THE AMERICAS

Hyatt Hotels has appointed Chuck Floyd to the newly created role of Global President of Operations. He has been with the company for 33 years, most recently as Group President, Global Operations Center. He had previously served the company as Chief Operating Officer for North America from 2006 to 2011.

Pete Sears has been selected as Group President – Americas for Hyatt Hotels. He has been with the company for 27 years, most recently serving as Senior Vice President, Operations, for Asia Pacific since 2012.

Cornell graduate Steve Haggerty has an expanded role with Hyatt Hotels as Global Head of Capital Strategy, Franchising and Select Service. He joined the company in 2007 and was most recently serving as Global Head of Real Estate and Capital Strategy since 2012. Prior to joining Hyatt, Haggerty was with Marriott International in London, as Senior Vice President, International Project Finance and Asset Management for Europe, Africa and the Middle East.

Scott Geraghty has joined Faena Hotels as Chief Operating Officer. He was most recently with the Ritz-Carlton Central Park South as Area Vice President and General Manager. Geraghty is the former Managing Director and Hotel Manager for the St. Regis New York.

Rick Riess has been named Managing Director at the Montage Laguna Beach, taking over from Todd Orlich who is now overseeing the Montage Beverly Hills. Riess was most recently in Georgia as Managing Director for Sea Island. He is the former President and Chief Executive Officer of the Plumpjack Group in San Francisco and Chief Operating Officer of Auberge Resorts.

Frédéric Vidal has been appointed Managing Director at Las Ventanas al Paraíso, taking over from Martein Van Wagenberg who left last year to join Guanahani. Vidal was most recently with YOSH Hospitality as Managing Director. He had previously spent seven years as General Manager at the Maia Luxury Resort & Spa in the Seychelles.

Steven Shotsberger has joined the Inn at Dos Brisas as General Manager. For the past two years, he had been overseeing the Mansion at Judges' Hill in Austin.

Thomas Lee has been appointed General Manager at Pacific Edge Hotel in Laguna Beach. He was most recently the General Manager at the Sheraton Agoura Hills. Lee is the former Hotel Manager at the DoubleTree Los Angeles Westside and the Hilton Pasadena.

The Cypress Inn has appointed Crystal Petersson General Manager. The long-time Carmel Valley resident was most recently a Sales Manager for the Monterey Plaza Hotel & Spa.

Steven Smith has been appointed General Manager at the Grand Hyatt Washington, D.C. He was most recently the General Manager at the Hyatt Regency Washington, D.C. He is the former General Manager for the Hyatt Regency Bellevue and the Hyatt Regency Long Beach.

Gail Smith-Howard has been appointed General Manager at the Hyatt Regency Washington, D.C. taking over from Steven Smith. Most recently, Smith-Howard was the General Manager at the Hyatt Regency Baltimore. For ten years, she served as General Manager of the Hyatt Regency Fair Lakes.

Colleen Senters has been appointed General Manager of the Westin New York Grand Central. She was most recently the General Manager of the Westin Jersey City Newport. She is the former General Manager of the (former) Sheraton Russell and the Sheraton Piscataway.

Nils Stolzlechner has been appointed General Manager at Shelborne Wyndham Grand South Beach. He was previously the General Manager for the Omni Dallas and the Omni Corpus Christi.

Jerome Strack has been named General Manager for the Inn at Rancho Santa Fe. He is the former Regional Director of Food and Beverage, North America and Regional Director of Operations, North America, for Warwick International Hotels.

Helen McBride has been named Deputy General Manager for Necker Island. She was most recently at Rosewood Little Dix Bay as Director of Food and Beverage.

Amanda Hawkins-Vogel has been appointed General Manager at the Hilton Del Mar. She was most recently in Fort Lauderdale as General Manager of Il Lugano.

Dominique Colliat has been named Executive Vice President, Hotel Services, North & Central America and Caribbean at Accor in New York. Since 2009, Colliat has served the company as Senior Vice President Operations for Sofitel Europe, Middle East and Africa.

Sheila Foley has been appointed General Manager of the Arizona Biltmore. She was most recently the General Manager of the JW Marriott Houston. Foley is the former General Manager of the Scottsdale Marriott Suites – Old Town and Director of Sales and Marketing at the JW Marriott Desert Ridge Resort and Spa.

Greg Brown has joined the Hilton Baltimore as General Manager. For the past five years he had served as General Manager of Capital Hilton in Washington, D.C. He is the former General Manager of the Hilton Boston Back Bay.

Peter Simoncelli is now the General Manager for the Westin Michigan Avenue. For the past twelve years, he had been overseeing the Westin Chicago River North. He had previously spent fourteen years with Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts in food and beverage positions and, most recently, Hotel Manager for the Four Seasons Chicago.

Long time Four Seasons man Rob Sapp has joined the Golden Door Spa in Escondido as Managing Director. For 30 years, he held various sales and marketing positions with Four Seasons in Carlsbad, Santa Barbara, Dallas and, most recently the Beverly Wilshire.

Allen Highfield is now in Park City as General Manager at the Montage Deer Valley. For the past two years, he had been overseeing the Ritz-Carlton San Francisco. He is the former General Manager of the Ritz-Carlton Lake Tahoe and the Ritz-Carlton Georgetown.

Serge Simard has been appointed Regional Vice President, Eastern Canada and General Manager at the Fairmont the Queen Elizabeth in Montreal succeeding Richard Payette who has retired. Simard was most recently based in Nairobi for the company serving as Regional Vice President, Africa & India.

Allan Federer has been named General Manager at the Fairmont Hamilton Princess in Bermuda. For the past two years he had been overseeing the Ritz-Carlton Moscow. He is the former General Manager of the Ritz-Carlton Dubai.

Brent Gresham has been appointed General Manager of The Spectator and will continue to oversee the French Quarter Inn, both in Charleston. The Lausanne graduate is the former General Manager at the Inn at Dos Brisas and Director of Operations for the Woodlands Inn.

Todd Wynne-Parry has been named Senior Vice President – Development, with Commune Hotels & Resorts. He was most recently the Senior Vice President, Global Hotel Development and Acquisitions, with the Trump Hotel Collection. He is the former Vice President Development, North America, for the Pan Pacific Hotels Group.

David Miskit has been named General Manager of PUBLIC in Chicago. He is the former Managing Director/Owner at KenMont and KenWood Camps and had previously served five years as General Manager for the Delano Hotel.

Jeffrey Fuller has joined the Royal Sonesta Houston as General Manager. He is the former General Manager of the Embassy Suites Greenville Golf Resort & Conference Center and the Embassy Suites DFW Airport North Outdoor World.

Loris Menfi has been named General Manager at the Loews New Orleans Hotel. She was most recently with the Loews Philadelphia as Hotel Manager and previously spent 18 years with the Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company.

Matthew Thomas has moved to Soho House in New York as General Manager. He was most recently with the Standard, East Village as Hotel Manager. He is the former Resident Manager at the Mandarin Oriental Boston and Director of Food and Beverage for the Mandarin Oriental The Excelsior in Hong Kong.

Heather Samolinski has been named House Manager at the Soho House Group in Chicago. She was most recently serving as Director of Rooms at the W Chicago City Center.

Ricardo Ramirez has been promoted to President for the Downtown Grand Las Vegas. He was most recently the Senior Vice President and Managing Director. He is the former General Manager at the Hacienda Cabo San Lucas, and Director of Rooms at the Four Seasons Las Vegas, the Four Seasons Westlake Village, and the Four Seasons Costa Rica.

Travaasa Experiential Resorts has promoted Adam Hawthorne to President. He has been with the company since 2012 most recently as Director of Marketing and Revenue.

Norbert Relecker has been appointed General Manager for the Mondrian Los Angeles. He was most recently serving as General Manager at the Eldorado Hotel & Spa. He is the former General Manager for Chaminade Resort & Spa, the Park Hyatt Carmel - Highlands Inn and the Hyatt Regency Houston Airport.

Niklaus Leuenberger has joined the Bahamar Casino and Hotel in the Bahamas as Senior Vice President Resort Operations. He is the former Managing Director for the New York Palace and the Alpina in Gstaad.

Philipp Real is now in Argentina as General Manager at the Vines Resort and Spa. He was most recently overseeing the American Trade Hotel in Panama. Real is the former General Manager of the Lodge Kura Hulanda & Beach Club in Curaçao and Director of Food and Beverage with the Four Seasons Palm Beach.

Steven Hiblum has been named General Manager for the Nautilus South Beach – a SIXTY Hotel. He is the former General Manager for the Mondrian South Beach and Hotel Manager at the Delano.

Tohnia Miller has been named General Manager for the Hilton Santa Fe. She was most recently serving as Managing Director of the Orlando Hotel in Los Angeles. Miller is a former Director of Sales and Marketing with Gemstone Hotels & Resorts and Larkspur Hospitality.

The Broadmoor has appointed Tina Harlow General Manager of Cloud Camp, slated to open this month. Most recently, Harlow worked in operations for the Paws Up Resort and Big Cedar Lodge.

Nathan Davis has joined the Silverado Resort and Spa as Resort Manager. He had previously been with the US Grant in San Diego as Director of Operations. He is the former Director of Food and Beverage at the Westin Maui and Director of Outlets at the Sheraton Grand Sacramento.

Richard Ebright has been named Director of Operations for the Stonewall Resort in West Virginia. He was previously the General Manager for the Scottsdale Cottonwoods Resort and Hotel Manager of the Sheraton Downtown Nashville.

Barb Bowden has been named Managing Director of Operations for Loews Hotels at Universal Orlando. She was most recently the General Manager of the Orange County Convention Center.

Sara Sullivan has joined the SH Group in New York as Senior Vice President Finance. For the past year, she had served as Vice President, Owner Advisory Group, for Benchmark Hospitality. She is the former Vice President of Real Estate Investment & Asset Management and Vice President Corporate Finance for Sage Hospitality in Denver.

Twenty Four Seven Hotels has appointed Renee Gonzales as Director of Finance. She is the former Director of Finance at the Radisson Hotel@USC and Controller at Petit Ermitage.

Mark Krueger has joined the Silverado Resort and Spa as Director of Finance. He is the former Director of Finance at the Gateway Canyons Resort & Spa.

Alison Sanchez has been named Executive Assistant Manager for the Ritz-Carlton Orlando Grande Lakes. She was most recently in the same position with the Ritz-Carlton New Orleans. Sanchez is the former Director of Human Resources at the Ritz-Carlton Palm Beach.

Kunal Juneja has been promoted to Executive Assistant Manager at the Ritz-Carlton Grand Cayman. He was most recently serving the resort as Director of Rooms. Juneja had previously spent five years with Taj Hotels and Resorts in rooms positions with the Rambagh Palace and the Taj Exotica Resort and Spa in the Maldives.

Michael Principe has joined the Marcus Samuelsson Group in New York as Director of Operations. He was most recently overseeing food and beverage for the Tao Group. Principe is the former Director of Food and Beverage for the Mondrian Soho and General Manager for Buddakan in New York.

The Silverado Resort and Spa has appointed Christopher Costas Director of Food and Beverage. He is the former Director of Restaurants at the Omni Montelucia Resort and at the Sanctuary Resort on Camelback Mountain.

Jan Vanhaelewyn has been named Director of Food and Beverage at the W Bogotá, slated to open in September. He was most recently the Director of Food and Beverage at the Westin Guadalajara.

The Glen Cove Mansion Hotel & Conference Center has appointed Gus Montesantos Director of Food and Beverage. He was most recently in the same position with the Doubletree Guest Suites by Hilton Times Square in New York. Montesantos is the former Director of Food and Beverage of the Helmsley Park Lane Hotel.

Christopher Roman has joined the Urban Kitchen Group as Regional Director. For the past two years, he had been overseeing Coast Restaurant at Shutters on the Beach. He is the former Director of Food and Beverage for the Wyndham Costa Mesa.

Steven Carro has moved up to the Director of Food and Beverage position and joined the Mark Hotel. He was most recently serving as Assistant Director of Food and Beverage at the Mandarin Oriental New York.

Kris Singleton has been appointed Chief Information Officer at Omni Hotels. Most recently she was Chief Information Officer for the Cosmopolitan Las Vegas. Singleton is the former Chief Information Officer and Vice President of Technology for Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants and IT Vice President of Business Solutions for the MGM Mirage.

Barbara Hewitt has joined InvestHospitality in Las Vegas as Senior Vice President Human Resources. She had previously served as Vice President of Human Resources for the Luxor Hotel & Casino and the Excalibur Hotel & Casino.

Patti Fisher is the new Director of Human Resources at the Four Seasons Las Vegas. She was most recently serving as Director of Human Resources at the Four Seasons San Francisco. Fisher had previously served in human resource posts with the Four Seasons Los Angeles at Beverly Hills, the Four Seasons Resorts Lana'i, the Beverly Wilshire and the Four Seasons Houston.

Awilda Nevarez has been appointed Director of Human Resources at Benchmark Hospitality. She is the former Director of Human Resources at the Center for Leadership Excellence at Lockheed Martin in Bethesda and for the North Maple Inn.

Karen Vallecillo is now in Texas as Director of Human Resources for the JW Marriott Austin. She was most recently in the same position for the JW Marriott Desert Ridge in Phoenix. She is the former Director of Human Resources at the Silverado Resort and Spa in Napa Valley.

Anthony Olheiser is now in Las Vegas as Executive Director Brand Activation for MGM Resorts International. For the past two years, he had served as Director of Food and Beverage at the Ritz-Carlton Los Angeles and JW Marriott Los Angeles at LA Live. He had previously served as Director of Entertainment at the MGM Grand.

Kevin McAteer has been promoted to Senior Vice President Marketing and Sales at Concord Hospitality in Raleigh. He joined the company in 2003 and was promoted to Vice President Sales and Marketing in 2005.

Julie Maurer has been named to the newly created role of Vice President of Marketing for Silverado Resort and Spa. She is the former Vice President of Marketing and Sales at the Squaw Valley & Alpine Meadows and the Northstar-at-Tahoe.

Grace Duncan has joined the Nautilus South Beach as Director of Sales and Marketing. She was most recently with the Standard Miami as Director of Sales. Duncan had previously overseen sales and marketing for the Morgans Hotel Group, the Thompson Lower East Side, the Setai Club New York and the Setai San Diego.

Todd Scholl has been appointed Director of Sales and Marketing for the Hotel at Auburn University. Scholl was most recently the Director of Sales and Marketing for the Hotel Sorella Country Club Plaza in Kansas City.

Justin Bird has been named Director of Sales and Marketing for the ART in Denver, slated to open February 2015. He was most recently with the Lodge and Spa at Cordillera as Director of Sales and Marketing.

Elizabeth Dexter has been named Director of Sales for the Santa Barbara Beach & Golf Resort in Curaçao. She most recently served as Regional Sales Director for the Radisson Blu Resort St. Martin.

The Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Hotel has named Gino Marasco Director of Sales. He had previously led the sales teams at the Hilton Orlando, the Loews Atlanta, the Ritz-Carlton Reynolds Plantation and the Ritz-Carlton Amelia Island.

Karime Buraye has joined Amanresorts as Director of Sales North America East Coast. Buraye is the former Director of Leisure Sales for Kerzner International and Director of National Sales for Small Luxury Hotels.

Richard Hays has been appointed Regional Sales Manager at the Hilton Sandestin Beach Golf Resort & Spa, based in Maryland. He had previously held sales positions at properties including the Hyatt Regency La Jolla, the Hyatt Regency Baltimore and the Ritz-Carlton Washington, D.C.

Nancy Wilkerson has returned to the Barnsley Resort as Director of Sales. She had previously served as Director of Sales and Marketing for the resort from 2000 – 2004. She was most recently overseeing sales for the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort.

Kim Harvey has been appointed Director of National Accounts, Northeast, at Salamander Hotels & Resorts in Virginia. She was most recently with Caesars Entertainment as Regional Sales Manager.

Kim Davis-Guerzoni has moved as Sales Manager to the Four Seasons Orlando at Walt Disney World Resort. She was most recently in the same position at the Four Seasons San Francisco. She is a former Sales Manager with the Four Seasons Palm Beach.

Kathy Heilman has been promoted to Director of Weddings for the Barnsley Resort. She has been serving as Senior Corporate Event and Catering Manager since 2012 after joining the resort in 2010 as a Group Sales Manager.

Christian Pratsch has joined the Mandarin Oriental New York as Executive Chef. He was most recently the Executive Chef for The World – ResidenSea. He is the former Executive Sous Chef for the InterContinental Miami and Executive Chef at the InterContinental Montelucia Resort & Spa. In New York, he takes over for Toni Robertson, who is now the Executive Chef at the Mandarin Oriental Singapore.

Jonathan Oh has moved as Executive Chef to Scarpetta in New York. For the past two years, he had been at the Lambs Club as Chef de Cuisine.

Troy Thompson has been named Executive Chef at the Beverly Hilton. He is the former Executive Chef at the Sunset Marquis, the Kress Hollywood and David Burke Modern American Cuisine in Las Vegas.

Joe Palma has been named Executive Chef at Bourbon Steak by Michael Mina at the Four Seasons Washington, D.C. He was most recently the Executive Chef at High Cotton – Maverick Southern Kitchens and is the former Chef de Cuisine for the Westend Bistro by Eric Ripert in the Ritz-Carlton Washington, D.C.

Fabien Biraud has joined the Méridien Atlanta Perimeter as Executive Chef. He was most recently with the Ritz-Carlton Bachelor Gulch in the same position. He is the former Executive Sous Chef for the Ritz-Carlton Half Moon Bay.

Eric de Maeyer de Scheemacker has been appointed Executive Chef at Grand Velas Riviera Maya. He was most recently the Executive Chef of Live Aqua in Cancun.

The Grand Hyatt San Francisco has named Kevin Villalovos Executive Chef. He was previously the Chef de Cuisine at Cure Bar & Bistro in the Grand Hyatt Washington, D.C.

Sean Conway has joined the Anchor in Venice as Executive Chef. For the past four years, he had been with the Hotel Casa del Mar in Santa Monica as Executive Sous Chef.

David Thomas has been named opening Executive Chef for Bazaar Meat by Jose Andres in the SLS Las Vegas. He was most recently the opening Chef de Cuisine at Bazaar by Jose Andres in the SLS South Beach.

Jeremy Bearman is now in Anguilla as Executive Chef for Mallihouana, soon to be re-opened by Auberge Resorts. For the past six years, the Cornell graduate had been serving as Executive Chef at Rouge Tomate in New York. He is the former Executive Chef at Lark Creek Steak and Executive Sous Chef at L'Atelier de Joël Robuchon in the MGM Grand Las Vegas.

Stephanie O'Mary has been named Executive Chef at the Westin Pasadena. She was most recently serving as Executive Chef at the Fireman Hospitality Group. She is the former Executive Chef at Gram and Papas and the Palihouse-Holloway.

Michael Treanor has been appointed Chef de Cuisine at the Ritz-Carlton Atlanta. He was most recently serving as Banquet Chef at the Hotel Bel-Air.

The Viceroy Riviera Maya has appointed Paloma Carvajal Chef de Cuisine. She was most recently the Kitchen Supervisor at the Capella Resort & Spa Ixtapa. She had previously served on the culinary staff the Fiesta Americana Hacienda Galindo and El Chaflán in Madrid, as well as sister restaurant Restaurante El Mirador de Juan Pablo.

Joseph Lallave has been named Executive Sous Chef for the JW Marriott Essex House. He was most recently serving as Executive Chef/Food and Beverage Director at the Crowne Plaza Natick.

Ruben Barragan has moved over as Executive Banquet Chef to the SLS Las Vegas. For the past three years, he had served as Assistant Banquet Chef for the Cosmopolitan Las Vegas. He is the former Sous Chef at the Riviera Resort and Spa and the Wit Hotel and Restaurants.

Christina Kaelberer has joined the Rainbow Room as Pastry Chef. She was most recently at Spice Market as Pastry Chef.

Christopher Auld has joined the Boka Restaurant Group as pre-opening General Manager for Momotaro in Chicago. The native Hawaiian was most recently with Roy's for nineteen years in Chicago, Orlando, Boca Raton, Tampa and Hawaii.

Mohamed Ismail has been appointed Assistant Director of Food and Beverage at the Ritz-Carlton Phoenix. He was most recently serving as Director of Banquets with the Ritz-Carlton Lodge Reynolds Plantation.

Brian Drab has been named Assistant Rooms Executive at the Ritz-Carlton Half Moon Bay. He had previously overseen the front of house at the Ritz-Carlton New York Central Park, the Ritz-Carlton Kapalua Bay and the Ritz-Carlton Aspen.

Ryan Grande has moved to the post of Assistant Director of Rooms at the Four Seasons Vancouver. He joined the hotel in 2012 as Front Office Manager. Grande is the former Director of Housekeeping at the Four Seasons Jackson Hole.

Vera Martynets is now in Pasadena as Front Office Manager for Dusit International at the dusitD2 Constance Pasadena. She was most recently with the Ritz-Carlton Lodge Reynolds Plantation in the same position. She had previously served as Club Level Manager for the Ritz-Carlton St. Thomas and Housekeeping Manager with the Ritz-Carlton Bahrain Hotel & Spa.

Terra Orndorff has been appointed Spa Director at the Westin Hilton Head Island Resort & Spa. She was most recently overseeing the spa operations at the Embassy Suites Charlotte-Concord Golf Resort & Spa.

EUROPE

Tom Wolber has been named President of Euro Disney, the management company of Disneyland Paris, which he helped open in 1992. He is replacing Philippe Gas, who is moving to become General Manager of the Shanghai Disney Resort. Wolber was most recently serving as Senior Vice President of Walt Disney World Resort and Transportation Operations.

Luca Finardi has been named General Manager at the Mandarin Oriental Milan, scheduled to open in 2015. He had previously served as General Manager of the Royal Demeure Spa Hotels, the Hotel Savoy and the Villa San Michele in Florence. Finardi was most recently with Orient Express Hotels (now Belmond) where he held the position of General Manager and Area Manager, Sicily, at the Grand Hotel Timeo and the Villa Sant' Andrea in Taormina.

Roberto Marchetto has been named pre-opening Hotel Manager for the Mandarin Oriental Milan. For the past year, he had served as Executive Assistant Manager at the Mandarin Oriental Atlanta. Marchetto had previously served in rooms management positions with the Mandarin Oriental Washington, D.C. and the Landmark Mandarin Oriental Hong Kong.

Jesper Henriksen has been appointed General Manager of the Corinthia Hotel St. Petersburg. He was most recently overseeing the Radisson Royal Hotel in Moscow.

Stefan Kuehr takes over from Jesper Henriksen as General Manager of the Radisson Royal Hotel, Moscow. He was most recently the General Manager at the Park Inn by Radisson Pribaltiskaya. Kuehr is the former General Manager of the Park Inn by Radisson Azerbaijan Hotel and the Radisson Blu Plaza Baku Hotel.

Petri Isomaki has been named Area General Manager at Sokos Hotels in St. Petersburg and General Manager of the Solo Sokos Hotel Palace Bridge. He had previously been in Finland overseeing the Radisson Blu Royal and the Radisson Blu Plaza Hotel in Helsinki.

Philipp Von Bodman has been promoted Area Vice President at Grand City Hotels in Berlin. He joined the company in 2008 and was previously serving as Director of Operations and Corporate Analyst.

Eric-Michel Omgba has been promoted Director of Operations at Accor in Paris. He is the former General Manager at Ibis Paris Berthier.

Stéphane Gras moves, as Hotel Manager, from the Four Seasons Baku to the Four Seasons Prague, a hotel he previously served as Director of Food and Beverage from 2007 to 2009. Gras takes over from Olivier Thomas now overseeing the Four Seasons Casablanca.

Béatrice Schopflin has moved as General Manager to the Hôtel Scribe Paris. For the past six years, the Lausanne graduate had been in a similar position for the Sofitel Arc de Triomphe.

Kevin Furrer has been appointed General Manager for the Swissôtel Dresden am Schloss. For the past two years, he had served as General Manager at the Swissôtel Phuket.

Andrew Anthony is now Deputy General Manager at Cliveden House Hotel. For the past nine years, he had served as Deputy General Manager with Southern Sun Hotels at the Tsogo Sun Cape Town, the Tsogo Sun Zambia and the Tsogo Sun Tanzania.

Martine Gerow has been appointed Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Carlson Wagonlit Travel in Paris. Since 2010, she had been with Solocal Groupe as Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President Finance and Purchasing.

Greg Ward has joined Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts in London as Vice President Sales – Europe. He was most recently the Group Sales and Marketing Director at TDA Capital.

The W London Leicester Square has appointed Robert Wattie Food and Beverage Manager. He was most recently in a similar role with the Royal Automobile Club. He had previously served in food and beverage positions at London's Dorchester Hotel, the Savoy Hotel and the Four Seasons Vancouver.

ASIA AND THE PACIFIC

Ilkin Ilyaszade has been appointed Vice President, Corporate Hotel Management & Pre-Opening at Pan Pacific Hotels Group in Singapore. Most recently, Ilkin was Resort Manager of the Four Seasons Jimbaran Bay. He had previously spent eight years with Banyan Tree Hotels and Resorts in Sri Lanka and Thailand.

Sunny Heng has been appointed Managing Director at the Sheraton Zhuhai Hotel, slated to open in November and the St. Regis Zhuhai, scheduled to open in 2016. For the past four years, Heng had been at the St. Regis Sanya Yalong Bay Resort. He is the former Complex General Manager for the Westin Tianjin and Sheraton Tianjin.

Steven Andrews has been promoted to General Manager at Castaway Island in Mamanuca Island, Fiji. He joined the resort in 2005 as Manager Operations before his promotion in 2012 to Resort Manager. He is the former Resort Manager at the Jean-Michel Cousteau Resort Fiji Island Resort.

Nick Porter has been appointed General Manager at the Regent Beijing. He is the former General Manager at the Westin Beijing Chaoyang, the St. Regis Shanghai and the Sheraton Xiamen Hotel.

David Stepetic takes over from Christopher Ely as General Manager at the Jumeirah Dhevanafushi in the Maldives. Stepetic was most recently at the Laucala Island Resort in Fiji as General Manager.

Vinesh Gupta has been named General Manager of the Mövenpick Hotel & Spa Bangalore. He is the former General Manager of the Four Points by Sheraton Pune, the Hilton Seychelles Labriz Resort & Spa and the Ramada Caravela Beach Resort Goa.

Michael Finch has been named Managing Director of Willson Hotels, Indonesia and pre-opening General Manager of the Sakura Hotel and Residences in Jakarta, slated to open in October. He is the former President Director of Lor In Hotels and Resorts Indonesia.

InterContinental Hotels has named Thomas Schmelter Regional General Manager Thailand and General Manager for the InterContinental Bangkok. He was most recently serving the company as Director of Operations, Gulf States and Saudi Arabia.

Marc Gussing returns to Huvafen Fushi in the Maldives to take on the new role of General Manager. He had previously held the role of Director of Operations for the resort in 2005. He is the former pre-opening General Manager for the Paresa Resort & Spa, Thailand and the ALiLA Cha-Am.

The Onyx Hospitality Group has named Pierre-Andre Pelletier Vice President Area General Manager, South of Thailand and General Manager at the Amari Phuket. Since 2002 he had served as General Manager of the Amari Watergate Bangkok.

Dietmar Koegerl has been appointed General Manager at Niyama in the Maldives. The Cornell graduate is the former General Manager at the Anantara Kihavah Villas.

John Allanson takes over from Edouard Grosmangin as General Manager at Six Senses Con Dao. For the past two years, he had served as Resident Manager at the Six Senses Laamu in the Maldives. He is the former General Manager of Taplow House.

Marco den Ouden has been appointed General Manager at the Alila Villas Soori in Bali. He was previously the General Manager of the Huvafen Fushi. He is the former General Manager at the Jin Jiang Hotel in Chengdu.

Steve Chong has been named General Manager of the Sandy Beach Non Nuoc Resort Da Nang in Vietnam. He was most recently Projects Consultant at Hospitality Ventures Company Limited in Myanmar.

Tim Bilfinger has been named General Manager at Le Méridien Thimphu in Bhutan. He is the former Executive Assistant Manager at Le Méridien Cyberport Hong Kong and Hotel Manager for the Club at The Saujana in Kuala Lumpur.

David Cumming has been appointed Vice President Area General Manager Bangkok at Onyx Hospitality Group. He also returns to the Amari Watergate Bangkok, where he began his Onyx career, to take on the role of General Manager.

Jerry Mong has moved to the Angsana Xi'an Lintong as General Manager. He was most recently overseeing the Banyan Tree Yunnan. Mong is the former Director of Operations at the Sheraton Atlanta.

Alain Bachmann has moved as General Manager to the Chedi Club Tanah Gajah in Bali. He was most recently the General Manager at the Chedi Andermatt in Switzerland. Bachmann is the former Deputy General Manager at the Grand Hotel Park in Gstaad and Director of Food and Beverage for the Ritz-Carlton Moscow.

Matthew Bailey is now Chief Operating Officer for Aqua Hospitality. He was most recently in a similar position for Aston Hotels & Resorts. He is the former Managing Director of the Grand Wailea Resort Hotel & Spa.

Sharmini Moganasundram moves over as General Manager to the PARKROYAL on Kitchener Road in Singapore. She was most recently the General Manager for the PARKROYAL Serviced Suites Kuala Lumpur.

Goh Tee Kay is promoted to take over for Sharmini Moganasundram as General Manager for the PARKROYAL Serviced Suites Kuala Lumpur. Tee Kay joined the hotel in 2010 as pre-opening Director of Sales before being promoted to Resident Manager in 2013.

John Bendtsen has been named General Manager of the Centara Ceysands Resort & Spa Sri Lanka. He was most recently serving as General Manager of Centara Hotels & Resorts in Mauritius.

Marie-Hélène Moreira is back in Bali at the Seminyak Beach Resort and Spa as General Manager. She was most recently in charge of the Surin Phuket after serving three years as Hotel Manager for the Jimbaran Puri Bali Resort.

Simon Bell has been named General Manager at the Singapore Marriott. He was most recently the General Manager at the Renaissance Seoul. He had previously served as General Manager at the Courtyard Seoul.

Peter Nilsson has been appointed General Manager at the Centara Grand Beach Resort & Villas Hua Hin. He was most recently the General Manager of the Conrad Maldives Rangali Island.

Graham Grant has been named General Manager at Soneva Kiri in Koh Kood, taking over from Frank Grassman who had managed the resort since 2012. Graham was most recently the General Manager at the Leela Palace Udaipur.

Brad Downton has been promoted to Resort Manager at the Warwick Fiji Resort and Spa. He was most recently serving as the resort Director of Food and Beverage.

Florian Leven has been appointed Executive Assistant Manager at the Nam Hai in Vietnam. He takes over from Walter Hess, who was named General Manager of the soon-to-open Chedi Club Jimbaran Bali. For the past six years, Leven has been in Hawaii, where he served in a variety of roles at the Mauni Lani Bay Hotel and Bungalows and the Kahala Hotel & Resort, most recently as Director of Front Office.

James Proctor is now in Hawaii at the Montage Kapalua Bay as Director of Food and Beverage. He was most recently with the Montage Beverly Hills as Director of Dining. He previously spent three years with the Montage Laguna Beach as Assistant Dining Director and as General Manager for The Loft at Montage.

Stephan Van Tilburg has been appointed Director of Food and Beverage at the Sheraton Zhuhai in China. He is the former Director of Food and Beverage for the Sheraton Huzhou Hot Spring Resort on Taihu Lake in Eastern China and for the Sheraton Shenyang Lido.

Thomas Maier has been appointed Director of Food and Beverage at the Grand Nikko Bali. He had previously served in similar roles for the Anantara Xishuangbanna Resort and Spa, the IHG Crowne Plaza Hotel & Suites Landmark, and the Kempinski Resort & Spa Sanya.

Donald Chock has been appointed Director of Sales and Marketing at the St. Regis Princeville Resort in Kauai. He is the former Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Wavecrest Resorts and Hilton Hotels & Resorts.

Charles Cheng has been appointed Director, Global Sales, Beijing, at Pan Pacific Hotels Group. He was most recently Director, Global Sales, Northern China, at Langham Hospitality Group.

Lily Chen has been appointed Director of Sales and Marketing at the Sheraton Zhuhai. Most recently, she had served as Director of Sales and Marketing for the Hongta Hotel in Shanghai.

Sanjeev Tandon has been appointed Director of Sales and Marketing at Dusit Thani Laguna Phuket. He was most recently the Director of Sales and Marketing for Mövenpick Hotel Al Khobar and the Mövenpick Beach Resort Al Khobar.

Petero Manufolau has returned as Director of Sales and Marketing to the Warwick Fij Resort & Spa. He was most recently with the South Pacific Tourism Organization as Head of Marketing.

Gary Reed has been appointed Director of Revenue at the Mövenpick Resort & Spa Karon Beach Phuket. Since 2010 he has been in Malaysia with Thistle Hotels as Cluster Revenue Manager for both the Thistle Johor Bahru and the Thistle Port Dickson.

Colin Chun has been appointed Executive Chef at the W Taipei. He was most recently the Sous Chef of Doyles Seafood Restaurant in Sydney.

Joshua Nudd has been named pre-opening Executive Chef at the Niccolo Hotel by Marco Polo in Chengdu. The CIA graduate was most recently the Executive Chef at the InterContinental Shanghai.

Zachary Hillberry has been named Executive Chef at Nobu Manila. He was most recently the Executive Banquet Chef at Caesars Palace opening the Nobu Hotel Bacchanal Buffet.

Benjamin Brial has been named Executive Sous Chef for the Landmark Mandarin Oriental Hong Kong. He was most recently serving as Chef de Cuisine for Camelia in the Four Seasons Shanghai Pudong.

Jérome Pagnier has moved to the Grand Hyatt Singapore as Assistant Director of Food and Beverage. For the past two years, he had been in the same position at the Grand Hyatt Shenzhen. He had previously served in food and beverage posts with the Grand Hyatt Dubai and the Grand Hyatt New York.

MIDDLE EAST AND AFRICA

Olivier Thomas is now in Morocco as General Manager of the soon-to-open Four Seasons Casablanca. He was most recently with the Four Seasons Prague as Hotel Manager. He is the former Hotel Manager at the Four Seasons Amman and the St. Regis New York.

Andreas Oberoi has joined the St. Regis Dubai as General Manager. For the past three years he had been overseeing the Trump International Soho. He is the former General Manager of the St. Regis Bangkok and the Hotel Ramazzino in Sardinia.

Noel Massoud has been named Vice President Operations and Development, Middle East, at Swiss-Belhotel in Dubai. He was most recently with Paramount Hotels and Resorts as Vice President Development.

Patrick Robineau has been named Hotel Manager for Palazzo Versace in Dubai, slated to open early next year. He was most recently with the Vice President of Food and Beverage at the Atlantis The Palm Dubai. Robineau is the former Director of Food and Beverage at the Four Seasons Las Vegas and the Four Seasons Sharm El Sheikh.

Christopher Ely has joined the Jumeirah Beach Hotel in Dubai as Hotel Manager. For the past two years, he had been with the Jumeirah Dhevanafushi in the Maldives as General Manager.

Ricardo Suarez Bolivar has moved to the Banyan Tree Seychelles as General Manager. He was most recently in the same position at the Banyan Tree Cabo Marques in Acapulco. Bolivar is the former General Manager of the Hotel Grand Faro Luxury All Inclusive Resort and Director of Operations at the Presidente InterContinental Mexico City.

Caroline-Jane Houston has been promoted to General Manager at the Address Downtown, Dubai. She was most recently serving as Hotel Manager after joining in 2009 as Director of Food and Beverage. She had previously overseen food and beverage for the Langham London.

Florian Wille has been appointed Residence Manager at the Kempinski Residences & Suites in Doha. He is the former Executive Assistant Manager for the Kempinski Grand & Ixir Hotel Bahrain City and Director of Finance with the Kempinski Hotel Corvinus, Budapest.

Wissam Suleiman has been named General Manager at the Marsa Malaz Kempinski – The Pearl in Doha, slated to open later this year. He was most recently the General Manager of the Kempinski Residences & Suites, Doha.

Edouard Grosmangin has been named General Manager at the Six Senses Zil Pasyon in the Seychelles. For the past two years, he had been in a similar post with the Six Senses Con Dao Island in Vietnam. Grosmangin is the former Resort Manager of the Maia Luxury Resort and Spa Seychelles.

Huda Malhas has been appointed Director of Marketing Communications, EMEA at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts based in Dubai. She was most recently in Lebanon as Director of Marketing at the Four Seasons Beirut and is the former Director of Catering and Director of Marketing at the Four Seasons Amman.

Jihane Mamouri has been appointed Global Director of Sales – France & Benelux, at Jumeirah Group in Dubai. She was most recently the Director of Sales at the Kensington, Marylebone and Bloomsbury Hotels, all part of the Doyle Collection. Previously, Mamouri was the Assistant Director of Sales at the Mint Hotel Tower of London (now a Hilton).

Eric Cousin has been named Corporate Executive Chef – Hospitality for Amlack Hospitality in Doha. He was most recently in a similar position at Waterloo Hospitality. Cousin is also a former Corporate Executive Chef for Norwegian Cruise Line.
