Some industry experts made bold predictions that ChatGPT would 'liberate the industry from the yoke of the OTAs'. From the very beginning I predicted that the OTAs would be the winners from the new generative Al technology like Open AI’s ChatGPT, Google’s Bard or Anthropic’s Claude.
