Marriott has been named one of 'China's Top Employers 2012' by the CRF Institute, the only hotel management company in the winners list.

The 32 award winners including Marriott International have been selected from a pool of more than 920 organizations based on the results of a thorough research and evaluation process.  According to the CRF Institute, these companies are recognized for their outstanding performance in various aspects of human resources such as employee benefits, corporate culture and talent development.

"In view of the robust expansion of Marriott International in China, developing talent is crucial to our present and future success. We are committed to identify, train, support and set up clear career paths for our executives and help them develop into future Marriott leaders," said Henry Lee, Senior Vice President, Greater China of Marriott International.

"Marriott prides itself on fostering growth and development for our associates. For more than eight decades, our company has been guided by the motto from our founder Mr. J. Willard Marriott – Take good care of the associates and they'll take good care of the customers and they'll return again and again. We are most pleased that these efforts have also been recognized in China," said Lee.

Marriott International has long been acclaimed as a great place to work in the international arena. It makes the "100 Best Companies to Work For" list of FORTUNE Magazine's annual ranking every year since it was launched in 1998. It has also been recognized by several prominent publications including Working Mother, DiversityInc and LATINA Style magazines.
