel Operations
 of the 
Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino.

John Santaniello is now in Asheville as General Manager
 of the Grand Bohemian Hotel. He was most recently the General Manager 
of 
The Jupiter Hotel in 
Portland. 



David Friederich has been appointed President at the Barnsley Resort. Friederich was most recently at The Whitley in Buckhead, formerly the Ritz-Carlton, where he served as Managing Director.

Cara Golding has been named General Manager of the Ritz-Carlton Club, St. Thomas. She was most recently with the Ritz-Carlton Residences, Waikiki Beach as Director of Operations.

Christine Smith has joined The Inn at Hastings Park as General Manager. She was most recently serving as Corporate Director of Luxury Sales & Strategic Partnerships for the Ocean House Management Collection.

Michel Gabbud has been promoted to General Manager of The Charmant Hotel in La Crosse. He joined the hotel in 2017 as Director of Food and Beverage. Gabbud is the former Restaurant Director of Sixteen at the Trump International Hotel & Tower Chicago and General Manager of Centerplate, also in Chicago.

Vivek Sharma has joined the Fairmont Hot Springs Resort as Chief Executive Officer. He was most recently the General Manager of the Sun Peaks Grand Hotel & Conference Centre.

Jeffery Durkin has been appointed General Manager of the Waterfront Hotel in Oakland. Durkin was most recently the General Manager at The Lauren Inn in San Francisco.

Jeff Crabiel has been promoted to General Manager of the Westin Nashville. He joined the hotel in 2016 as Director of Rooms before moving into his most recent role as Executive Assistant Manager.

Robert Brandenberg has joined the Pan Pacific Hotel Seattle as Hotel Manager. He was most recently in San Diego as Director of Operations of the US Grant. Brandenberg is the former Director of Food and Beverage of the St. Regis Atlanta and the Sheraton Grande Sukhumvit.

Kevin Barnes has been appointed Hotel Manager of The Redbury in New York. He was most recently the General Manager of The Evelyn Hotel.

Mariajose Rodriguez has been named Resort Manager 
of the 
Rosewood Mayakoba. She was most recently at Las Ventanas Al Paraiso as Rooms Director.

Marco Foelske has been promoted to Resort Manager with his move to join La Quinta Resort & Club. He was most recently the Director of Food and Beverage Operations at the Hilton Atlanta.

Jeff Lee has been promoted with the 
Dream Hotel Group to Vice President, Food and Beverage. He had been serving as Corporate Director of Food and Beverage since 2016.

Fadi Takouz has been named Director of Food and Beverage of the Ritz-Carlton Chicago. He is the former Director of Food and Beverage of the Edgewater Hotel in Madison, Wisconsin.

Paul Resch has joined the Grand Hyatt San Diego as Director of Food and Beverage. He was most recently in the same role at the Hyatt Regency Hill Country Resort and Spa in San Antonio.



Marigene Mabalot has been appointed Director of Food and Beverage at the Park James Hotel in Menlo Park. Mabalot was most recently the Senior Food and Beverage Manager at the Hotel Spero.

Soho House & Co. has appointed Andrew Carnie to the new role of Chief Commercial Officer. Carnie was most recently with Anthropologie as Group President, after joining the company in 2013 as Executive Director.

Benchmark has appointed Mitch Garrett Vice President of Business Development. He is the former Vice President of Acquisition and Development for Trump Hotels and Vos Hospitality.

Noble Investment Group has named Beth Hogberg Director of Asset Management. She is the former Regional Director of Sales and Marketing for Aimbridge Hospitality, ONE Lodging Management, and Hotel Equities.

Kristin Iversen has joined the Hotel Equities Group as Director of Learning and People Development. She was most recently the opening General Manager for the new SpringHill Suites by Marriott-Navarre Beach.

Drew Clarke is the new Director of Sales and Marketing of the Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills, taking over from Vanessa Williams who moved into the General Manager role for the hotel in January. For the past 19 years Clarke had been with Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, most recently at the Four Seasons Gresham Palace Budapest as Director of Sales and Marketing.

The Candler Hotel has named Ann Collins Director of Sales and Marketing. Collins most recently served as the Director of Sales and Marketing at The Georgian Terrace Hotel.

The Garden Court Hotel in Palo Alto has named Connie Villeta Director of Sales and Marketing. Villeta was most recently the Western Regional Sales Manager of Hilton Worldwide. Prior, she was the Director of Business Travel Sales at the Crowne Plaza San Francisco Airport.

Eric Manning has joined the InterContinental San Diego as Director of Sales and Marketing. Most recently, Manning served as the Director of Sales and Marketing of the Omni Hotel San Diego.

Alper Toydemir has been appointed Director of East Coast Sales for the Maybourne Hotel Group. He was most recently the Regional Head of Sales, USA of Corinthia Hotels Limited. Toydemir is the former Assistant Director of Sales of the Peninsula New York and International Sales Manager of The Pierre, A Taj Hotel.

J. Green has been appointed Vice President of Sales and Marketing at the The Wigwam. He was most recently with Texas Western Hospitality as Senior Vice President – Sales and Marketing.

Xavier Bon has been appointed Director of Sales and Marketing of the Hotel Emblem San Francisco. He had previously overseen sales and marketing at the Hotel Kabuki and the San Francisco Proper.

Thom Stewart has been appointed Director of Sales and Marketing at The Ben in West Palm Beach. He was most recently serving Concord Hospitality as Vice President of Talent Acquisition and Engagement.

Christelle Fourcade has been named Director of Sales and Marketing at the Cadillac Hotel & Beach Club. She was most recently overseeing sales for the Ritz-Carlton Bal Harbour and the Ritz-Carlton South Beach.

Juan Carlos Gonzalez has been appointed Director of Sales and Marketing of the Paradisus Los Cabos and ME Cabo. He was most recently the Director of Global Sales at The Doyle Collection.

Prism Hotels & Resorts has named Will Traywick Vice President of eCommerce and Digital Marketing. Most recently, he was serving as Director of Marketing and eCommerce at HEI Hotels + Resorts.

Franco Diaz has been appointed Executive Chef of the Ritz-Carlton Chicago. He was most recently the Executive Chef of the Peninsula Manila.

Andrea Taormina has been appointed Executive Chef at The Bowery Hotel in New York. Most recently, Taormina was the Executive Chef of Hugo and Sons and DIA Restaurant.

Albert Kunco has joined Hyatt Place and Hyatt House Charleston Historic District as Executive Chef. He was most recently in the same role at the Atlanta Marriott Peachtree Corners.

Christophe Truchet has been appointed Executive Chef of the Waldorf Astoria Atlanta Buckhead. Most recently, he was serving as Executive Sous Chef of the Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills.

Chloe St-Cyr has joined Scrub Island Resort, Spa & Marina as Executive Chef. She was most recently the Executive Chef of the Sandy Lane Yacht Club on Canouan.

Galen Zamarra has been appointed Executive Chef of The Lodge at Blue Sky in Park City. The CIA graduate was most recently the Chef/Owner at Mas (Farmhouse) and Mas La Grillade restaurants in New York City.

Simona Oliveri has been promoted to Executive Chef at Oak + Violet in the Park James Hotel. Since 2018 she had been a Sous Chef.

Barnaby Jones has been named Executive Chef of the Chileno Bay Golf & Beach Club. He was most recently the Executive Chef
 of the
 Christophe Harbour.

Jiaqi Tang has moved to the Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills as Assistant Director of Food and Beverage. He was most recently the Director of Outlets at the Beverly Hilton.

Hayley Adamson has moved over to the Four Seasons Boston as Director of Rooms. She was most recently in the same role at the Fairmont Copley Plaza Hotel.

Martin Rodriguez has been named Director of Rooms of the Four Seasons Los Cabos at Costa Palmas. Since 2018 he had been with the Rosewood San Miguel de Allende as Director of Rooms.

Alicia Acevedo is the new Spa Director at NIZUC Resort & Spa in Mexico. She had previously served in similar roles at the InterContinental Presidente Cozumel Resort & Spa, the Westin Cozumel, and The Resort at Pedregal in Cabo San Lucas.

EUROPE

Marc-Olivier Raffray has moved over to the Ritz Paris as General Manager. He was most recently in the same position at the Hotel de Crillon. Raffray is the former General Manager of the Four Seasons Hotel des Bergues and Hotel Manager of the Four Seasons George V.

Mauro Governato has joined the Peninsula Paris as General Manager. He was most recently Senior General Manager for both the Four Seasons Milan and the Four Seasons Tunis.

The Ritz-Carlton Budapest has named Hugo Lecanda as General Manager. He was most recently managing the Ritz-Carlton Abama in Tenerife.

Julian Tomlin has joined Macdonald Hotels as a Managing Director, overseeing properties in the south of England. He was most recently the General Manager of Pennyhill Park in Surrey after serving 18 years with Exclusive Hotels and Venues.

Exclusive Hotels and Venues has appointed Graham Copeman General Manager of Pennyhill Park, taking over for Julian Tomlin. Copeman is the former Group Hotel Director at the Zetter Group.

Charles Oak has been appointed General Manager of The Londoner on Leicester Square, due to open in 2020. He is the former General Manager of Heckfield Place in Hampshire and The May Fair Hotel in London.

Alexander Peulen has joined The Niu Fender in Amsterdam as General Manager. He was most recently the Director at Ooghduyne BV.

Antoine Santini is now in Cannes as Director of Food and Beverage of the Hôtel Majestic Barrière. He was most recently in the same position at the Sofitel Paris Le Faubourg.

ASIA AND THE PACIFIC

Javier Pardo has been appointed Vice President of Operations at Avani Hotels & Resorts, based in Bangkok. He was most recently the Director of Operations and Commercial Director for the NH Hotel Group.

Christian Dolenc has joined the Mandarin Oriental Macao as General Manager. He was most recently the Hotel Manager at the Landmark Mandarin Oriental in Hong Kong. Dolenc is the former Hotel Manager at the Excelsior Hong Kong and Director of Rooms of the Mandarin Oriental Jakarta.

Bill Taylor has been named Regional Vice President and General Manager of the Four Seasons Hong Kong. He was most recently the Regional Vice President and General Manager of the Four Seasons Boston.

Jill Goh has been appointed General Manager of the Landmark Mandarin Oriental Hong Kong. Goh has been with the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group since 1993, most recently as General Manager of the Mandarin Oriental Macau. She is the former Resident Manager of the Mandarin Oriental Singapore and Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park London until 2013, when she was appointed Corporate Operations Manager – Asia, based in Hong Kong.

Tane Picken has been named General Manager of the Shangri-La Hotel, Singapore. He is the former General Manager of Shangri-La’s Rasa Sentosa Resort & Spa, Singapore, and the Hotel Jen Penang.

Hannah Loughlin has been appointed Managing Director at Le Relais de Chhlong in Cambodia. She is the former General Manager of Trails of Indochina.

Bruno Huber has been named General Manager of the Mövenpick BDMS Wellness Resort Bangkok. Most recently, Huber was General Manager of the Mövenpick Resort Cam Ranh and Director of Operations Vietnam.

Matthias Terrettaz has been named General Manager at the Bulgari Hotel Shanghai. He was most recently in the same role at the St. Regis Changsha. Terrettaz is the former Hotel Manager of the Ritz-Carlton Hong Kong and Resident Manager of the Shangri-La Paris.

Cyril Calmet has joined Rosewood Hotel Group as Director of Culinary Operations. He was most recently the Executive Chef 
of the
 Four Seasons Tianjin. Calmet is the former Executive Chef of the Mandarin Oriental Jakarta, Executive Sous Chef at the Peninsula Bangkok, and Chef de Cuisine of the Bord Eau Restaurant at the Shangri-La Abu Dhabi.

Elie Houbeich has been appointed Executive Assistant Manager Food and Beverage at the St. Regis Mumbai. He was most recently the Director of Operations of the Marriott Beijing Southwest and the Marriott Executive Apartments Southwest in Beijing.

The Four Seasons Chiang Mai has named Young Rha as Director of Food and Beverage. He is the former Assistant Director of Food and Beverage of the Four Seasons Seoul and the Four Seasons Macao, Cotai Strip.

Derek Walsh has moved over to the soon-to-open Quay Perth Hotel as Director of Food and Beverage. He was most recently in a similar role at the Novotel Perth Langley.

Adam Leonard has been appointed Director of Sales of the InterContinental Hayman Island Resort. He was most recently in the same role at the Sydney Harbour Marriott.

Jay Tesorero has joined the Quay Perth Hotel as Executive Chef. He was most recently Head Chef at Drift Kitchen in Perth.

Sangha Retreat by Octave Institute has named Alan Navarrete Spa Director. He was previously with The Resort at Pedregal as Spa Director.

MIDDLE EAST AND AFRICA

Rodrigo Ofner has been named Director of Food and Beverage at the Waldorf Astoria Dubai Palm Jumeirah. He was most recently in a similar role at Dukes Dubai.

James Thompson has joined the Fairmont Dubai as Director of Food and Beverage. He was most recently in a similar role at the Jumeirah Beach Hotel.

The Four Seasons Amman has named Maxime Salembie General Manager of La Capitale and SIRR. Since 2016 he had been at the Four Seasons Ten Trinity in London as Private Club Manager.

Andrew Barge has been named Director of Wellness of the Six Senses Zighby Bay in Oman. Barge was most recently the Director of Leisure and Spa of the Dead Sea Marriott.
