Tony Rodio has been appointed Chief Executive Officer of Caesars Entertainment in Las Vegas. He was most recently serving in the same role at Affinity Gaming.

Pascal Forotti has been named Managing Director of the Watergate Hotel. He is the former Managing Director of the Rosewood Hotel Washington D.C. At the Watergate, he takes over from Jeff David. Forotti also spent several years with Four Seasons, as General Manager of the Four Seasons Costa Rica.

Bernardo Neto has been named General Manager of the Marriott Autograph Collection The Ben in West Palm Beach, slated to open December 2019. He was most recently serving as Executive Director of Hotel Operations of the Park MGM.

The Hyatt Regency Tamaya Resort & Spa has named Claudia Wattenberg General Manager. Wattenberg was most recently the General Manager of the Hyatt Regency Cambridge. She is also the former General Manager of the Hyatt Escala Lodge at Park City.

Phoenix American Hospitality has appointed Jan Kuehnemann Vice President of Acquisitions and Asset Management. Most recently, Kuehnemann served as Vice President of Capital Transactions Group at FelCor Lodging Trust.

Sietse Nabben has been named General Manager at the Hotel Hendricks in New York City. He was most recently the Managing Director of the Royalton Park Avenue (formerly the Gansevoort).

Justin Weeks has been appointed General Manager of the Moxy Louisville Downtown, slated to open in the fall. He was most recently the Assistant General Manager at the Sheraton Erie Bayfront.

The Hotel Distil in Louisville has named Dana Orlando General Manager. Orlando is the former General Manager of the Elliott Park Hotel and the Hotel Ivy, both in Minneapolis.

Henning Nopper has been appointed General Manager of the Grand Hyatt at SFO. He was most recently the General Manager of the Andaz West Hollywood.

Claes Landberg has moved to The Surrey as General Manager. He was most recently the General Manager 
at the 
Hudson Hotel. Landberg is the former General Manager of the Yotel New York.

Geoffrey Mills takes over from Claes Landberg as Vice President and General Manager of the Hudson Hotel. Mills is the former Managing Director of the Crowne Plaza Times Square Manhattan and the Yotel New York.

Chaise Barfield has been promoted at Montage International to Vice President, Residential. Barfield had been serving as Corporate Director, Residential since 2017 after 3 years as Director of Residences at the Montage Beverly Hills. He is also a 14-year Ritz-Carlton veteran.

Stephen Dennis has been named General Manager of the Odessa Marriott Hotel and Convention Center, slated to open this summer. He is the former General Manager of The Stella Hotel.

Ingo Brieke has been promoted at the Banyan Tree Mayakoba to Executive Assistant Manager. He joined the resort in 2016 as Director of Rooms. Brieke is the former Director of Rooms of the Four Seasons Nevis.

Jesse Crockett has joined The Josie Hotel as General Manager. For the past seven years he had been with the SilverStar Mountain Resort as Director of Hospitality.

Safwan Risheh is now in Canada as Managing Director of the Rosewood Hotel Georgia in Vancouver. Risheh was most recently the Corporate Director of Finance for Rosewood Hotels and Resorts.

Ahmed Elassy has been appointed General Manager of the AC Hotel Los Angeles South Bay. He was most recently at the Los Angeles Marriott Burbank Airport as Director of Operations.

Andy Welsh has been named General Manager at the Hotel Lucia in Portland. He was previously the Director of Guest Services at the Hotel Deluxe.

Onal Kucuk has been named General Manager of Ventana Big Sur. He was most recently the General Manager of the Thompson Chicago. And the Camby in
 Phoenix and the Hotel Lincoln. At Ventana, he takes over from Kristina Jetton.

Paul Cardona has moved to the Thompson Chicago as General Manager, taking over from Onal Kucuk. Cardona was most recently overseeing the Virgin Hotel Chicago. He is the former General Manager of The James Chicago and the Le Méridien Oak Brook and Sheraton O’Hare.

Frank Casarez has been appointed General Manager at the Nautical Beachfront Resort in Lake Havasu City. He was previously the General Manager and Managing Director of Sales of the Sheraton Crescent Hotel in Phoenix.

David Child has moved over as General Manager to the Bethesda North Marriott Hotel and Conference Center, taking over from Bob Daley. Child was most recently the General Manager of the Bethesda Marriott.

Jeffrey Perkins is now the General Manager
of the Portofino Hotel and Marina in Redondo Beach. He was most recently the General Manager of the Queen Kapiolani Hotel in Honolulu. Perkins is the former Hotel Manager of the Kahala Hotel & Resort and Resort Manager of the Turtle Bay Resort.

Matthew La Vine has joined the Hilton Los Angeles/Universal City as Managing Director. He was most recently overseeing the Miramonte Resort in Indian Wells. La Vine is the former General Manager of the Hilton Santa Fe Buffalo Thunder, the Fess Parker, A Doubletree by Hilton Resort, and the Edgewater Beach Hotel.

Sean Castady has been named General Manager at Woodlark in Portland. He was most recently Regional Director of Hotel Operations of the Aparium Hotel Group.

Kristin Duncan has been appointed General Manager of the Renaissance Chicago Downtown Hotel. She was most recently the General Manager of the Chicago Marriott Oak Brook.

Massimiliano Puglisi has been named General Manager of the Vanderbilt in Newport. Most recently, Puglisi served as Hotel Manager at The Carlyle.

Angelica Palladino takes over from Michael Pedder as General Manager of the Four Seasons Seattle. Palladino was most recently the Hotel Manager of the Four Seasons Las Vegas. She also served as Director of Food and Beverage at the Four Seasons Vail and the Four Seasons Hualalai.

Nigel Cook has joined the Ritz-Carlton Mexico City as General Manager. He was most recently the Hotel Manager of the Ritz-Carlton Puerto Rico.

Derek Haug has joined the Hotel Erwin in Venice as General Manager. He was most recently the Director of Food and Beverage of the Loews Santa Monica Beach.

Jocelyn Kraus has joined the Hotel Californian in Santa Barbara as Hotel Manager. Kraus was most recently the Director of Food and Beverage of the Rancho Bernardo Inn. Kraus is the former Director of Food and Beverage of the Ojai Valley Inn & Spa and Resort Manager of the Royal Palms Resort and Spa.

Eric Jenkins has been promoted to Hotel Manager
 at the Loews Hotel Coronado. He had joined the resort in 2015 as Director of Food and Beverage.

Juan Gonzalez Izquierdo has moved to the Conrad New York as Hotel Manager. He was most recently the Director of Operations at The Carlyle. Izquierdo had previously served as Director of Food and Beverage at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel Arts in Barcelona, the Peninsula New York, and The Carlyle.

Monica Ortiz has been named Resort Manager
 of the 
Rosewood Baha Mar. She was most recently at the Rosewood Mayakoba as Rooms Division Director.

Tony Pace has been named Hotel Manager of the 
Hotel Milo Santa Barbara. He was most recently the General Manager
 of the Simpson House Inn in Santa Barbara.

Bruno Roulleux has been named Director of Operations at Live! by Loews in Texas, slated to open in August. He was most recently with Harwood International as Director of Operations. Roulleux is the former Director of Food and Beverage at the Ocean House in Rhode Island and the Trump International Hotel and Tower Chicago.

Miguel Ramirez has been named 
Regional Director of Finance of the 
Four Seasons Los Cabos at Costa Palmas. He is the former Regional Director of Finance

Danielle Matesi has joined JLL Hotels in New York as Asset Manager. She was most recently in Santa Barbara as Financial Controller at the Belmond El Encanto.

Stephanie Rubin has been appointed Senior Vice President of Corporate Finance at sbe. For the past five years she had served as Chief Accounting Officer of Re:Sources.

Carla Simpson has been appointed Director of Finance of the Endless Summer Resort – Surfside Inn and Suites in Orlando. She was most recently Associate Director of Finance at the Universal Orlando.

Fabio La Monaca has been named Director of Food and Beverage of the Four Seasons Palm Beach. He is the former Assistant Director of Food and Beverage at the Mandarin Oriental Miami and the Director of Food and Beverage of the St. Regis Bal Harbour Resort.

David Silva has returned to the Fairmont San Francisco to take over as Director of Food and Beverage. He was previously the Director of Outlets at the hotel before moving into his most recent role as Director of Food and Beverage at Fairmont’s Claremont Hotel in Berkeley.

Ryan Drushel takes over from Eric Jenkins with his promotion to Director of Food and Beverage 
at the Loews Hotel Coronado. Drushel had joined the resort in 2016 as Assistant Director of Food and Beverage.

Jeff Josenhans has moved to the InterContinental San Diego as Director of Food and Beverage. He was most recently the Director of Banquets, Restaurants and Bars
 at the U.S. Grant Hotel.


Christopher Roache is now in San Diego as Director of Food and Beverage 
at the RMD Group. He was most recently the National Director of Food and Beverage of Plan Do See America. Roache is the former Director of Food and Beverage of the London West Hollywood and the Mondrian West Hollywood.

Riccardo Ravaglia has been appointed Director of Food and Beverage at Le Sereno St. Barths. He is the former General Manager of Da Mario at the Star in Texas, Lombardi Family Concept Restaurants, and Harry Cipriani’s in Manhattan.

Frederic Zemmour has moved to the Viceroy L’Ermitage in Beverly Hills as Director of Food and Beverage. He was most recently with the Sofitel Los Angeles as Director of Food and Beverage Operations.

Ed Christensen has been appointed Director of Food and Beverage at the Paséa Hotel & Spa in Huntington Beach. He joined the resort in 2018 as Director of Events. Christensen is the former Director of Catering and Convention Services at the InterContinental Los Angeles and Director of Convention Services at the Hotel del Coronado.

Paola Moreno has been named Director of Food and Beverage of the Hotel Erwin in Venice. She was most recently a Food and Beverage Manager at Hotel Casa Del Mar in Santa Monica.

Dan Parker has been appointed Director of Food and Beverage of the Endless Summer Resort – Surfside Inn and Suites. He was previously Director of Food and Beverage for Hard Rock Hotel at Universal Orlando.

George Bargisen is the new Director of Food and Beverage at the 
Gaylord Rockies Resort & Convention Center. He was most recently with the JW Marriott Indianapolis as Assistant General Manager.

Jason Epsenhart has been named Director of Facilities for The Grove Resort Orlando. He is the former Director of Facilities of the Pearl River Resort and Lied Lodge and Conference Center.

Pred Vaskrich has been appointed Director of Engineering of the
 Nobu Eden Roc Hotel Miami Beach. He was most recently the Chief Engineering Officer at Intel.




Jim Stone has been named Director of Engineering at the 
Hotel Figueroa in Los Angeles. He was most recently at the Andaz West Hollywood as the Assistant Director of Engineering.

Matt Kistler has been appointed Senior Vice President of Global Insights, Analytics and Data at the InterContinental Hotels Group. Most recently, he served as Executive Vice President, Chief Strategy & Client Partner at Symphony AI.

Robert Mellwig has been appointed Chief Culture Officer at sbe. Mellwig was most recently overseeing human resources as Senior Vice President with Two Roads Hospitality.

Michelle Camacho has been named Director of Human Resources of the Endless Summer Resort – Surfside Inn and Suites. She was most recently the Complex Associate Director of Human Resources for Loews Royal Pacific Resort and Loews Sapphire Falls Resort.

The Six Senses New York has appointed Rebecca Soloff Director Sales and Marketing. She was most recently in the same position at The Mark Hotel, New York. She is the former Director Sales and Marketing of The Lowell Hotel.

Carolyn Harber has moved to the InterContinental Los Angeles as Director of Sales and Marketing. She was most recently in the same role at the Omni Los Angeles Hotel at California Plaza. Harber is the former Area Director of Sales and Marketing for the Viceroy Hotel Group and Director of Sales and Marketing at the Portofino Yacht and Club.

Nicole Cheramie has been appointed Director of Sales and Marketing of the Charter Hotel Seattle. She was most recently in the same position of the Troubadour Hotel New Orleans.

Christelle Fourcade has been named Director of Sales and Marketing of the Cadillac Hotel & Beach Club. She was most recently the Market Director of Sales at the Ritz-Carlton South Beach and the Ritz-Carlton Bal Harbour.

David Taylor has joined the Kimpton Nine Zero in Boston as Director of Sales and Marketing. He was most recently in the same role at The Charles Hotel in Cambridge.

Melinda Hutchins has been appointed Director of Sales and Marketing at the Naples Grande Beach Resort. She is the former Director of Group Sales at the Trump National Doral Miami.

David Lambert has moved up the coast to join the Grand Hyatt SFO as Director of Sales and Marketing. He was most recently in a similar position for the Hyatt Regency Monterey and the Hyatt Carmel Highlands.

Rachel Mecca has been named Director of Global Travel Industry Sales at Hard Rock International in Orlando. She is the former Regional Director of Sales and Marketing for Aimbridge Hospitality and National Sales Director at Denihan Hospitality Group.

Apurv Batra has joined the Motif Seattle as Director of Revenue Strategy. He was most recently in a similar role at the Hotel Vitale in San Francisco.

Emmanuel “Manu” Calderon moves up the coast to Four Seasons Seattle as Executive Chef. He was most recently at the Four Seasons The Biltmore Santa Barbara as Executive Sous Chef.

Baasim Zafar has been appointed Executive Chef of the Peninsula Chicago. He was most recently in the same position at the Ritz-Carlton Chicago.

Cabot Links has appointed Malcolm Campbell Executive Chef. He was most recently the Chef de Cuisine at the Auberge du Pommier in Toronto.

The Amara Cay Resort has named Chris Cash Executive Chef. Cash is the former Executive Chef at Florida Keys restaurants, including Book Key Bar and Grill, Bumbys, OO-Tray, Bayside Gourmet and Morada Bay.

Fabien Biraud has been named Executive Chef
 at the Loews Hotel Atlanta. He was most recently the Executive Chef

Victor Scargle has been appointed Executive Chef at The Estate Yountville. Scargle was most recently the Culinary Director at the Boisset Collection.

Logan Stephenson has joined the Kimpton Hotel Monaco Denver as Executive Chef. He is the former Chef at Blue Hound Kitchen and Executive Chef at SaltRock in Sedona.

Neal Swidler has been named Executive Chef at NOPSI Hotel in New Orleans. The CIA graduate was most recently the Executive Chef at Broussard’s Restaurant.

Robert Laurie has been named Executive Chef of the Endless Summer Resort – Surfside Inn and Suites. He is the former Sous Chef for Universal‘s Cabana Bay Beach Resort.

James Verlinden is now in Santa Barbara as Assistant Director of Food and Beverage 
of the Rosewood Miramar Beach. He was most recently at the Rosewood London as Restaurant Manager.

Jason Moss has joined the Endless Summer Resort – Surfside Inn and Suites as Director of Rooms. He was most recently at Universal’s Cabana Bay Beach Resort as Director of Guest Services.

Arnaud Dieutegard has been named Spa Director of the Four Seasons Costa Rica. He had previously served a similar role for the Four Seasons Maui at Wailea and the Four Seasons Bora Bora.

The Wyndham Grand Clearwater Beach has named Lindsey Sappenfield Spa Director of the Pallavi Luxury Spa. She is the former Assistant Spa Director at the Don CeSar Hotel.

EUROPE

Long time Four Seasons Milan General Manager Patrizio Cipollini has passed away in Florence after a long battle against cancer. He was most recently overseeing the Four Seasons Florence. Max Musto comes from his most recent position as General Manager of the Four Seasons Chiang Mai to take over from Cipollini.

Andrea Obertello has been named General Manager of the Four Seasons Milan. She was most recently the Hotel Manager of the Four Seasons Doha and the former Resort Manager of the Four Seasons Marrakech.

Christoph Schmidinger is now in Spain as General Manager of the Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences Madrid, slated to open later this year. He has been with the company for over 25 years, most recently as General Manager and Regional Vice President of the Four Seasons Hong Kong.

The Ritz-Carlton Budapest has named Bence Gaál as General Manager. He was most recently managing the Ritz-Carlton Abama in Tenerife.

Laurent Garrido is back in France as General Manager of the Hôtel Barrière L’Hermitage La Baule. He was most recently the General Manager of the Hôtel & Ryads Barrière Le Naoura in Marrakech. Garrido is the former General Manager of the Clinique La Prairie Montreux and the Hôtel Royal Evian.

Franco Girasoli has joined the Masseria Torre Maizza in Italy as General Manager. For the past ten years, he had overseen the Belmond Hotel Caruso.

Alper Can Bulcum has joined the San Clemente Palace Kempinski Venice as General Manager. He was most recently the General Manager of the St. Regis Istanbul.

Patrick D’Hoore has been appointed General Manager at the Radisson Blu Hotel, Bruges. He had previously overseen the Park Inn by Radisson Brussels Midi, the Radisson Blu EU hotel, Brussels and opened the Radisson Blu M’Bamou Palace Hotel in Brazzaville.

Christian Rothbauer has been appointed General Manager at the newly reopened NH Collection Amsterdam Flower Market. He was most recently in Vienna as Cluster General Manager of the NH Collection Wien Zentrum and the NH Wien City.

Claudia Feuss has been named General Manager at the IntercityHotel Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof Süd, taking over from Anton Wüstefeld. Feuss was most recently the General Manager of the IntercityHotel Hanover.

The Four Seasons Moscow has promoted Julia Selyukova to Hotel Manager. She joined the hotel in 2014 as Director of Sales with a promotion in 2016 to her most recent position of Director of Marketing.

Kai Behrens has been appointed Cluster General Manager of the Kempinski Palace Portorož and the Kempinski Hotel Adriatic. He was most recently General Manager of the Kempinski Hotel Chengdu.

Juliette Waechter has been appointed Regional Financial Controller Western Europe for the Radisson Hotel Group in Brussels. She was most recently the Head of Financial Controlling at GEFCO Group.

Jamie Cole has been appointed Senior Vice President of Global Channels at InterContinental Hotels Group in the UK. He was most recently the Vice President Digital & eCommerce of the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group.

Guillermo Varela is now in Greece as Executive Assistant Manager of the Amanzoe Luxury Hotel & Resort. He is the former Executive Assistant Manager of Amangalla and Amanwella.

Pierre-Hadrien Helbeque has been named
 Director of Food and Beverage at the Fairmont Monte Carlo. He was most recently overseeing the Restaurant du Parc des Bastions in Geneva.


Joelle Edwards-Tonks has been promoted at the Oekter Collection to the position of Senior Vice President of Sales, Marketing and Communications. She has been with the company since 2010, most recently as Vice President of Marketing and Communications.

Romain Meinardi has joined the Hyatt Regency Nice Palais de la Méditerranée as Director of Sales and Marketing. He was most recently with the InterContinental Paris Le Grand as Director of Sales.

Alfonso Salvaggio has been appointed Executive Chef for the Strand Palace, London. He was most recently in the same role at the Radisson Blu Portman in London.

Gary Rogers has been appointed Executive Head Chef of the Conrad Dublin. He is the former Executive Chef of the Lyrath Estate in Ireland and the Skycity Darwin in Australia.

Lisa Dietzel has been named Director of Rooms of the Four Seasons George V. She was most recently the Assistant Director of Rooms of the Four Seasons Buenos Aires.

Leigh Mulholland has been appointed Spa Director at the Oulton Hall Hotel. She was previously at One World Spa as Sales and Revenue Manager.

Karan Berry has joined the Mandarin Oriental Taipei as General Manager. Berry was most recently the General Manager of the Ritz-Carlton Pacific Place Jakarta.

Jens Wycisk has been promoted to Hotel Manager with his move to the Four Seasons Hong Kong. He was most recently serving as the Director of Food and Beverage of the Four Seasons Guangzhou.

Leon Pink has joined the Four Seasons Seychelles as Resort Manager. He was most recently the Resort Manager of the One&Only Reethi Rah.

Dario Pithard is the new General Manager
 of the W Guangzhou. He was most recently overseeing the St. Regis Tianjin.

Colin Healy has been appointed General Manager at the Marco Polo Davao in the Philippines. He was most recently the General Manager of DoubleTree Resort by Hilton Hainan – Xinglong Lakeside.

Kanit Sangmookda has been appointed General Manager of the Le Méridien Kota Kinabalu. He was most recently the General Manager of the Le Méridien Jakarta.

Firas Mneimneh has been appointed District Director of Western Province, Saudi Arabia, and General Manager of the Radisson Blu Hotel, Jeddah Al Salam. He is the former Chief Executive Officer of Landmark International Hotels.

Anton Gillis has been named Executive Director at Saxon Hotel, Villas and Spa in Johannesburg. He is the former Hospital General Manager of Netcare Milpark Hospital.

Pedro Rodriguez Madrigal has been appointed General Manager at Al Manara in Jordan. He was most recently serving as Executive Assistant Manager Rooms at the W Amman Hotel & Residences. Madrigal is the former Director of Rooms of the Sheraton Grand Doha Resort & Convention Hotel and Director of Front Office at the St. Regis New York.

Gaetano Petruzzella has joined the Sheraton Annaba Hotel as General Manager. He is the former Hotel Manager of the Sheraton Club des Pins Algiers.

Cornelia Mitlmeier has been appointed Hotel Manager of the Four Seasons Beirut. She was most recently at the Ritz-Carlton Tokyo as Executive Assistant Manager.
