Wyndham board rejects unsolicited proposal from Choice

Wyndham Hotels & Resorts announced that its Board of Directors unanimously rejected a highly conditional, unsolicited stock-and-cash proposal by Choice Hotels International to acquire all outstanding shares of Wyndham.
