Langham enters Qingdao with two properties.

Luxury hotel operator Langham Hospitality Group expands its foot prints in China by announcing two properties - Langham Place and Eaton Luxe, Rio Carnival, Qingdao, marking the addition of its 18th and 19th hotels in the country.

Set amidst of the dynamic Rio Carnival - a new hub for luxury accommodation, dining, shopping and entertainment, Langham Place exemplifies the epitome of stimulating hospitality and Eaton Luxe offers the experience of a balanced lifestyle to discerning travellers.

The two hotels will feature a total of 700 elegantly appointed guestrooms, duplex villas and lofts in the twin towers; Michelin starred Chinese restaurants Ming Court and Yat Tung Heen; and the hotel group's signature spa brand – Chuan Spa that offers exclusive spa experiences that are based on the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Each hotel will house two ballrooms and a host of function rooms with state-of-the-art facilities.

Langham Place, Rio Carnival, Qingdao and Eaton Luxe, Rio Carnival, Qingdao will become the city's architectural landmark as they open in 2013, the hotels will sit in the twin towers of the Rio Carnival enjoying the magnificent seascape in Qingdao.
