Gordon Ramsay's modern French restaurant at Conrad Tokyo, is located on the 28th floor and with seven-metre floor-to-ceiling windows, it offers spectacular views over the city and the occasional fiery-red sunset.
The color purple, a theme for Gordon Ramsay, has been adopted in this newest restaurant of his and translated into the floral carpets and the vivid accents of the furnishings. Dark wood adds warmth and ambience to the overall stylishness of the design.
Chef's Table, a distinctive feature common to all Gordon Ramsay's restaurants, takes prime position in a privileged space before the restaurant's open kitchen. The oval table, with pearl shells and bronze embedded in a motif of cherry blossoms, is as theatrical as the action played out before diners. Up to eight guests can enjoy friendly banter and an exclusive front row spectacle as the chef personally prepares their exquisite cuisine.
With a capacity of 80, Gordon Ramsay at Conrad Tokyo serves both set courses and a la carte dishes. The restaurant is open daily from 11:30 to 14:30 for lunch and 17:30 to 22:00 for dinner.
Adjacent to the Chef's Table is "Cerise by Gordon Ramsay", a casual brasserie offering a variety of scrumptious home style comfort food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Ornaments placed on the shelves, mirror-screen and glass partitions create a casual atmosphere.
