Trip.com Group launches Hong Kong public offering Friday, 9th April 2021
Trip.com Group Limited announced the launch of its Hong Kong public offering, which forms part of the global offering of ordinary shares of the Company and listing of its shares on the main board of the Hong Kong stock exchange.
The Company plans to use the net proceeds from the Offering to fund the expansion of its one-stop travel offerings and improve user experience, invest in technology to bolster its leading market position in products and services and improve its operating efficiency, and for general corporate purposes and working capital needs >> Singapore accepts IATA travel pass 9 Apr 2021 : From 1 May 2021, passengers traveling to Singapore will be able to use IATA Travel Pass to share their pre-departure COVID-19 PCR test results upon check-in with their airline, as well as on-arrival at the immigration checkpoints at Changi Airport.
