Mr. Ispahani has created excellent harmony between the marble, wood and glass-work throughout the entire hotel. The hotel's bright, fresh, vibrant interior décor is very different from the traditional, over- ornamented oriental style.
Park Inn Baku is nestled in the heart of the business district, close to the Caspian Sea and offers beautiful panoramic views of the sea and the city. The hotel is located 30 km from Baku International Airport.
The Park Inn, Azerbaijan, joins its sister hotel in Baku, the Radisson SAS. "We are very excited about the new addition to the growing portfolio of Rezidor SAS. The company plans to expand very fast in Russia and CIS and open 50 hotels under various brands, including Radisson SAS, Park Inn and our latest addition - Missoni hotels," says Marko Hytönen, Area Vice President, Rezidor SAS.
The capital of Azerbaijan, Baku is located on the Western shore of the Caspian sea, and is Azerbaijan's largest city with wonderful beaches, spas and a striking setting on the salty Caspian Sea. The center of Baku is the old town, which is also a fortress. Most of walls, strengthened after the Russia conquest in 1806, survive. This section is picturesque, with its maze of narrow alleys and ancient buildings, including a Palace, a mosque, and a minaret dated 11th century.
Baku became the first location in Azerbaijan classified as world cultural site by UNESCO. |
