
Langham has taken over the management of 88 Xintiandi, a luxury executive serviced apartment, located in the heart of Shanghai this month, aimed at luxury travellers seeking oriental sophistication and an intimate club-like atmosphere.
The move forms the first step of a joint venture between Langham Hospitality Group and Shui On Land that will see the 88 Xintiandi concept roll out across China in key locations.

The concept represents oriental elegance at its most refined and draws inspiration from its original heritage in the heart of Shanghai – Xintiandi – a vibrant and lively hub of history and exclusivity.
The new 88 Xintiandi brand concept of intimate oriental elegance will be developed across a range of luxury hospitality platforms including serviced apartments, branded residences and boutique luxury hotels.
