Hard Rock Hotels launches Pink Sheets for October 2008, part of Hard Rock International's worldwide Pinktober campaign to benefit breast cancer awareness.
Pink Sheets is part of Hard Rock's ninth annual Pinktober breast cancer awareness campaign, a philanthropic initiative created to support organizations in the fight against breast cancer through the sales of a collectible Pinktober pin, key chain and T-shirt, as well as a series of live music events at Hard Rock establishments around the world.
"Throughout the past nine years, Hard Rock's breast cancer awareness campaign has helped to raise millions for breast cancer research," said Sean Dee, Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer, Hard Rock International.. "Pinktober will unite Hard Rock properties around the world to give back in a big way."
Along with T.Y.Group, a leading manufacturer of luxury linens and amenities for the hospitality industry, Hard Rock Hotels will outfit a select number of rooms per property in Pink Sheets, a specially created version of the Hard Rock Hotel brand's Sleep Like A Rock bedding collection. Rates for the month of October at any of the participating Hard Rock Hotel properties range from $149-$499 per night.
Hard Rock International will donate 25% of room rate to The Breast Cancer Research Foundation for all stays during the month of October 2008.
Additionally, throughout the month of October, coveted Hard Rock Pinktober pins dedicated to the cause will be the turn-down amenity in Pink Sheets rooms and guests will have an added opportunity to contribute additional funds to The Breast Cancer Research Foundation upon checking out. |
