Marriott has been named one of 'China's Top Employers 2012' by the CRF Institute, the only hotel management company in the winners list.
The 32 award winners including Marriott International have been selected from a pool of more than 920 organizations based on the results of a thorough research and evaluation process. According to the CRF Institute, these companies are recognized for their outstanding performance in various aspects of human resources such as employee benefits, corporate culture and talent development.
"In view of the robust expansion of Marriott International in China, developing talent is crucial to our present and future success. We are committed to identify, train, support and set up clear career paths for our executives and help them develop into future Marriott leaders," said Henry Lee, Senior Vice President, Greater China of Marriott International.
