4Hoteliers Image LibraryA prestigious selection of premium, high-end luxury hotel brands get together in Morocco: exquisite hotel operators such as Mandarin Oriental, Oberoi, The Address Hotels, Rocco Forte Collection and Kempinski are investing in new properties in the Northern African kingdom.

With 54 hotel construction projects and a total of more than 15,000 new guest rooms Morocco is by far the most attractive hot spot for hotel investors at the Mediterranean.

According to TOPHOTELPROJECTS, the leading online data provider of hotel project lead and chain contact data, among these 54 top hotel projects 18 five star properties will arise in Marrakech alone.

Kempinski is planning for two new properties in Morocco. The Royal Palace hotel with 260 rooms will open its doors in Agadir in March 2013 (TOPHOTELPROJECTS Nr. 639). The hotel Al Houara with 270 rooms will be inaugurated in Tanger this October (TOPHOTELPROJECTS Nr. 3751).
