Where would you rather be? That's the question Swire Hotels is asking in its new social media campaign.
The animated video boosts Swire's hotels in the UK, Beijing and Hong Kong by convincing potential guests they'd be better off in a Swire property.
The catchy animated film is set to the soundtrack "Where you go", by indie New York band Au Revoir Simone. The lyrics of the song exude a sense of je ne sais quoi, perpetuating a spontaneous new journey. The new video showcases its hotels in a carefree spirit, promoting the carefree and casual spirit of travel, while still oozing luxury.

The blog gives regular updates on interesting events and happenings in and around its hotels in Beijing, Hong Kong and Cheltenham, UK.
With all the tourism growth in China and Hong Kong, Swire is certainly on the move attracting a younger, affluent group of travelers looking for an innovative lifestyle hotel. Swire hotels gained momentum in the luxury lifestyle industry with The Opposite House, Beijing (opened in 2008) and The Upper House, Hong Kong (opened October 2009).
In early 2010, Swire opened a 345-room lifestyle business hotel called EAST in Hong Kong' and its newest addition, INDIGO, will open in Beijing in early 2012.
So travelers, in the words of Swire, where would you rather be?
