Langham Hospitality Group has signed a management agreement with Xuzhou Bodun Real Property Company for the 340-room Eaton Luxe, Xuzhou in Jiangsu Province, China, to become the 27th flag in the fast-growing group.

Eaton Luxe, Xuzhou is located in a designated economic development zone which also includes the region's high speed rail hub. Adjacent to the scenic Jinlung Lake and with several commercial districts close by, the property is perfectly placed for business and leisure travellers to Xuzhou when it opens in 2012.

MICE will form a key component of the property's business. It will feature a 1,300sq metre grand ballroom and several meeting rooms to host meetings and events of various sizes. Restaurant and bar options include a German beer bar, a Chinese restaurant and an all-day casual dining outlet. The services are rounded off with a spa facility, swimming pool and gym.
