Infinitude Hospitality Japan announces a major deal in Kyushu Japan

Third Party Hotel Management, Asset Management and Hospitality AdvisoryInfinitude Hospitality Japan (IHJ) KK is pleased to be appointed by 三嘉地産株式会社 to provide independent consulting services for the pre-construction and development stage of a 179-room hotel and onsen project in Kumamoto City, Kyushu, Japan.

The property will be located at the heart of  Kumamoto City in Honjo.  It is strategically positioned within Kumamoto city ensuring easy access from both the Shinkansen station and Kumamoto Airport.  The Airport has strong domestic and East Asian regional connectivity.

IHJ, working with the visionary 三嘉地産株式会社 team, will ensure the property is designed & built to the highest international standards. The Kumamoto City Honjo hotel will set the benchmark for innovation, design and hospitality delivery Kumamoto city and beyond. 

The property will also include a vibrant food and beverage outlet which will be the beating heart of the property and the local area. Given Kumamoto’s fame for geo-thermal onsen, the property will include an onsen where guests can soak away all of their aches and pains after a hard day of sightseeing.

Kumamoto City, the capital of Kumamoto Prefecture on Japan's Kyushu island, is known as the "Heart of Kyushu." Located closer to Asia’s mega cities of Shanghai and Taipei than it is Tokyo, Kumamoto has long been a firm favourite of the savvy East Asian traveller.  With the development of an increasingly vibrant tourism product the area is now attracting well-heeled mid and long haul travellers too.

The City and wider prefecture offer tourism experiences blending rich history, vibrant culture, and natural beauty, such as Mount Aso and the surrounding areas.  Key landmarks include the magnificent Kumamoto Castle, serene Suizenji Garden, delicious local cuisine like Karashi Renkon, and the adorable bear mascot, Kumamon.
