Keith Barr has been promoted to Chief Executive Officer at the InterContinental Hotel Group, taking over from Richard Solomons. Barr, a Cornell graduate, has been with the company for 17 years, most recently as Chief Commercial Officer.
Shan Kanagasingham has joined Auberge Resorts as Senior Vice President. She was previously the Senior Vice President, Operations, with SH Group Operations. Kanagasingham is also a former General Manager of the Surrey, and the Viceroy Miami.
Rosewood Hotels has appointed Achim Lenders Senior Vice President of Operations, Americas and Europe. Most recently, he served with Starwood Hotels & Resorts as Global Vice President of Food and Beverage.
Philipp Knuepfer has joined the Mandarin Oriental Boston as General Manager. He was most recently the Hotel Manager at the Mandarin Oriental Washington, D.C. Knuepfer is the former Hotel Manager at the Mandarin Oriental Taipei. At the Mandarin Oriental Boston, he takes over from Alain Negueloua, who is now the General Manager of Las Alcobas Napa.
Alain Negueloua has joined Las Alcobas Napa Valley as General Manager. He was most recently serving in the same role for the Mandarin Oriental Boston. Negueloua is the former General Manager for Meadowood, the Mark New York, and the Mandarin Oriental San Francisco.
Tom Donovan has been appointed Managing Director of the Resort at Pelican Hill, succeeding Giuseppe Lama. Donovan was most recently the Managing Director of the Grand Wailea Maui. He had previously overseen the Ritz-Carlton Kapalua, the Ritz-Carlton Bachelor Gulch, and the Ritz-Carlton Phoenix.
Noel Daniel is now in Aspen, taking over from Jacqueline Glokler as General Manager at Element Fifty Two by Auberge Resorts. Daniel is the former General Manager at Rancho Valencia, the Hotel Madeline, and the Inn at Lost Creek.
Shane Nicolopoulos has been appointed General Manager of the Andaz San Diego. He was most recently serving as Director of Rooms at the Hyatt Regency Scottsdale.
After a relatively short tenure as General Manager of the Belmond Inn at Perry Cabin, Reginald Archambault is back at the Rittenhouse Philadelphia where he had been the General Manager for five years. Prior to that, Archambault spent time with the Hotel Bel-Air, Four Seasons and Ritz-Carlton.
Akis Neocleous will be the opening General Manager of the W Panama City. He recently was the Managing Director of Imanta in Mexico, prior to taking the position of Managing Director of the Grace Panama and the Vines Resort in Argentina.
Brent Gresham has been appointed to Corporate Area Manager for Charlestowne Hotels. He was most recently Area General Manager of the French Quarter Inn, the Spectator Hotel and the HarbourView Inn in Charleston.
Tobias Arff has moved to the Darcy Washington, D.C. as General Manager. He was most recently with the Lorien Hotel & Spa in Alexandria as General Manager. Arff is the former General Manger of Morrison House, Assistant General Manager of the Monaco Alexandria, and Front Office Manager of the Hotel Palomar Washington, D.C.
Kevin Kruse has been named General Manager at the B Ocean Resort in Fort Lauderdale. He was most recently in Savannah as General Manager at the Mansion on Forsyth Park. Kruse is the former Director of Operations of the Trump Ocean Club & Casino Panama.
San Francisco’s Hotel Griffon, has named Scott Ostrander General Manager. Most recently, Ostrander served as General Manager of the Westin Virginia Beach Town Center. He had previously overseen the Cedarbrook Lodge & Spa in Seattle, the McCormick Scottsdale, and the Warwick Denver Hotel.
David Vialli has been named pre-opening Area General Manager for the Dossier Hotel and Woodlark Hotel in Portland, Oregon. He had previously overseen the Standard Downtown Los Angeles and the Standard Hollywood.
Patricia Lawrence has been appointed President at Resorts World Bimini. She was most recently with Genting Hong Kong as Senior Vice President of Marketing for Resorts World at Sea.
Abe Liao has been appointed General Manager at the Kimpton Rowan Palm Springs, slated to open in the fall. He is the former General Manager at the Kimpton George Hotel in Washington, D.C.
Edward Farrell appointed President of Resorts World Las Vegas. Farrell is the former Senior Vice President of Finance for Foxwoods and MGM and Regional Vice President of Finance at Harrah’s Entertainment.
Erik Dombroski has been named General Manager for the Anvil Hotel in Jackson. He had previously served in sales and marketing roles with the Teton Mountain Lodge & Spa, the Hotel Terra Jackson Hole, and the Topnotch Resort & Spa.
Joseph Turano has move to the Yotel New York as General Manager. He is the former General Manager of the Millennium New York, the Hyatt Herald Square, and the Four Points by Sheraton Chelsea.
Loy Helmly has returned to the Lodge at Tetherow Resort & Golf Club as General Manager, taking over from David Lenke. Helmly had previously served in the same position before taking on his most recent role as General Manager at the nearby Ponderosa Lodge in Sisters, Oregon.
Camila Frederico has joined the W San Francisco as Director of Operations. She was most recently the Director of Rooms at the Ritz-Carlton Half Moon Bay.
Sheila Buciuman has been appointed Director of Operations at the St. Regis Atlanta. She was previously with the Ritz-Carlton Buckhead as Executive Assistant Manager-Rooms.
Andrea Mue has been appointed Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Kokua Hospitality in Chicago. For the past 10 years, she had been with Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants, most recently as Chief Financial Officer.
David Hammarley has joined sbe as Chief Financial Officer. He is the former Senior Vice President, Corporate Finance, at Marriott and Vice President, Corporate Planning, with Starwood Hotels & Resorts.
Jim Koutsky has been named Director of Finance for the Stonewall Resort. He was most recently Chief Financial Officer for Visionary Destin and Controller for Callaway Gardens.
After 10 years overseeing food and beverage at the Venetian and Palazzo in Las Vegas, Sébastien Silvestri has joined sbe as Vice President Food and Beverage, based out of Miami. Prior to joining the Venetian, Silvestri had been the Director of Food and Beverage at the Island Hotel in Newport Beach.
Eric Bonnetain has joined the Discovery Land Company as Director of Operations and Regional Director Food and Beverage. He is the former Director of Food and Beverage at the SLS New York Park Avenue and the SLS Lux at Baha Mar.
Michel Gabbud has been appointed Director of Food and Beverage at the Charmant Hotel in La Crosse. Most recently, Gabbud served as Restaurant Director at Sixteen, the Michelin-starred restaauant of the Trump International Chicago.
Jeffery Oliveri has been named Vice President of Food and Beverage at Live!Casino & Hotel in Hanover. He was most recently serving as Vice President of Food and Beverage at the Horseshoe Casino.
Cory Ingram has been appointed Senior Vice President of Creative at the Dream Hotel Group. Ingram had previously served as founding Principal and Chief creative officer of Identity Atelier.
Paula Zelaya has been named Head of People Systems at the Dorchester Collection. She was most recently with the Hotel Bel-Air as Assistant Director of Human Resources.
Leslie Lerude has been appointed Senior Vice President, People and Culture, at Kokua Hospitality. She most recently served as Vice President of People for Revolution Foods.
Darlene Adams has returned to the Peninsula Beverly Hills as Director of Sales and Strategy. In 1991 she served the hotel as opening Director of Sales before moving into the sales and marketing positions with the Beverly Hills Hotel and Aman Resorts.
The Four Seasons Costa Rica has appointed Ann Armstrong as Director of Marketing. She is the former Director of Marketing of the Four Seasons Punta Mita, the Four Seasons Philadelphia, and both the Four Seasons Casa Medina and Four Seasons Bogotá.
Austin Phillips has joined the Four Seasons San Francisco as Director of Sales and Marketing. He was most recently in the same role at the Loews Regency San Francisco (the former Mandarin Oriental San Francisco).
Maria del Pilar Fernández has been appointed Director of Marketing at the Four Seasons Casa Medina and Four Seasons Bogotá. She was most recently with the InterContinental Cartagena as Director of Sales and Marketing.
Jorge Villarreal has joined the Resort at Pedregal in Cabo San Lucas as Director of Sales and Marketing. He was most recently in the same role at The Cape, also in Cabo. At Pedregal. he takes over from Debbie Misajon.
Elie Sassine has been promoted to Director of Sales and Marketing at the Ritz-Carlton Toronto. Sassine joined the hotel in 2014 as Director of Sales.
Marian Wilson has been appointed Director of Sales and Marketing at the Ritz-Carlton Lake Tahoe. The Cornell graduate is the former Director of Sales at the Horseshoe Bay Resort Austin and Director of Sales and Marketing at the Fairmont Olympic Hotel.
Carl Emberson has been appointed Director of Marketing and Operations at Club Punta Mita. He had previously served as General Manager at the St. Regis Punta Mita Resort. Most recently, he was the Director of Marketing and Operations at Mayakoba.
Virgil Napier has been appointed Director of Sales and Marketing at the Kimpton Seafire Resort + Spa in the Grand Cayman. He is the former Director of Sales and Marketing at the Resort at Pelican Hill and Rosewood at Baha Mar.
Kelly Poling has been appointed Senior Vice President of Marketing at Karisma Hotels and Resorts. Previously, Poling had served as Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer for WoodSpring Hotels.
Carlos Rojas has been appointed Director of Sales and Marketing at the Andaz West Hollywood. Since 2015, he had served in the same role at the Andaz Savannah.
Jill Farley has been appointed Director of Sales and Marketing at Kinzie Hotel Chicago. Farley was most recently the Director of Sales for White Lodging.
The William Vale has named Susan Choi-Grant Director of Sales and Marketing. She previously served as Managing Director at the AKA Central Park, Director of Sales for the Trump SoHo New York, and Director of Group Sales at the Peninsula Beverly Hills.
Kelly McCourt has joined the Darcy Washington, D.C. as Director of Sales and Marketing. McCourt has previously overseen sales and marketing for the New York EDITION and the Smyth, both in Manhattan.
Juan Vicioso, Jr. has been named Director of Sales and Marketing for the Heldrich in New Jersey. For the past 12 years, he has been in sales and catering positions with Starwood Hotels & Resorts.
Christine Delgado has been appointed Director of Sales and Marketing at the Kimpton Rowan Palm Springs. Delgado was most recently the Director of Sales and Marketing at the Riviera Palm Springs.
Michaela Foley has been appointed Director of Sales Northeast Region at Palace Resorts in New York. She was most recently with the SLS Park Avenue and the Redbury New York, as the Area Director of Group Sales.
Live! Casino & Hotel has named Cynthia Jones Vice President of Sales and Marketing for its Hotel Division. She was most recently with the Sheraton Columbia Town Center Hotel as General Manager.
Charles Williams has joined the Mandarin Oriental Washington, D.C. as Director of Group Sales. He was most recently serving as Senior Sales Manager at the Four Seasons Miami.
The Rosewood Hotel Group has appointed Patricia Rosentreter Corporate Director of Brand Communications, Americas & Europe, based in Los Angeles. Her most recent role was as Regional Director of Brand Communications, Americas, for Peninsula Hotels.
Dustin Irwin has joined the Omni La Costa Resort & Spa as Director of Golf Operations. Irwin comes from Turnberry Isle Miami where he had been Director of Golf and Membership since 2015.
Rodrigo Torres has joined Zadún, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve in Mexico as pre-opening Executive Chef. He is the former Executive Chef of the Ritz-Carlton San Juan and the Ritz-Carlton Santiago.
Joseph Lallave has been promoted to Executive Chef at the Ritz- Carlton Central Park. He joined the hotel last year as Executive Sous Chef. Lallave is the former Executive Sous Chef of the JW Marriott Essex House New York.
The Ocean House in Rhode Island has appointed Nicolas Bour Executive Chef. Bour joins the Ocean House from Humphrey’s in San Diego. He is the former Executive Chef at the Loews Coronado Bay.
Robert Bruce has been appointed Executive Chef at the Ritz-Carlton Boston Common. Most recently, he had served as Executive Sous Chef at the Ritz-Carlton St. Thomas.
Jesús Duron has been appointed Executive Chef at the St. Regis Punta Mita. He was most recently Chef de Partie Garde Manger and Patîsserie at Restaurant Elmer in Paris.
John Beriker has been appointed Executive Chef at the Mission Inn Hotel & Spa in Riverside. He had previously served in culinary posts with the Inn at Rancho Santa Fe and the Hyatt Regency Dallas/Fort Worth.
Matthew Kajdan has been appointed Executive Chef at the Westin Jackson, scheduled to open in early August. Kajdan was most recently at Jackson’s Parlor Market.
Maxwell Robbins is now in Colorado as Chef de Cuisine of the Penrose Room at the Broadmoor Resort. He is a former Sous Chef at Thomas Keller’s The French Laundry in Yountville.
Ramon Narvaez has joined the Dinex Group as General Manager at DBGB in Washington, D.C. He is the former Wine and Beverage Director for the RW Restaurant Group.
Robby Delaney has joined the Four Seasons Seattle as Director of Rooms. He was most recently serving as Assistant Director of Rooms at the Beverly Wilshire and is the former Front Office Manager at the Four Seasons Scottsdale.
Nina Notarile has been appointed Director of Rooms at the InterContinental San Francisco. She had previously served in front office positions with the InterContinental New York Times Square and the InterContinental New York Barclay.
Charles Hawkins is moving downtown to the InterContinental Hotel Los Angeles as Chef Concierge. He was most recently serving as Chef Concierge for the InterContinental Century City. He had previously held similar posts with the Peninsula Beverly Hills, the Beverly Wilshire, and the Four Seasons Los Angeles at Beverly Hills.
Tara Cruz has been appointed Director of Spa at Four Seasons New York Downtown. She was most recently the Director of Spa at the Cornelia Spa in the Surrey Hotel in Manhattan.
EUROPE
Pentahotels has promoted Andrew Munt to Vice President Operations. Munt joined the company in 2010, most recently serving as Head of pentahotels UK.
Yilmaz Yildirimlar has moved up to Area Senior Vice President for Central and Southern Europe at the Rezidor Hotel Group in Frankfurt, succeeding Arno Schwalie. Since 2014, Yildirimlar had served Rezidor as Regional Director in Eastern Europe, based in Moscow.
Thomas Kochs has joined the Corinthia Hotel London as Managing Director. For the past year, he had served in the same capacity with the Hotel Café Royal, London. He had previously managed the Berkeley, the Connaught, and Claridge’s.
Federico González-Tejera has been named President and Chief Executive Officer at the Rezidor Hotel Group in Brussels, succeeding Wolfgang Neumann. González-Tejera was most recently serving as Global Chief Executive Officer of Carlson Hotels Group and is the former Chief Executive Officer of NH Hotel Group.
Peter Beckwith has been appointed Regional General Manager at the Arora Group in the United Kingdom and will oversee the InterContinental London The O2. He is the former General Manager of the Waldorf Hilton in London
Thomas Bourdois has been named General Manager at the InterContinental Bordeaux Le Grand Hotel. He is the former Director of Operations for the InterContinental Marseille �" Hôtel-Dieu.
The Village Hotel Group has promoted Jamie Stevens to the newly created position of Senior General Manager Scotland. He was previously overseeing the Village Hotel Glasgow.
Stephan Post has been named General Manager at the Park Gstaad, taking over from Daniel Ziegler. Post was most recently the General Manager of the InterContinental Davos.
Luciano Scelza is now the General Manager of the Olympic Lagoon Resort in Cyprus. He was previously the Executive Assistant Manager for the Yas Island Rotana and the Centro Yas Island in Abu Dhabi.
Albert Mayr has been appointed General Manager at the Steigenberger Hotel Bad Homburg in Germany. He was most recently the Executive Manager of the Steigenberger Frankfurter Hof.
After 14 years, the Carlton Hotel St. Moritz has a new General Manager, Philippe Clarinval. He takes over from Laurence and Dominic Bachofen. Clarinval had previously spent seven years as Managing Director of the Omnia Mountain Lodge in Zermatt.
Gehard Struger has been named Regional Vice President Central Europe for Sofitel at AccorHotels as well as General Manager of Hotel Sofitel Munich Bayerpost. He was serving as General Manager of Swissôtel Hotel The Bosphorus in Istanbul for the last 12 years.
Céline Vercollier has been appointed Chief Financial Officer at B&B Hotels in France. Vercollier had previously been with Altadis, Areva, and Quick.
Debbie Cross has been appointed Chief Human Resources Officer at Aman. She is the former Vice President of Human Resources at Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts.
Charles Saadoun has been appointed Technical Director at the Hôtel de Crillon. He is the former Technical and Safety Director for the Grand Hotel Café de la Paix in London.
Anne Cassoudebat has been appointed Director of Administration and Finances at the Hôtel de Crillon. She joined the hotel in 2006, which was then operated by Concorde Hotels & Resorts.
The Wellesley Knightsbridge has appointed Chiara Vierchowod Operations Manager. For the past year, she had been Assistant Manager for the Bentley London.
Markus Savage has been appointed Food and Beverage Director at Blakes in London. He was most recently the General Manager of HIX Mayfair.
James Dugan has been appointed Executive Chef at the Sheraton Grand London Park Lane. Dugan was most recently with the Four Seasons Hampshire as Executive Chef and the former Executive Sous Chef at London’s Café Royal Hotel.
The Hotel Café Royal London has appointed Jeremy Brown Executive Chef, taking over from Andrew Turner, who left in August 2015. Brown was previously serving as Executive Head Chef for catering firm Rhubarb.
Justin Llewellyn has returned as Executive Chef to the Vale Resort in Glamorgan. He had previously held the post of head chef at the resort in 1999 for almost five years.
ASIA AND THE PACIFIC
Tom Roelens is the new General Manager of the Four Seasons Kuala Lumpur. He was most recently overseeing the Four Seasons Resorts Lana’i. Roelens is the former Hotel Manager at the (former) Four Seasons Newport Beach and General Manager of the Four Seasons Kuda Huraa.
Alastair McAlpine takes over from Tom Roelens as General Manager of the Four Seasons Resorts Lana’i. 
He is the former General Manager at the Four Seasons Seychelles, the Four Seasons Langkawi, and most recently the Four Seasons Hangzhou.
Greg Liddell has been named General Manager of the Mandarin Oriental Bangkok. He was most recently serving as General Manager at the Mandarin Oriental Barcelona after holding similar roles with the Mandarin Oriental Dhara Dhevi, Chiang Mai and the Landmark Mandarin Oriental Hong Kong.
Haldon Philp has been named General Manager of the W Brisbane, slated to open in early 2018. Most recently, Haldon managed the opening of Sheraton Melbourne Hotel and is the former Deputy General Manager for the St. Regis Doha.
Douglas Martell has been promoted to President and Chief Executive Officer at Onyx Hospitality Group in Bangkok, taking over from retiring Peter Henley. Martell joined the group in 2014 as Chief Operating Officer.
Alexander Blair has been appointed General Manager at the St. Regis Maldives Vommuli Resort. Blair has been the Complex General Manager of the Al Faisaliah Hotel since 2014.
Olivier Lenoir has been appointed General Manager at the Andaz Singapore, set to launch in September. He most recently served as the Hotel Manager at the Grand Hyatt Singapore.
James Young has been appointed General Manager at the InterContinental Doha The City. He had previously held the post of Area General Manager Indochina and General Manager of InterContinental Saigon Hotel and Residences.
Kelly Hoen has been appointed Area General Manager for Outrigger Hotels & Resorts including the day-to-day leadership at the Outrigger Reef Waikiki Beach Resort. Hoen had previously served as General Manager for the MODERN Honolulu, the Royal Hawaiian, and what is now the St. Regis Princeville Resort.
Melissa Tang has been named Resort Manager at the Four Seasons Langkawi. Since early 2016, she has been Director of Rooms at Four Seasons Guangzhou.
Nico Alexander Braunwalder has been appointed Hotel Manager at St. Regis Bali Resort. He is the former Director of Food and Beverage at the Ritz-Carlton Osaka.
Kristi Elborne has joined Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts in Toronoto as Director, Residential Rentals. She was most recently the Director of Business Development at Butterfield & Robinson.
Mathieu Bellec has been appointed Director of Food and Beverage at the Royal Orchid Sheraton Hotel & Towers in Bangkok. He had previously served in food and beverage positions with Aloft Hotel Bangkok Sukhumvit 11 and Le Méridien Suvarnabhumi, Bangkok Golf Resort and Spa.
Barrett De Santos has been named Director of Leisure Sales for the Turtle Bay Resort. He had previously served in sales positions with Highgate Hotels Hawaii and Castle Resorts & Hotels.
The Four Seasons Shenzhen has named D’Alessandro Giovanni Battista Executive Chef. He is the former Executive Chef at the St. Regis Shenzhen.
MIDDLE EAST AND AFRICA
Volker Heiden has been appointed Vice President at Protea Hotels by Marriott in Cape Town. He was most recently the Regional Vice President Finance for the Caribbean and Latin America for Marriott.
Mark Ancrum has been named General Manager at the St. Regis Amman Hotel & Residences. He is the former General Manager at Yas Island Rotana, Abu Dhabi, the Hilton Bali, and the Hilton Shijiazhuang.
Reto Moser has been named Hotel Manager of the Four Seasons Cairo at Nile Plaza. He was previously the Director of Food and Beverage at the Four Seasons Bangkok and, most recently, the Four Seasons Koh Samui.
Stefan Bollhalder has been named Managing Director at the Madinat Jumeirah. He was most recently with the Shangri-La Paris, where he was the General Manager and Area Manager for Europe.
Tristan de La Porte du Theil has been appointed General Manager at Dukes Dubai Hotel and Residences. He was most recently serving as General Manager and Vice President Operations for Tonino Lamborghini Hotels & Resorts in China.
Milan Drager has been named General Manager at the Shangri-La Al Husn. He is the former Resident Manager at the Shangri-La Hotel Sydney.
