Rosewood announces new hotel project in Saudi Arabia Tuesday, 31st May 2022
Rosewood Hotels & Resorts has been appointed by The Red Sea Development Company to manage Rosewood Red Sea, opening as part of phase one of the multi-complex The Red Sea development.
The destination is located 550 km north of Jeddah. For travellers near and far, the new Red Sea International Airport will provide access and airlift to the destination. If I was an OTA. And I lost my filter Tuesday, 31st May 2022
I’m always surprised by the fact that OTA executives do such a poor job of defending themselves against all the criticism. Of course I understand why: as a company becomes bigger, its executives need to become more diplomatic and careful in their statements.
But the effect of that is that many in the Operator community are left with a negative impression of the OTA players, and choose to minimise their participation in the OTA channel, which is, I think, a big mistake >> Digital Transformation in Hospitality and the Need for Technologists Digital transformation is well underway in hospitality, driven by guest expectations and market forces, and expedited greatly by a global pandemic >>
