Jim Darter has joined PHR Hotels & Resorts as Chief Operating Officer. For the past fourteen years he had been with Sage Hospitality in Denver most recently as Senior Vice President â€"Full Service Hotel Division.

Mark Kukulski has been named President of the Wyndham Hotel Management Group. He was most recently the Area Managing Director for South Florida & Caribbean for Starwood Hotels & Resorts. Kukulski is the former General Manager of the Westin St. John and Westin Hotels of Florida.

Scott Taber has been promoted at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts to Senior Vice President Rooms. He had been promoted to his most recent position of Vice President Rooms, Americas, in 2008. Taber has been with the company almost 30 years and served in many hotels including Austin, Philadelphia, Chicago and Tokyo. He is the former opening General Manager of the Four Seasons Whistler.

Noble House Hotels & Resorts has promoted Chris Gautier to Chief Operating Officer. He was most recently serving the company as Chief Revenue Officer. He is the former Vice President Revenue Management and Distribution for Joie de Vivre Hospitality.

John Flannigan has been named Chief Operating Officer for the KOR Group. He was most recently President, Hotel Division, for JRK Hotels.

Destination Hotels has promoted Tom Luersen to Executive Vice President of Operations. He had previously served as Regional Managing Director, Pacific Northwest, for owning company the Lowe Hospitality Group.

Rui Barros has been appointed President and Managing Director of North America Franchise Operations at the Wyndham Hotel Group. He was most recently serving the company as President and Managing Director of the EMEA and Indian Ocean Regions.

Kevin Holyfield has moved to MGM Hakkasan Hospitality in Las Vegas as Vice President Hotel Operations. He was most recently serving as Director of Hotel Operations at the MGM Mirage. Holyfield is a former Four Seasons man.

At Wimberly Interiors, Margaret McMahon was promoted to Senior Vice President, after joining the company in April 2011 as head of the firm’s New York office. She previously spent several years as Managing Director of Wilson Associates New York.

Diego Heredia will be overseeing Asset Management for the KOR Group. He was most recently with Modus Hotels in Washington, D.C. as Regional Director of Operations and Area General Manager for the Avenue Suites and the River Inn. Heredia is the former General Manager of the Avalon in Beverly Hills and the Viceroy Palm Springs.

Gary Schweikert has taken over from Andreas Oberoi as General Manager of the Trump Soho. Schweikert was most recently serving as Regional Vice President of Operations for the Americas and General Manager at the Jumeirah Essex House. He is a former Managing Director at the Plaza Hotel in New York.

Michel Goget, whose truly international career started with the opening of the (former) Loews Monte Carlo in 1975 and included major stints with Disneyland Paris and Dolce International prior to joining Marriott International, is leaving Ritz-Carlton after 15 years. Goget opened and ran for the past seven years the phenomenally successful Ritz-Carlton Sanya. His new opportunity will be one of Senior Vice President Operations for The World, the world’s largest privately owned yacht on the planet.

Miraval Arizona Resort & Spa has appointed Laura McIver Vice President and General Manager. She was most recently the General Manager at El Encanto in Santa Barbara. She is the former General Manager of the Canary Hotel in Santa Barbara, Resident Manager at Hotel Casa Del Mar in Santa Monica and corporate Director of Food and Beverage for Shutters on the Beach.

Graeme Davis has been promoted to Vice President of Operations, Americas, at Rosewood Hotels & Resorts. He was most recently serving as Regional Vice President of Operations and Managing Director of Rosewood Mayakoba.

Daniel Scott has been appointed Managing Director at Rosewood Mayakoba, taking over from Graeme Davis. Scott was most recently the Resort Manager at sister property Las Ventanas al Paraíso.

The Four Seasons Nevis has promoted Ed Gannon to General Manager. He joined the resort in June as Resort Manager. Gannon is the former Hotel Manager at the Four Seasons Austin and Rosewood Sand Hill.

Meredith Macfarlane is taking over from Cindy Racco as General Manager at the Four Seasons Rancho Encantado Santa Fe. Macfarlane has been promoted from her most recent role as Hotel Manager at the Beverly Wilshire. She had previously served as Hotel Manager at the former Four Seasons Toronto.

Scott Kreeger has been named President and Chief Operating Officer for the SLS Las Vegas. He takes over from Rob Oseland who is leaving to join former Wynn Resorts executive Andrew Pascal with plans to build a resort on the site of the former New Frontier. Kreeger was most recently the Chief Operating Officer of the former Revel Casino Resort in Atlantic City.

Nico Hallwass has been named General Manager at the Paul New York. He is the former General Manager at the Petit Ermitage in West Hollywood and former Director of Rooms at the Four Seasons Canary Wharf. Hallwass also served as General Manager of the Hotel Victor in Miami.

The St. Regis Princeville Resort has appointed Todd Raessler General Manager, taking over from Milton Sgarbi. Raessler was most recently serving as Resort Manager for both the Phoenician and the Canyon Suites Resorts in Scottsdale. He is the former Resort Manager at the Sheraton Wild Horse Pass Resort in Arizona.

Tom Petrillo has been appointed General Manager of the JW Marriott Orlando, Grande Lakes. He was most recently the Hotel Manager at the Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center in Orlando.

Tania Getzova has moved to the Hotel Indigo Lower East Side as General Manager. Getzova was most recently overseeing the Thompson Lower East Side. She is the former General Manager at the Soho Grand and Gild Hall.

The Hyatt Regency Boston has named Terry Dunbar General Manager. For the past four years, he had been overseeing the Hyatt Regency Jersey City.

Mark Kitchen is now in Grenada as General Manager at Mount Cinnamon Resort. For the past five years, he had served as General Manager for Pink Sands in the Bahamas. Kitchen is the former General Manager of Karma Samui in Thailand and the Namale Resort and Spa in Fiji.

Casa de Campo in the Dominican Republic has appointed Rafael Torres President. He was most recently the Managing Director at Paradisus Resorts in the Dominican Republic.

In New York, long-time Morgans Hotel Group General Manager Vicky Stewart, who had been running the Royalton for the past three years, has jumped ship to take over as General Manager of the Viceroy New York, from Gerard Denneny. Stewart was the General Manager of Morgan’s St. Martin’s Lane in London prior to taking over the Royalton.

Dant Hirsch has joined the Faena Miami Beach as General Manager. He was most recently with the St. Regis Bal Harbour as Hotel Manager. Hirsch is the former Director of Operations at the St. Regis Princeville and Director of Rooms at the Ritz-Carlton Sarasota. His arrival at Faena Miami adds to the density of former St. Regis executives already on board including COO Scott Geraghty, VP Finance Danny Corral, VP Sales & Marketing Benjamin Sinclair and Director of Residences Nicole Sinclair.

David Bodette has been appointed General Manager of the Art Hotel in Downtown Denver. Bodette had spent the past four years with the Viceroy Snowmass and is the former Assistant General Manager at the Fairfax at Embassy Row in Washington, D.C.

Chris Lorino has been named Washington Regional Director of Operations at Provenance Hotels. He was most recently the General Manager of the Westin LAX and had previously overseen the Westin Portland.

Dena Roady has been appointed General Manager at the Hyatt Regency Clearwater Beach Resort & Spa. She was most recently the General Manager of the Hyatt Market Street, The Woodlands. She is the former Executive Assistant Manager at the Hyatt Regency Scottsdale Resort & Spa at Gainey Ranch and the Hyatt Regency Hill Country Resort & Spa in San Antonio.

Rick Ross is now in Los Angeles as General Manager of the Custom Hotel/LAX. He was most recently serving as General Manager for the Desert Princess Golf Resort & Spa in Palm Springs.

David Lemmond has been appointed General Manager at the Highland Dallas. He was most recently in San Francisco as General Manager for the Hotel Vitale. Lemmond is the former General Manager at the Standard New York and the Standard Downtown Los Angeles.

Hans Schmitt has been appointed General Manager at the Naples Grande Beach Resort and Director of Asset Management for Northwood Hospitality. Most recently, he served as the General Manager and Managing Partner for the Alden Hotel in Houston. Schmitt is the former General Manager at the Hotel Derek in Houston.

Bill Rock has been named Chief Operating Officer of the Park City Mountain Resort and Canyons Resort. Since 2010, he had served as Chief Operating Officer of the Northstar California Resort.

Beth Howard has taken over from Bill Rock as General Manager of the Northstar California Resort. Howard has been with Vail Resorts since 1985 most recently serving as Vice President of Mountain Dining and Clubs.

Heritage Hotels & Resorts has promoted Douglas Libby to General Manager of the Eldorado Hotel & Spa in Santa Fe. Libby was most recently the Regional Director of Sales and Marketing in northern New Mexico for Heritage Hotels & Resorts. He is the former Director of Sales and Marketing for the Eldorado Hotel & Spa.

The Inn at Key West has named Justin Clark General Manager. He had previously served in management positions for Rosewood CordeValle, One Ocean Resort & Spa and Resorts West in Park City.

The Curtis, a Doubletree by Hilton (operated by Sage Hospitality) has named Scott Sloan General Manager, taking over from JoAnn Elston. Sloan was most recently the Director of Sales and Marketing at the Marriott Minneapolis Southwest. He is the former General Manager of the Messina Hof Winery & Resort in Texas and the Hilton San Diego Del Mar.

Christophe Le Chatton has joined the Omni King Edward Hotel in Toronto as General Manager. For the past year he had held the same role at the Langdon Hall Country House & Spa. He is the former Hotel Manager at the Fairmont Peace Hotel Shanghai and the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess. Le Chatton once was the Director of Food and Beverage at the Waldorf=Astoria.

Steve Lemmerman has been named General Manager of the Renaissance Concourse Atlanta Airport Hotel. He was most recently serving as General Manager of the Charleston Marriott Town Center in West Virginia.

Craig Forbus has been appointed General Manager at the Farmer’s Daughter Hotel in Hollywood. He was most recently overseeing the Jamaica Bay Inn in Marina del Rey.

Jim Waldvogel has been appointed General Manager of the Hilton Milwaukee City Center and will continue his oversight as Area Vice President. He is the former General Manager of the Hilton Minneapolis/Bloomington and the Crowne Plaza-Northstar.

Tim Smith has been appointed General Manager at the Pfister Hotel in Milwaukee. He was most recently overseeing the InterContinental Milwaukee.

Omar Naimi takes over from Tim Smith as General Manager at the InterContinental Milwaukee. Naimi was most recently serving as Director of Operations of the nearby Pfister Hotel.

Skip Harless has been named General Manager at the Hilton Madison Monona Terrace in Madison. He was most recently the Resident Manager of the Grand Geneva Resort & Spa.

David Shepherd has been named General Manager of the Hilton Atlanta Airport. He was previously the General Manager of the Wyndham Secaucus, the Sanibel at Sundial Beach and Golf Resort, and, most recently, the Embassy Suites at Centennial Olympic Park.

Juan Mercadante has been named the General Manager of the Hyatt Playa del Carmen slated to open spring of 2015. He was most recently serving as Hotel Manager at the Hyatt Regency Mexico City.

Ryan Foley has been appointed General Manager of the Radisson Nashville Airport. He was most recently the Assistant General Manager at the Country Inn & Suites, Sunnyvale.

Edward Villafane has joined the Inn at Windmill Lane in Amangassett as General Manager. For the past five years, he had been at the Ocean House as Resort Manager.

Jim McSwigan has been named General Manager at the Atlanta Marriott Perimeter Center. Most recently McSwigan served as the General Manager at the Atlanta Marriott Century Center/Emory Area. He is the former Director of Operations at the Atlanta Airport Marriott.

Ricardo Mendes has joined the Hyatt South Beach as General Manager. He was most recently with the Mondrian South Beach as Hotel Manager.

Robert Trotter has been appointed General Manager at the St. Julien Hotel & Spa in Boulder. He was most recently serving as General Manager of the High Peaks Resort in Lake Placid. He is the former General Manager for the Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa at Beaver Creek, the JW Marriott Denver at Cherry Creek and the Hotel Monaco Denver.

Julius Robinson has been appointed Vice President, Autograph Collection Hotels at Marriott International in Bethesda. For the past three years, he had served as Vice President of Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott.

Konrad Gstrein is now in Beverly Hills as Hotel Manager at the Beverly Wilshire, taking over from Meredith Macfarlane. Gstrein was most recently serving as Resort Manager at the Four Seasons Maui. He is the former Director of Rooms of the Four Seasons Hualalai and the Four Seasons Philadelphia.

Gabor Vida is now in the San Francisco area as Hotel Manager at the Rosewood Sand Hill. For the past three years, he had served as Director of Operations at the Rosewood London. He is the former Director of Rooms Division at Raffles Singapore.

Marcel Eichenberger has been named Hotel Manager for the Rosewood CordeValle. He was most recently the Executive Assistant Manager at the Radisson Blu Hotel Waterfront, Cape Town.

Anthony Duggan has been named Hotel Manager at the St. Regis San Francisco. He was most recently on Maui as Director of Operations at the Fairmont Kea Lani. Duggan is the former Director of Operations at the Fairmont Chicago, Millennium Park.

Will Wiest has been promoted to Hotel Manager and joined the Ritz-Carlton Amelia Island. He was most recently the Director of Sales and Marketing for the Ritz-Carlton Key Biscayne and the Ritz-Carlton Coconut Grove. Wiest is the former Director of Sales and Marketing at the Ritz-Carlton Laguna Niguel.

Winfred van Workum has been promoted to Hotel Manager at the Ritz-Carlton South Beach. Since 2011, he had been serving the resort as Executive Assistant Manager â€" Food and Beverage. He is the former Director of Food and Beverage at the Jumeirah Essex House and Sandy Lane.

Steve Rachmat has returned to New York and the NoMad Hotel to take on the position of Hotel Manager. He had previously served at the hotel as Assistant General Manager before taking on his most recent post in Palm Springs as General Manager for the Saguaro Hotel.

Nick Rimedio has been named Hotel Manager at the Avalon in Beverly Hills. He was most recently the Director of Food and Beverage for sister property L’Ermitage Beverly Hills.

Brett Krafft has been promoted to Hotel Manager at the Hilton Anatole in Dallas. For the past thirteen years, he had served as the property’s Director of Events.

Richard Wales has been promoted to Director of Operations at the St. Regis Aspen. He was most recently serving the resort as Director of Rooms. Wales is the former Assistant Rooms Executive at the Ritz-Carlton Coconut Grove and Director of Housekeeping at the Ritz-Carlton San Juan.

Brian McHugh is now at the Ritz-Carlton Dove Mountain as Director of Operations. He is the former Executive Assistant Manager Food and Beverage for the Ritz-Carlton Orlando Grande Lakes and the Ritz-Carlton Amelia Island.

Halima Barbary has been appointed Director of Operations at the Hyatt The Loop Chicago, scheduled to open in early 2015. Barbary was most recently directing operations at the Doubletree Suites by Hilton Chicago.

Karine Pecquet-Vidal has been appointed Deputy General Manager of the Mill Reef Club. She is the former General Manager of the South Point Falmouth and Director of Rooms for the Jumeirah Zabeel Saray.

Jim Bell has been named Chief Financial Officer for Red Lion. He was most recently with Coldwater Creek, where he was Interim President and Chief Executive Officer, having also served as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer. Bell is the former Senior Vice President of Finance and Planning for Harry & David Holdings and Senior Director of Finance at Gap, Inc.

Keith Causey has been named Chief Accounting Officer for Caesars Entertainment, replacing Diane Wilfong, who has left the company. Causey was most recently with General Motors as Executive Director, Global Business Services â€" Finance, after serving six years as GM’s Assistant Controller.

Danny Gorden has moved as Director of Finance to the InterContinental Mark Hopkins. For the past three years, he had served as Director of Finance and Accounting at the Holiday Inn Fisherman’s Wharf and the Holiday Inn Express Fisherman¹s Wharf.

Sean Olmstead has joined the Waldorf=Astoria New York to oversee food and beverage as Resident Manager, Food and Beverage. For the past two years, he had served as Hotel Manager for the InterContinental Chicago Magnificent Mile. He had previously served in food and beverage positions for the InterContinental The Barclay and the InterContinental San Francisco.

Maheesha Ratnayake has been appointed Director of Food and Beverage at Scrub Island Resort, Spa & Marina. He is the former Director of Food and Beverage at Sandals Montego Bay Beach Resort & Spa and Beaches Ocho Rios Resort & Golf Club in Jamaica.

Eric Bonnetain has joined the SLS Lux at Baha Mar as Director of Food and Beverage. He was most recently with the Cipriani Wall Street as General Manager. He is the former General Manager of the Mr. C by Cipriani and Director of Food and Beverage at the Setai Wall Street.

Chad Minton is back in California as Executive Chef and Director of Food and Beverage for the Hyatt Carmel and the Hyatt Highlands Inn. He had previously served as Executive Chef for the Ojai Valley Inn & Spa and the Ritz-Carlton Marina del Rey before taking on his most recent role as Executive Chef at the Hyatt Andaz Fifth Avenue in New York.

Frank Belosic has joined Saint Marc USA in Southern California as Director of Culinary Operations. He was most recently serving as Executive Chef of the Phoenician Resort.

Sam Hazen has been appointed Culinary Director for BR Guest. He is the former Executive Chef of the barely open Park Hyatt New York. The CIA grad built his name and reputation with the successful re-launch of Tom Valenti‘s Cascabel in Soho, followed by 10 years as Corporate Executive Chef with what has since become the Tao Group.

Paul O’Dowd has joined Casa Del Mar as Director of Food and Beverage. He was most recently with the Lark Creek Restaurant Group as General Manager. His career included stints as General Manager of Ventana Big Sur and Director of Food and Beverage at the Highlands Inn.

Jason Waterlow is now in Virginia as Director of Food and Beverage for the Inn at Little Washington. He was most recently serving as Assistant Director of Food and Beverage at the Ojai Valley Inn and Spa prior to a brief stint as Director of Food and Beverage at San Ysidro Ranch.

Fabio Petrone has joined Rosewood‘s Little Dix Bay as Director of Food and Beverage. He was most recently in the same role with the CuisinArt Resort & Spa in Anguilla. He had previously served in food and beverage positions at the Mardan Palace in Turkey and the Four Seasons Istanbul.

Jonas Treffers has been named Director of Food and Beverage for the CuisinArt Resort & Spa, taking over from Fabio Petrone. Treffers was most recently serving as Director of Food and Beverage at the Divi Little Bay Beach Resort on St. Maarten.

Vipin Menon has been named Director of Food and Beverage at the Phoenician, taking over from Matt Rinehart who transferred to the Sheraton Wild Horse Pass Resort & Spa as Resort Manager in February. Menon was most recently the Director of Food and Beverage at the Sanctuary at Kiawah Island Golf Resort.

Charlie Shed has been named Director of Food and Beverage for the Arizona Biltmore. He was most recently serving as Director of Food and Beverage at the Greenbrier. He is the former Director of Food and Beverage at the Ritz-Carlton New Orleans and the Ritz-Carlton Palm Beach.

Monika Henry has been named Executive Assistant Manager Food and Beverage at the InterContinental Boston. She was most recently the Director of Food and Beverage for the Westin Copley Place.

Casa Marina in Key West has appointed Warren Zinn Director of Food and Beverage. He was most recently the Assistant Director of Food and Beverage at the New York Hilton Midtown.

Philippe Wilhelm has been named Food and Beverage Director at the Eilan Hotel in San Antonio. He was most recently the Director of Food and Beverage at La Cantera Hill Country Resort.

Kenny Storie has been appointed Director of Food and Beverage and Guest Services at the Innsbrook Resort. He is the former Food and Beverage Manager at the Meadowbrook Country Club and Director of Hospitality Operations for the Hickory Hills Country Club.

Scott Tarwater has been appointed Executive Vice President Hotel Development at DePalma Hotel Corporation. He had previously served in the same role for John Q. Hammons Hotels & Resorts.

Lucy Mitchell has been appointed Director of Hospitality at the Innsbrook Resort. She has been with Walters Golf Management since 1986 and will remain in her current role as President and Principal Partner.

Rebeka Bieber has joined the Trump Organization as Director-Technical Services, Design and Construction. She was most recently the Design Director, Interiors at Israel Leyva Architects. She is the former Director of Design and Development for the Empire Hospitality Group.

Ellie Dahl has joined the Resort at Pelican Hill as Senior Director of Human Resources. She had previously spent 28 years as Director of Human Resources with Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts. In this role, she spent ten years at the Four Seasons Los Angeles at Beverly Hills before heading to the former Four Seasons Aviara for thirteen years and returning for an additional four years with the Four Seasons Los Angeles, her most recent role.

Linda Stigter has rejoined the Four Seasons Los Angeles at Beverly Hills as Director of Human Resources, taking over from Ellie Dahl. Stigter had previously served eight years as Assistant Director of Human Resources for the hotel, before taking on her most recent role at the Line Hotel Los Angeles as Director of Human Resources.

Cheryl King has been appointed Director of Human Resources at the InterContinental Mark Hopkins. She had previously overseen human resources for the Scarlet Huntington Hotel in San Francisco.

Denise Perkins has joined the Downtown Grand Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas as Director of Marketing. She had previously served in similar roles at the Furnace Creek Resort in the Death Valley and the Thunder Valley Casino Resort.

The InterContinental Chicago Magnificent Mile has appointed William Bennett Director of Sales and Marketing. He was most recently the Director of Sales and Marketing at the Loews Chicago Hotel. Bennett had previously overseen sales and marketing for the Omni Chicago Hotel.

Sandy Ostberg has been named to Director of Sales and Marketing for the Omni Tucson National Resort. She was most recently the Director of Sales at the Westin La Paloma Resort & Spa.

Jennifer Rutkowski has been appointed Area Director of Sales and Marketing at Baccarat Hotels & Resorts and 1 Hotels in New York. She was most recently with The London Hotels as Vice President, Sales and Marketing.

Zachary Felter has been appointed Director of Sales and Marketing at the 1 Hotel South Beach. He was most recently the Director of Sales at the Loews Miami Beach Hotel.

Colleen Pace has joined the Omni Rancho Las Palmas Resort & Spa as Director of Sales and Marketing. For the past three years, she had been overseeing sales and marketing at Colorado’s Cheyenne Mountain Resort.

Susan Barry has been appointed Director of Sales and Marketing at the Westin Portland Harborview. She was most recently the President of Hive Marketing.

St. Kitts’ Belle Mont Farm has appointed Eva Chan Director of Sales. She was most recently assisting in the re-opening of Malliouhana in Anguilla and is the former Director of Sales and Marketing of Cap Juluca.

Kasey McNabnay has been named Director of Sales for the Ranch at Rock Creek. McNabnay was most recently the Director of Sales at the Lodge and Spa at Brush Creek Ranch.

Michael Reich has been appointed Director of Group Sales at the Westin Hilton Head Island Resort & Spa. He was most recently the Regional Director of Sales and Marketing for the Westin Baltimore Washington Airport and the Sheraton Baltimore Washington Airport Hotel.

David Lyon has joined Atlantis as Director of Leisure Sales. He was most recently with the CuisinArt Resort & Spa as Director of Sales and Marketing.

Robert Montgomery has been named Senior Sales Manager at the Gaylord Palms in Orlando. He was most recently in a similar role for the JW Marriott and Ritz-Carlton at Grande Lakes Orlando.

A big surprise: Jeremiah Tower has been named Consulting Executive Chef at Tavern on the Green. He is the former boy wonder who walked into Chez Panisse in 1972 landing the job as chef for Alice Waters. He later was the Executive Chef at Ventana Big Sur prior to launching Stars in San Francisco. The man credited for inventing California Cuisine had been on a sabbatical in recent years.

Alexander La Motte has moved up the coast to join the Four Seasons San Francisco as Executive Chef. This is a return for La Motte who had previously served the hotel as Executive Sous Chef of Seasons Restaurant from 2010 to 2012 before taking on his most recent role as Executive Chef at the Four Seasons Westlake Village.

The St. Regis Bal Harbour Resort has appointed Scott Dolbee as Executive Chef, taking over from Tom Parlo. Dolbee was most recently serving as Executive Chef of the Rosewood Crescent in Dallas. He is the former Executive Chef at The Blvd at the Beverly Wilshire and Kitchen 1540 at L’Auberge del Mar.

Rick Boyer has joined the Phoenician as Executive Chef replacing Frank Belosic. Boyer was most recently in Wisconsin as Executive Chef/Culinary Director for Destination Kohler. He is the former Executive Chef and Food and Beverage Director at the Biltmore.

Ryan LaRoche has been named Executive Chef for the Park Hyatt Washington, D.C. He was most recently serving as Executive Chef for the Park Hyatt Chicago. He is the former Executive Sous Chef at L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon.

Patrice Martineau has joined the Viceroy Palm Springs as Executive Chef. He was most recently at El Encanto Hotel in Santa Barbara as Executive Chef. He is the former Chef de Cuisine at the Peninsula Tokyo, Executive Chef at the Savoy London and Chef de Cuisine at Daniel in New York.

Gustavo Sanchez has been promoted to Executive Chef at the St. Regis Bahia Beach.He joined the resort in 2011 as Chef de Cuisine before being promoted to his most recent role of Executive Sous Chef last year.

Tyler Cyre has joined the Little Nell as Executive Chef for the Sundeck Complex. He was most recently the Executive Chef with Vail Resorts for Toscanini at the Beaver Creek Resort.

William Fravel has moved as Executive Chef to the Hyatt Santa Barbara. He was most recently with the Ojai Valley Inn & Spa as Chef de Cuisine at Maravilla.

Derek Simcik has moved to Southern California with Kimpton to serve as Executive Chef at Outpost in their newly opened Goodland Hotel (the former Holiday Inn Goleta). He was most recently overseeing Atwood in Kimpton’s Burnham Hotel Chicago.

Philippe Pinon has joined Sixty Nautilus Hotels as Executive Chef. He was most recently in a similar role for the World at Residensea. He is the former Executive Chef of the Ritz-Carlton Coconut Grove and the Delano Hotel.

Miguel Jiménez has moved to the Melia Cayo Guillermo Hotel in Cuba as Executive Chef. He was most recently in the same role for the Melia Cayo Coco Hotel.

Alex Paz has been promoted to Executive Chef and moved to the JW Marriott Miami. He is the former Sous Chef of the JW Marriott Marquis Miami and the Tides South Beach.

Éric Beaupré has been promoted to Executive Chef at the Fairmont Tremblant. Most recently, Beaupré was the Executive Sous Chef for the hotel. He had served in culinary positions with the Fairmont Queen Elizabeth, the Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge, and the Fairmont Chateau Whistler.

Christophe Bonnegrace has been named Corporate Executive Chef for Sugar Factory. He was most recently the Executive Chef at Barawine in Harlem. He is the former Executive Chef for La Villette.

Terranea Resort has named Charles Olalia Chef de Cuisine of mar’sel. He was most recently serving as Executive Chef at Patina at the Walt Disney Concert Hall.

Matt Holder has been named Assistant Director of Food and Beverage at the Four Seasons San Francisco. He was most recently in a similar role for Morgans Hotel Group and is the former Assistant General Manager at Yellowtail and Boa Steakhouse, both in Las Vegas.

Anthony Ricco has been named Assistant Director of Food and Beverage for the Mandarin Oriental Las Vegas. He was most recently the Director of Restaurants at Sea Island in Georgia. He had previously served in food and beverage positions with the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess, HBurger in Denver and the St. Julien Resort & Spa.

Matthew Gabos has been named Assistant Director of Food and Beverage for the Ojai Valley Inn & Spa taking over from Jason Waterlow. Gabos is the former Director of Banquets at the Grand Del Mar Resort.

Dawid Klimek has been appointed Food and Beverage Manager for the Langham Chicago. He was most recently the Restaurant Manager at Freestyle Food and Drink in the Dana Hotel and Spa, Chicago. He had previously served in similar roles at Prasino and Sixteen Restaurant at Trump International Hotel and Tower Chicago.

Fabian Forlini has returned to the Bellagio Las Vegas to take on the role of General Manager for Sensi. He was previously the General Manager for Bellagio’s Osteria del Circo. He was most recently with the MGM Grand as General Manager at Crush.

Matthew Washton has moved to Akasha in Culver City as General Manager. He was most recently with the Fairmont Miramar as Executive Assistant Manager Food and Beverage. He is the former General Manager for Towne.

Patrick Cormier has joined Locanda Verde at the Greenwich Hotel in New York as General Manager. For the past three years, he had been serving as General Manager at The Dutch. He had served in similar roles for The Dutch Miami, Per Se, and Cipriani’s.

Christian Philippo has joined the new Redbird Restaurant in Downtown Los Angeles as General Manager. He was most recently overseeing République. He is the former General Manager at Bazaar by Jose Andres and Patina.

Luis San Martin has been named General Manager at Sepia in Chicago. He was most recently serving at Kinmont as General Manager.

Mario Daniele has been named General Manager at Jardinière in San Francisco. He had previously served as General Manager at Perbacco and Picasso in the Bellagio Las Vegas.

Jennifer Eby is now in Dallas as Wine Director for Rosewood’s Mansion on Turtle Creek. Previously based in Las Vegas, she had served as Wine Manager for Botero and Sinatra, both in Encore, and Bartolotta, Ristorante di Mare in the Wynn. Eby started her career as Sommelier at Mary Elaine’s at the Phoenician.

Linda Brookins has been appointed Director of Special Events for Carmine’s Las Vegas. For the past eight years, she had been with Wynn Resorts as Director of Restaurant Events.

Billy Cueto has transferred to the Four Seasons Los Angeles at Beverly Hills as Director of Rooms. He was most recently in the same role for the Four Seasons Westlake Village.

Rickie Pares has been appointed Director of Rooms at the Omni Royal Orleans. He was most recently in the same role for the Omni Hotel at CNN Center in Atlanta.

EUROPE

Alejandro Bernabé has been appointed President and Chief Executive Officer at Kempinski Hotels in Geneva, taking over from Reto Wittwer who is retiring. Bernabé is the former General Manager of the Kempinski Hotel Mall of the Emirates in Dubai and the Siam Kempinski Hotel in Bangkok. Markus Semer steps in with his promotion to Deputy Chief Executive Officer at Kempinski.

Marcus van der Wal has been appointed Chief Operating Officer at Kempinski Hotels, taking over form Duncan O’Rourke who is leaving the company. He was most recently serving as Senior Vice President Europe and General Manager of the Kempinski Hotel Airport Munich. Van der Wal is the former General Manager of the Kilimanjaro Kempinski Hotel in Tanzania and the Kempinski Hotel Corvinus.

Daniel Ruff is now in London as President and Managing Director of the EMEA and Indian Ocean Regions at the Wyndham Hotel Group, taking over from Rui Barros. He was most recently in Brussels with Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide as Vice President Asset Management.

François Arrighi is now in Paris as Hotel Manager at the Four Seasons George V. For the past six years, he had been managing the Hotel Les Airelles in Courchevel.

Jacques Charles has joined the Hotel Les Airelles as General Manager, replacing François Arrighi. Charles was most recently serving as Cluster General Manager for Westin & Le MéridienMauritius. He is the former General Manager at the Lemuria Resort in the Seychelles.

Vincent Arnaud has moved to the Hotel Sofitel Le Faubourg in Paris as General Manager. He was most recently in the same role for Sofitel’s Hotel Scribe. He is the former General Manager of the InterContinental Jordan.

Jean Marie Gras has been appointed General Manager at the Marriott Hôtel de Bourgtheroulde & Spa in Rouen. For the past six years, he had served as General Manager at the Grand Hôtel Loreamar in St. Jean de Luz. He is the former General Manager of the Anjajavy Resort in Madagascar.

Jonathan Stapleton has been appointed General Manager at the Royal Crescent Hotel in Bath. Most recently, he was the General Manager at Thermae Development and is the former Chief Executive Officer at Farncombe Estate.

Pascal Leprou has been appointed General Manager at the Fairmont Baku. He was most recently the General Manager at the Hotel Nikolskaya Kempinski in Moscow, following a successful career with Starwood and Hyatt International.

Ilio Rodoni has been named General Manager at the Venice Hilton Molino Stucky. He is the former Cluster General Manager for Hilton Milan and Florence.

Anne Legrand has returned to the Marriott Champs-Elysées in Paris to take on the role of General Manager. She had previously served the hotel as Director of Operations before moving into General Manager positions with the Renaissance Paris Vendôme, the Courtyard by Marriott Paris Neuilly and, most recently, the Renaissance Paris Le Parc Trocadéro.

Giuseppe Artolli has been appointed General Manager at Nira Montana in Italy, slated to open in December. He was most recently leading the opening of the D.O.M. Hotel Roma. He is the former General Manager for the Grand Hotel Continental in Siena and previously served as Managing Director for both the Villa Gallici in Aix-en-Provence and Le Saint Paul in Saint Paul de Vence.

John Beveridge has joined the Park Hyatt Mallorca as pre-opening General Manager. He was most recently overseeing the Grand Hyatt Dubai.

Andres Honiball is now in London as Restaurant Director for the Dorchester. He was most recently the General Manager at Blue by Eric Ripert in the Ritz-Carlton Grand Cayman. He is the former Restaurant Manager at NoMI in the Park Hyatt Chicago.

Belmond has appointment Ingrid Eras-Magdalena as Vice President, Global Human Resources, based in London, taking over for Amrita Bhalla who has left the company. Eras-Magdalena was most recently with Starwood Hotels & Resorts as Vice President, People Development & Staffing, for the Europe, Africa and Middle East division.

Andreas Schuster has been appointed Director of Sales and Marketing at the Four Seasons Prague. He was most recently serving as Director of Sales and Marketing with the Corinthia Hotel Budapest. He is a former Director of International Sales at the Waldorf=Astoria New York and Assistant Director of Sales at the Hilton Istanbul.

Corrado Cignozzi has been appointed Director of Sales and Marketing at Nira Montana. He was most recently serving as Area Sales Manager Europe for Baglioni Hotels and is the former Head of Sales and Marketing Italy & Switzerland for LUX* Island Resorts.

Jacky Tresch has been appointed Director of Business Development at the InterContinental Geneva. For the past two years, he had been with the Royal Savoy in Lausanne as Director of Sales and Marketing.

Duncan Greenfield has been appointed Director of Sales at the St. Pancras Renaissance Hotel in London. He was most recently with the Corinthia Hotel London where he was the Head of European and Corporate Sales. Greenfield had previously spent three years at the Jumeirah Lowndes Hotel and the Jumeirah Carlton Tower as Sales Manager.

Joe Mensah has been appointed Director of Events at the Jumeirah Carlton Tower in London. He was most recently serving as Director of Events and Operations at the InterContinental London.

Christian Le Squer has been appointed Executive Chef at the Four Seasons George V, taking over from Eric Briffard. Le Squer was most recently the Executive Chef at the Three-Michelin-starred Ledoyen in Paris.

Yannick Alleno has taken over from Christian Le Squer as Executive Chef at Ledoyen. Alleno is the formerExecutive Chef the Hotel Meurice and is involved in several other ventures.

Antonio Saez has returned to Barcelona as Executive Chef at the Hotel Arts, taking over from Roberto Holz. Saez previously spent six years as Chef de Cuisine at Barcelona’s Lasarte Restaurant before taking on his most recent role as Executive Chef of the Rosewood Abu Dhabi.

Holger Jackisch has been appointed Executive Chef at the Düsseldorf Steigenberger Parkhotel, taking over from Michael Görres. Jackisch was most recently in a similar role with the Hotel Baltschug Kempinski, Moscow.

ASIA AND THE PACIFIC

Markland Blaiklock has been named Chief Operating Officer of Centara Hotels & Resorts. Centara’s goal is to become the largest hotel group in Thailand. Blaiklock was until recently the Senior Vice President, Asia Pacific, for Sofitel. He is a former Executive Director of Wynn Macau and Managing Director of Raffles Hotels & Resorts.

Barry Robinson has been appointed President and Managing Director, South East Asia and Pacific Rim, at the Wyndham Hotel Group, based in Brisbane. Since 2009, he has served the company as Managing Director, South Pacific. He had previously served as Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Wyndham Vacation Resorts Asia Pacific.

Jeff Rednour has been promoted to General Manager and moved to the Four Seasons Koh Samui. He was most recently serving as Hotel Manager of the Regent Singapore. Rednour is the former Director of Rooms of the Four Seasons Houston and Resort Manager of the Four Seasons Langkawi.

Taking over from Jeff Rednour as Hotel Manager of the Regent Singapore is Martin Dell. Dell has been promoted from his most recent position at the hotel as Director of Food and Beverage. He is the former Director of Restaurants at the Jordan Valley Marriott Resort and Spa.

Cindy Racco has transferred as Resort Manager to the Four Seasons Hualalai. She was most recently the General Manager at the Four Seasons Rancho Encantado Santa Fe. Racco is the former Resort Manager of the Four Seasons Palm Beach and the Four Seasons Biltmore Santa Barbara.

Christian Sack has been named General Manager at Raffles Beijing. Since 2011 he had been with the Raffles Grand Hotel d’Angkor as General Manager. He is the former Resident Manager at the Shangri-La Sydney and the Shangri-La Tokyo.

The Hard Rock Hotel Bali has appointed Shane Coates General Manager. He is the former Executive Assistant Manager at the Hard Rock Hotel Penang and General Manager at the Vibe Savoy Hotel Melbourne.

Eléonore Pétin has joined the Alila Villas Uluwatu as General Manager. She was most recently overseeing the Hermitage Menteng Hotel in Jakarta, following a stint as General Manager of Cotton House.

Lily Jiang has been appointed General Manager at the newly opened Haikou Marriott Hotel. She was most recently overseeing the Renaissance Wuhan Hotel.

Pascal Billon has been appointed General Manager at the Outrigger Konotta Maldives Resort slated to open in mid 2015. He was most recently the General Manager of the Lily Beach Resort & Spa in the Maldives.

Alice Micolau Mafaity has been named Hotel Manager for the Jumeirah Himalayas Hotel. She is the former Food and Beverage Manager at the Madinat Jumeirah Dubai.

Ilias Vamvakas has joined the Banyan Tree Maldives as Hotel Manager. He was most recently serving as Interim General Manager for the Banyan Tree Mauritius.

Udo Wittich has been appointed Resident Manager at Shangri-La’s Fijian Resort & Spa. He had previously served in food and beverage positions at the Edsa Shangri-La Hotel and the Fairmont Nile Cairo.

Benjamin Perera has been promoted to Resident Manager at the Dusit Thani Laguna Phuket. He joined the resort in March as Executive Assistant Manager ­ Food and Beverage.

Danny Mynar has been appointed Assistant General Manager at Destination Resorts Hawaii. He was most recently General Manager of Travaasa Hana.

Paolo Randone has been named Executive Assistant Manager Food and Beverage for Raffles Singapore. For the past three years he had served as the Chief Operating Officer at Deliciae Hospitality Management also in Singapore.

Michael Moody is now in New Zealand at the Kauri Cliffs Lodge as Director of Food and Beverage. He was most recently in Rhode Island as Food and Beverage Manager at Muse by Jonathan Cartwright at the Vanderbilt Grace.

Edwin Tan has been appointed Director of Engineering at the InterContinental Singapore. For the past three years, he had served in the same role for the Singapore Marriott Hotel.

Rajan Viswanathan has joined the Four Seasons Maldives at Landaa Giraavaru as Director of Human Resources. He is the former Director of Human Resources at the Four Seasons Mumbai.

Alex Arnold has been named Director of Sales, National Accounts, for the Hilton Hawaiian Village and the Hilton Waikoloa Village. He is the former Director of Sales and Marketing at the Montage Kapalua Bay and Associate Director of Sales for the Grand Wailea Resort Hotel & Spa.

James Palank has been named Director of Sales and Marketing for the Montage Kapalua Bay, taking over from Alex Arnold. He is the former Director of Sales and Marketing for the Westin Maui Resort and Spa, the Westin Ka’anapali Ocean Resort Villas and the Royal Hawaiian Hotel.

Lim Ee Jin has joined the InterContinental Singapore as Director of Marketing Communications and Public Relations. She was most recently with the Fairmont Singapore and Swissôtel The Stamford as Director of Marketing Communications.

The Four Seasons Bali at Jimbaran Bay has named Pasquo King Executive Chef. He is the former Executive Sous Chef for Burj Al Arab and, most recently, the Shangri-la Pudong in Shanghai.

Joachim Textor has joined the Lippo Group of Hotels in Jakarta as Corporate Executive Chef. He was most recently with the Anantara Dubai The Palm Resort and Spa as Executive Chef.

Andrew Zarzosa has been appointed Executive Chef at the Fairmont Jakarta. He was most recently with The Address Dubai Mall Hotel as Executive Chef.

Alex Huels has joined the Mandarin Oriental Kuala Lumpur as Assistant Director of Food and Beverage. He was most recently in the same position at the Shangri-La Bangkok.

MIDDLE EAST AND AFRICA

David Mansfield has been appointed Area Director for Dubai Hotels at Hyatt Hotels and General Manager for the Grand Hyatt Dubai taking over from John Beveridge. Mansfield was most recently serving as Area Director and General Manager of the Grand Hyatt Mumbai.

Aboudi Asali has been appointed Senior Vice President Development MEASA at the Jumeirah Group in Dubai, taking over from Cherif Hosny who left the company in August. Since 2012, Asali had run Aprio Hotel Advisory Services.

Harald Buerkle has been appointed General Manager of the Radisson Blu Cairo Heliopolis. He had previously served as pre-opening General Manager at the Radisson Rosa Khutor and the Park Inn by Radisson Rosa Khutor in Russia.

Melik Kizilcan has been appointed General Manager of the Sheraton Samsun in Turkey. He was most recently the General Manager of the Mövenpick Hotel Izmir.

The Four Seasons Sharm El Sheikh has named Marcel Oostenbrink Resort Manager. He was most recently serving as Resort Manager of the Banyan Tree Resort Ras Al Khaimah. Oostenbrink had previously served as Director of Food and Beverage and Executive Assistant Manager at the Banyan Tree Seychelles.

Lisa Kontominas has been named Executive Assistant Manager Rooms at the Heritage Le Telfair Golf & Spa Resort. She is the former Director of Housekeeping and Butler Service at the St. Regis Mauritius.

Andrea Colla has been named Food and Beverage Director at the Four Seasons Riyadh. He was most recently in the same position with the Four Seasons Gresham Palace Budapest.

Ramsay Rankoussi has been appointed Manager â€" Business Development at the Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group in Dubai. He is the former Associate Director â€" Development & Asset Management for Millennium & Copthorne Hotels.

Gary Stigter has been promoted as Director of Engineering at the Four Seasons Safari Lodge, Serengeti. He is the former Chief Engineer for the Beverly Wilshire and prior to that he held Engineering positions with the Four Seasons Resort and Club Dallas and the Four Seasons Nevis.

Frédéric Savoye has been appointed Vice President Sales and Marketing Middle East, Africa and India, at FRHI Hotels & Resorts in Dubai. He was most recently with Hilton Worldwide as Regional Director of Revenue for Western and Southern Europe.

Bastian Gaerner has been appointed Director of Sales and Marketing at the Jumeirah Bilgah Beach Hotel in Baku. He was most recently the Director of Sales and Marketing at NIYAMA Maldives.

Ahmed Jarkass has been promoted Director of Business Development and Marketing at the Jumeirah Messilah Beach Hotel & Spa in Kuwait City. Since 2009, he had been serving the hotel as Director of Sales.

James Norman has joined the Emirates Palace in Abu Dhabi as Executive Chef, replacing Sandro Gamba who is now the Executive Chef at the Ritz-Carlton Pudong. Norman was most recently in Geneva as Executive Chef for the Grand Hotel Kempinski. He is the former Executive Chef of the Mandarin Oriental Geneva and Executive Sous Chef at the Mandarin Oriental Hong Kong.

Rainer Rudolf Mueller has been appointed Executive Chef at the Amwaj Rotana Hotel in Dubai, taking over from Alan Snyman. He was most recently the Executive Chef at the Oryx Rotana in Doha.

Cameron Townend has been appointed Food and Beverage Manager at the Hilton Durban. He is the former Food and Beverage Manager at the Fancourt Hotel and Spa Resort.
