Professor Ian Yeoman, a futurologist research in travel, has identified an emerging slice of the travel pie, the traveling male foodie. 

Ian was previously with Tourism Scotland, is now with Victoria University in Wellington New Zealand and explains how this traveler is impacting the travel scene and is being impacted by demographic issues like the singleton market.
