Conquering the Asian market is, and remains for 2004, a key strategic objective for SRS-WORLDHOTELS. Including the new
member hotels on the Chinese mainland, Hong Kong and in South Korea, the hotel sales, marketing and reservations organization's portfolio now encompasses 55 luxury Asian hotels.

Chinese Mainland
SRS-WORLDHOTELS is proud to have gained one of the most renowned Guangzhou establishments, The Garden Hotel Guangzhou, as a new member in its Deluxe Collection. The five-star hotel's Executive Floor promises exclusive service and ambience. Travelers who opt for Executive Floor accommodations, located on the hotel's top floor, will find breakfast, an evening cocktail in the Executive Floor Lounge, and the use of a conference room for two hours a day all included in the price of their stay.

In addition, guests enjoy unlimited, complimentary access to the fitness club, which offers sauna and steam bath, and a free hotel limousine airport transfer service. Seven restaurants and two bars offer guests an opportunity to embark on an exciting and varied culinary journey. The hotel's Lai Wan Market restaurant, one of the most popular eateries in town, serves its traditional Chinese cuisine in sampans (East Asian boats). Twelve function and conference rooms are available for hosting all sorts of gatherings. Some provide room for up to 1,760 people. The hotel offers professional support to aid event organizers with all necessary details.

Hong Kong
Guests visiting The Place restaurant at the Langham Place Hotel Hong Kong (Deluxe Collection), scheduled to open in July 2004, can look forward to visual as well as culinary attractions. The establishment's garden, with its sparkling waterfalls, provides a tropical ambience in the heart of Hong Kong. The five-star hotel's interior was created by Bilkey + Llinas, the well-known, leading hotel designers. Sophisticated accents are set by innovative details, such as separating the bathroom and main room by means of a glass wall. Comprising a Business Centre for meetings and conferences and various facilities for hosting balls and banquets, as well as weddings, the Langham Place Hotel Hong Kong is the ideal venue for truly special
events. The hotel is also home to Hong Kong's most exclusive oasis of well-being -- the Chuan Spa. Here, guests may take in an unforgettable view of Hong Kong Island, while enjoying a foot massage in chairs specially designed for the spa, and luxuriate in all-around pampering. The hotel is directly connected to the Langham Place Mall, a shopping centre containing 300 shops. The Langham Place Hotel Hong Kong is a member of the Langham Hotels International group.

Korea
Following an extensive phase of renovations, the Sejong Hotel in Seoul, South Korea, has joined the SRS-WORLDHOTELS First Class Collection. The special services provided by this hotel include 24-hour access to its sauna and fitness facilities. The Sejong Gallery, located in the lobby, displays changing art exhibits. Guests are invited to join a cooking class with the
hotel's chef de cuisine -- an experience that will allow them to enjoy culinary highlights from an entirely different angle, while also providing the know-how needed to prepare favourite recipes at home. Music enthusiasts can end their day with a pleasant evening in the Mirage Bar, known for its Karaoke evenings. The bar features eight rooms, each with a different style
and emphasis. Themes range from "Jazz-Club" to Sexy Club" and offer something to suit every night owl's taste.
