A free online consultation is featured in a new website of the Tourism Authority of Thailand, (TAT) -

The website aims to add virtual interactions between travellers and travel experts and assist prospective tourists who plan to visit to Thailand.

The TAT realizes the need to create a medium that communicates with travelers who not only desire the ultimate holidays but also exclusive travel experiences that reflect their personal interests. A feature on the website called "Online Concierge" assists individual holidaymakers in planning and booking their holidays that meet their unique interests and life styles. Travelers can make an enquiry about travel information in Thailand through the Online Concierge. There is no charge for this service.


The new site is designed specifically to provide comprehensive travel information about destinations, activities and festivals in Thailand. Web visitors can view samples of travel itineraries and make reservations from a wide range of hotels and tour programs covering every part of the country.

The majority of travel programs, which include selected hotels, tours, private transfers and a private guide, are designed to cater to small group travelers, families traveling with children, couples and honeymooners. Indeed, travel programs can be modified to suit the budgets and interests of travelers. All products shown in the website come from various reputable suppliers with long experience in serving international markets.
