Christian Clerc has been promoted to the role of President, Worldwide Hotel Operations, at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, taking over from Chris Norton. Clerc was most recently serving the company as President, Hotel Operations â€" Americas.

Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts has promoted Vince Parrotta to President, Hotel Operations â€" Americas, taking over from Christian Clerc. Parrotta was most recently the Regional Vice President and General Manager at the Four Seasons Scottsdale. He is the former General Manager of the Four Seasons Jackson Hole.

Johnny So is now in Orlando as Managing Director at the Loews Portofino Hotel. He was most recently overseeing the Watergate in Washington, D.C. So is the former General Manager at the former St. Regis Monarch Beach and the Grand Wailea.

Gnell Abracosa is the new General Manager at the Public Chicago. Abracosa is the former General Manager at the Mosaic Hotel and Maison 140 in Beverly Hills.

Tijs Klerx has been named General Manager at the Viceroy Chicago. Klerx is the former Director of Sales and Marketing at the W Miami and the Viceroy Miami.

Lisa Timbo has been appointed General Manager at the JW Marriott Chicago. She was most recently overseeing the Renaissance Schaumburg Hotel and Convention Center.

Yael Ron has been appointed General Manager at the Ritz-Carlton Cleveland. Ron was most recently overseeing the Ritz-Carlton Herzliya and is the former Director of Sales and Marketing at the InterContinental Tel Aviv.

Shawn Jervis is now in Georgia as General Manager at the Barnsley Resort. Jervis is the former General Manager at the Miramonte Resort & Spa and the Embassy Row Hotel in Washington, D.C.

Mark Bingle has been promoted to General Manager to join the Four Seasons Bogotá and Hotel Casa Medina Bogotá, taking over from Luis Argote. Bingle was most recently the Hotel Manager at the Four Seasons San Francisco.

Fairmont Hotels & Resorts has appointed George Terpilowski Regional Vice President, Northeast United States, and General Manager of the Fairmont Copley Plaza. He was most recently the Regional Vice President, Caribbean, and General Manager, Fairmont Southampton.

Jaime Jaramillo has been appointed Managing Director at Nizuc Resort & Spa in Cancun. He had previously overseen the Las Brisas Acapulco.

Sal Abaunza has joined the Colony Palms Hotel in Palm Springs as General Manager. He was most recently overseeing the Viceroy L’Ermitage. Abaunza is the former General Manager of the Carmel Valley Ranch, the Mandarin-Oriental San Francisco and Ventana Inn & Spa in Big Sur.

Matthew La Vine has been named General Manager of the Hilton Santa Fe Buffalo Thunder. He is the former General Manager of the Fess Parker Doubletree in Santa Barbara and the Edgewater Beach Hotel.

Michael Moody is now in Colorado as General Manager for Dunton Hot Springs. For the past two years, he had been in New Zealand at the Kauri Cliffs Lodge as Director of Food and Beverage.

Jon Benson has been appointed General Manager at the Park Hyatt Washington, D.C. Benson was most recently the General Manager for the Hyatt Key West Resort and Spa.

Daniel Braun has been named General Manager at the White Barn Inn and Spa. For the past three years, he had been overseeing the Inn at Hastings Park in Massachusetts. Braun is the former General Manager at the Castle Hill Inn.

Bryan Kindred has been named Director of Property Operations at Sundance. He was most recently serving the resort as Director of Lodging.

Robert Lowe has joined the Mandarin Oriental Miami as General Manager. He was most recently at the Mandarin Oriental Atlanta as General Manager.

David Collas has been named General Manager of the Mandarin Oriental Atlanta, taking over from Robert Lowe. Collas was most recently the Hotel Manager of the Mandarin Oriental New York. He is the former Executive Assistant Manager Food and Beverage at the Mandarin Oriental Hong Kong.

Randy Taormina has been appointed General Manager at the Dream Midtown in New York. He was most recently with Highgate Hotels as Area Managing Director in Miami/Fort Lauderdale. Taormina is the former General Manager of the Refinery Hotel in Manhattan.

Jon Goldberg has been named General Manager of the Hotel 48LEX New York. He was most recently the Hotel Manager for Commune Hotels + Resorts at Gild Hall.

Justin Kellerman has moved as General Manager to the Smyth â€" A Thompson Hotel. He is the former General Manager of the NoMo SoHo and the Jade Hotel Greenwich Village.

John Sinclair has been named General Manager at the Hotel Mela Times Square. He was most recently the Hotel Manager at the Crowne Plaza Times Square Manhattan. Sinclair is the former Hotel Manager at the Empire Hotel and the Bentley Hotel.

Ashley Mahon has been appointed General Manager at Hyatt House New York/Chelsea. She was most recently serving as Director of Rooms at the Hyatt Herald Square.

Scott Griffith is the new General Manager at 21c Museum Hotel in Raleigh-Durham. He was most recently the Hotel Manager at the Omni Berkshire Place.

Karan Kakar has been promoted to General Manager at the Mondrian South Beach. Kakar had joined the resort in 2014 as Hotel Manager and is the former Director Of Operations for the Sheraton Puerto Rico Hotel and Casino.

Greg Saunders has been named Vice President Managing Director at PGA National Resort & Spa. He is the former Managing Director at the Grand Hyatt at Bahamar.

Eddie Timmons is now in Texas as General Manager of the NYLO Irving/Las Colinas. He was most recently in New York as General Manager at the Carlton Hotel and the Affinia Gardens.

Thomas Voss has been named Managing Director at the Fairmont Austin. He was most recently with Manchester Grand Resorts Financial Group as President of the Resort Division.

Martin Greenwood has moved as General Manager of the Riviera Palm Springs. He is the former General Manager of the Doubletree by Hilton Golf Resort Palm Springs and the Renaissance Palm Springs.

Kevin Hines has been promoted to General Manager and joined the Westin Daytona Beach Resort and Spa. He was previously serving as Director of Food and Beverage for the Surf and Sand in Laguna Beach and, most recently, the St. Regis Deer Valley.

Ronen Aviram is now in Scottsdale as General Manager at the Hotel Valley Ho. He was most recently the Hotel Manager with the Swissôtel Chicago. Aviram is the former Director of Operations at the Fairmont Dallas and Director of Rooms at the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess.

The Graham Georgetown has appointed Mark Namdar General Manager. Namdar was most recently the General Manager at the Westin Tysons Corner.

Stephen Wancha has joined the Four Seasons Chicago as Hotel Manager. He was most recently overseeing food and beverage at the Four Seasons Orlando.

The Four Seasons Denver has named Afonso Cunha Hotel Manager, taking over from Kris Kaminski. He was most recently at the Four Seasons Whistler as Resort Manager.

Laura McIver has been appointed Hotel Manager at Shutters on the Beach in Santa Monica. She most recently served as Vice President and General Manager of Miraval Resort. Second time around for McIver at Shutters where she was the Corporate Director of Food & Beverage, prior to opening the Canary in Santa Barbara, for the same group, and leaving to open the Belmond El Encanto.

Diego Angarita has been promoted to Resort Manager and moved to the Four Seasons Resort and Residences Anguilla. He was most recently serving as Director of Rooms at the Four Seasons Hualalai.

David Suarez is now in Barbados as Resident Manager at Sandy Lane. He was most recently serving as Director of Food and Beverage at the Four Seasons Hampshire and had previously overseen food and beverage at the Ritz-Carlton Singapore.

Adolfo Aguillon has been appointed Hotel Manager at the Grupo Vidanta on the Riviera Maya. He is the former Director of Food and Beverage at the Four Seasons Papagayo and the Fairmont Mayakoba.

Michael Allegra has been named Director of Operations at the W Dallas â€" Victory. He was most recently the Director of Food and Beverage at the former St. Regis Monarch Beach Resort and Spa. Allegra had previously overseen food and beverage at the Park Hyatt Beijing, the Grand Hyatt Sao Paulo and the Park Hyatt Dubai.

Christine Loose has been named Group Director â€" Lodging, for Kohler. She was most recently the General Manager of the American Club & Inn, a component of Kohler.

James Mikolaichik has been appointed Chief Financial Officer at Hilton Grand Vacations. He was most recently with Manning & Napier as Chief Financial Officer.

Brian McGinnis has been named Chief Financial Officer for KSL Resorts at the Monarch Beach Resort in Dana Point. He is the former Chief Financial Officer for sister company Miraval Arizona Resort & Spa.

Stephen Sowards is the new Vice President of Finance for the JRK Hotel Group. He was most recently the General Manager for Le Meridien Delfina Santa Monica and the former Senior Vice President, Finance and Accounting, at the Viceroy Hotel Group.

David Wiggins has been appointed Director of Finance at the Pendry San Diego. Wiggins most recently held the same role at the Marina del Rey Marriott and previously worked in finance positions with the Ritz-Carlton San Francisco and the Ritz-Carlton Phoenix.

Greg O’Stean has been appointed Chief Investment Officer at Loews Hotels & Resorts in New York. He was previously with the Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group as Chief Development Officer.

Gustaf Burman has been appointed Senior Vice President, Information Technology, at Montage Hotels & Resorts. He is the former Chief Technology Officer for Morgans Hotel Group.

Cory Saffran has been promoted to Director of Food and Beverage at the Four Seasons Orlando, taking over from Stephen Wancha. Saffran had served the resort as Assistant Director of Food and Beverage for the past two and a half years.

Graham Williamson has been promoted to Director of Food and Beverage and joined the Four Seasons Resort, Las Colinas. He is the former Assistant Director of Food and Beverage at the Four Seasons Palo Alto and, most recently, at the Four Seasons Chicago.

Michael Bell has been promoted to Executive Assistant Manager Director Food and Beverage and moved to the Ritz-Carlton Sarasota. He was most recently serving as Assistant Director of Food Beverage at the Ritz-Carlton Dove Mountain.

Marc d’Urso has been named Director of Food and Beverage at the Fairmont Le Montreux Palace. He is the former Director of Food and Beverage at the Westin Paris Vendôme.

The Pendry San Diego has appointed Victor Calzada Director of Food and Beverage. He had previously overseen food and beverage in Dallas at the Joule Hotel and the Stoneleigh Hotel and Spa.

Darin Grohs has been named Director of Food and Beverage at the Hard Rock Hotel San Diego. He was most recently overseeing food and beverage at La Valencia in La Jolla.

Olivier Dall’Oglio has been named Director Food and Beverage at the Westin Hotel Guadalajara. He had previously served in a similar roles at the Marriott Puerto Vallarta and the Villa Premiere Hotel & Spa.

Chadwick Howard has been promoted to Director of Restaurants and Bars at the Palace Hotel in San Francisco. He joined the hotel in 2014 as Restaurant and Bar Manager.

Gabriel Ratner has joined the Sydell Group as Vice President Western Region. For the past eleven years, he had been with the JRK Hotel Group, most recently as President.

Andrew Steel has been appointed Director of Acquisitions and Development at Margaritaville Hotels and Resorts in Palm Beach. Most recently, Steel was the President and Co-Founder of Akua Capital and had previously worked with the Related Group, the Carlton Group and Faison Associates.

Ashley Stemper has been appointed Director of Design at Provenance Hotels in Portland. She was most recently with Commune Hotels and Resorts in New York as Design Director.

Julie Van has been appointed Vice President of Human Resources at Lucky Strike Entertainment. She was most recently the Director of Human Resources for the Patina Restaurant Group.

Jessica Johnson has been appointed Director of People and Culture at the Pendry San Diego. She was most recently overseeing human resources at the St. Regis Aspen.

Rhonda Vancooney has been named Director of People Support at the Hotel Figueroa. She was most recently the Director of Human Resources at Soho House in Los Angeles.

The Beverly Wilshire has promoted Chris Gleeson to Director of Marketing, taking over from Jon Chocklett. Gleeson was most recently serving the hotel as Director of Sales.

Katie Donald has been named Director of Sales and Marketing at the St. Regis New York, taking over from Julien Bardet. She had previously overseen sales and marketing for the Sheraton New York, the W Hoboken and the Westin Auckland.

Diane Yost is returning to Four Seasons after ten years to transition her current role as Director of Sales and Marketing for the Viceroy Anguilla to the newly rebranded Four Seasons Resort and Residences Anguilla. She had previously overseen sales and marketing at the Mandarin Oriental Las Vegas and the Ritz-Carlton Grand Cayman.

Rich McGonnigal has been appointed Director of Sales and Marketing at the Four Seasons Austin. He was most recently the Director of Sales and Marketing at the Hyatt Regency Orlando International Airport.

Saun Lightbourne has been appointed Director of Sales and Marketing at the Hotel Crescent Court in Dallas. He most recently served as a Corporate, Independent Sales and Marketing Taskforce for HEI Hotels & Resorts.

April Storms has moved to the 1 Hotel Central Park as Director of Sales and Marketing. She was most recently in the same role at the Andaz 5th Avenue and previously oversaw agency sales for the Andaz Wall Street and the Andaz 5th Avenue.

Devin Gleason has moved over as Director of Sales and Marketing to the Topnotch Resort & Spa in Stowe. He was recently with the Stoweflake Mountain Resort and Spa as Director of Sales. Gleason is the former Director of Sales at Chatham Bar Inn Resort and Spa.

Scott Grigelevich has been appointed Director of Sales and Marketing at the Ames Boston Hotel. He is the former Director of Sales and Marketing at the Lenox Hotel.

Andrea Heffner has been named Complex Director of Sales and Marketing for the Westin Snowmass Resort. She was most recently the Director of Sales and Marketing at the St. Regis Atlanta. Heffner is the former Director of Sales and Marketing for the Hotel Jerome in Aspen and the St. Regis Deer Valley.

Elaine Morena has been appointed Regional Vice President of Sales at Associated Luxury Hotels International. She is the former Director of Sales and Marketing for the Surrey in New York and had previously served in sales positions with Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts and the Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company.

Cesar Biggeri has started Biggeri+Universe after ten years with Jumeirah. He was most recently serving the company as Global Director of Sales-The Americas.

Jeanne Delgado has moved to the Carlyle as Director of Sales. She was most recently serving as Director of International Luxury Sales at the St. Regis New York. She had previously served in sales posts with the Mark Hotel and the Gramercy Park Hotel.

Maria Chevalier has been appointed Executive Director of Business Travel Sales at Hilton Worldwide. Chevalier previously served as Global Vice President of Corporate Incubation at Travelport.

Robert Schneider has been appointed Regional Director of Revenue Management at the Grove Resort & Spa in Orlando. He was previously the Director of Group Strategy for the Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center.

Samuel Faggetti has been named Executive Chef at the Four Seasons Nevis. He was most recently the Executive Sous Chef at the Four Seasons Orlando.

Victor Palma has been appointed Executive Chef at the Rosewood CordeValle. He was most recently in the same position at the Rosewood San Miguel de Allende.

Jeff Walter has moved as Executive Chef to the Bellagio. For the past six years, he had been with the Cosmopolitan Las Vegas as Executive Chef. Walter is the former Executive Chef at the Hard Rock San Diego.

Jose Gomez has been named Executive Chef at the Reach Hotel Key West. He had previously served in chef roles at the Westin Hotel Playa Bonita and the Waldorf Astoria Panama.

Juan Licerio Alcala has been named Executive Chef of the new Grand Velas Los Cabos, opening in late 2016. Most recently, he served as Executive Chef of the Princess Mundo Imperial in Acapulco.

John Maffei has been named Executive Chef at the Andaz Savannah. He was most recently in the same position at the Hyatt Regency Long Island. Maffei is the former Executive Sous Chef at the Mondrian Soho and the Andaz 5th Avenue.

Thanawat Bates has been named Executive Chef at Las Alcobas Napa Valley, slated to open in January. He was most recently with the SLS Las Vegas Hotel and Casino as Executive Chef for Cleo.

Nathan Volz has joined the Conrad Chicago as Executive Chef. He was most recently the Executive Sous Chef for the Ritz-Carlton Charlotte.

Eric Duchene has been named Executive Sous Chef at the Ritz-Carlton Marina del Rey. He was most recently the Banquet Chef for the Ritz Carlton Naples.

Jorge Chicas is now in Washington, D.C. as Chef de Cuisine at BLT Steak. For the past three years he had been with the Hotel Monaco Philadelphia as Executive Chef.

Jeffery Munchel has joined the Ritz-Carlton Reserve Dorado Beach as Pastry Chef. He was most recently serving in the same position at the Mandarin Oriental Washington, D.C.

Saber Rejbi has been appointed Pastry Chef at the Hilton Chicago. Most recently, he was the Executive Pastry Chef at Advanced Gourmet Equipment and Design.

Nicolas Fanucci has joined Bouchon Beverly Hills as General Manager. He was most recently with the Plan Do See Restaurant Group as Director of Operations and Quality for the opening of Neuehouse Hollywood and its centerpiece restaurant Paley. Fanucci was a seven-year General Manager at the French Laundry.

Grant Nelson is now in Beverly Hills as General Manager at the Blvd at the Beverly Wilshire. He was most recently at the Four Seasons Toronto as Assistant General Manager for Café Boulud & d|bar.

Matthew Gabos has taken on the position of Vineyard Manager at Calistoga Ranch. He was previously the Assistant Director of Food and Beverage at the Ojai Valley Inn and Spa and Director of Banquets for the Grand Del Mar.

Matthew Washton has joined Chaya Downtown Los Angeles as General Manager. He was most recently overseeing Akasha in Culver City.

Clement Jafet has been named General Manager with the Hakkasan Group. He is the former General Manager at Bouley Restaurant and Millesime at the Carlton Hotel.

Thomas Kennelly has been named Assistant Director of Food and Beverage at the Monarch Beach Resort and Spa. He was most recently the Director of Food and Beverage at the Renaissance Palm Springs.

The Four Seasons Anguilla has named Matthew Stanley Director of Rooms. He was most recently the Assistant Director of Rooms at the Four Seasons Santa Barbara.

Estreya Gosalbez has transferred to the Four Seasons Atlanta as Director of Rooms. Gosalbez was most recently in the same position at the Four Seasons Scottsdale.

The Four Seasons Scottsdale has named Christine Bauer Director of Rooms. She was most recently the Assistant Director of Rooms at the Four Seasons Orlando.

Timothy Harleth has moved as Director of Rooms to the Trump International Hotel, Washington, D.C. He was most recently in the same position for the Mandarin Oriental Washington, D.C.

Former Cornell and Berkeley graduate Daryl Ansel has joined UC Berkeley as Associate Dean of Students. He is the former Director of Dining Services for UCLA and Chief Financial Officer for the SBE Restaurant Group.

Karolina Swierk has been named Director of Housekeeping at the Four Seasons Costa Rica. She was most recently serving as Director of Housekeeping at the Four Seasons Atlanta.

EUROPE

Cliveden House has appointed Kevin Brooke General Manager succeeding Sue Williams. Brooke was most recently overseeing the Aman Sveti Stefan in Montenegro and is the former General Manager at Amanwana.

Blakes Hotel in London has named Ian Telford General Manager. He was most recently the Director, Front of House, at the Chiltern Firehouse in London.

Guy Hilton has moved as General Manager to the Waldorf Hilton, London. Hilton was most recently overseeing the Hilton London Gatwick Airport.

Remco Norden has been appointed General Manager at the Hilton London Gatwick Airport, replacing Guy Hilton. Norden had spent the past four years in Turkey as General Manager of the Hilton Istanbul Bomonti Hotel & Conference Center.

Angela Ellis has been appointed General Manager at both the Zetter Hotel, London and the Zetter Townhouse, Clerkenwell. She was most recently serving the Zetter Hotel London as Deputy General Manager after joining the hotel in 2009 as Head Housekeeper.

Frantz Mathis has been appointed General Manager at Cameron House in Loch Lomond. Mathis was most recently Executive Assistant Manager of Food and Beverage at the Shangri-La Abu Dhabi.

Peter Mikkelsen has been appointed General Manager at the Steigenberger Hotel Cologne. He was most recently the General Manager at the Radisson Blu Warsaw.

Carlton Courtney is now overseeing the InterCityHotel Gelsenkirchen. Courtney was most recently the General Manager at the Steigenberger Hotel Bremen.

Marc Wachal takes over from Carlton Courtney as General Manager at the Steigenberger Hotel Bremen. Wachal is the former General Manager of the Pullman Stuttgart Fontana.

Christopher Harrison has been promoted to General Manager at the St. James Hotel in Nottingham. He has served as Deputy General Manager for the hotel since 2014.

Thomas Hughes has been appointed General Manager at the Cary Arms in Devon, replacing Felicia Crosby. Hughes previously managed the Wheatsheaf Inn in Northleach in the Cotswolds.

Christian Mognol has been appointed Head of Asset Management and Acquisitions, UK & Europe at Millennium & Copthorne Hotels in London. He was most recently with the SGG Group as Senior Vice President.

Devansh Bakshi has been appointed Finance Director at Arora Hotels in Hounslow, Middlesex. For the past five years, he had served as UK Head of Finance for the PPHE Hotel Group.

Carsten Lima has returned to Small Luxury Hotels to take on the newly created role of Vice President of Sales, EMEA. He had previously served the group as Group Head of Sales before moving into his most recent role as Area Director Asia Pacific for Design Hotels.

Laura Snow has been appointed Sales and Marketing Manager at the St. James Hotel. She was most recently with the Cockliffe Country House Hotel.

Virginie Basselot has joined La Réserve Geneva as Executive Chef and Director of Food and Beverage. She was previously the Executive Chef of the St. James Paris, where she earned the title of Meilleur Ouvrier de France (2015) and a Sous Chef at the Hotel Bristol Paris.

Alan Woods has been appointed Head Chef at the Belmond Grand Hibernian in Dublin. He is the former Head Chef at Thornton’s in Dublin.

Hadleigh Barrett has been appointed Head Chef at the Deer Park Country House Hotel. Barrett was most recently the Head Chef at Combe House in Honiton â€" recently re-launched as the Pig at Combe.

Daniel Moon has been appointed Head Chef at the Gainsborough Bath Spa. He is the former Head Chef of Hunstrete House and the Homewood Park Hotel, both in Bath.

Martyn Watkins has been appointed Executive Chef at St. David’s Hotel & Spa in Cardiff. Watkins is the former Executive Chef at the Bristol Marriott Royal, the Hilton Reading and the Hilton Puckrup Hall in Tewkesbury.

Sylvain Portay has re-joined Groupe Alain Ducasse as Executive Chef and Director of the high-volume Café de Paris in Monaco. Portay spent many years as Chef de Cuisine at the award-winning Ritz-Carlton San Francisco.

Arthur Ho has been named General Manager at the Four Seasons Pudong, Shanghai. He was most recently with the Four Seasons Shenzhen as General Manager.

Clyde Min has joined Outrigger Hotels in Honolulu as General Manager of the Outrigger Reef Waikiki Beach Resort and the Outrigger Waikiki Beach Resort. Min’s international résumé includes stints as VP Asset Management for Singapore-based Pacifica Partners and VP, Asia Pacific, for Kingdom Hotel Investments.

Maria Jagla has been named General Manager of the Four Seasons Bora Bora. She was most recently serving as General Manager at the Four Seasons Sharm El Sheik.

Debi Bishop has moved to the Hilton Hawaiian Village as Managing Director. For the past eight years, she had been overseeing the Hilton Waikoloa Village. Bishop is the former Managing Director of the Sawgrass Marriott Resort and Spa.

Dinah-Louise Marrs has been named General Manager for the Swiss-Belhotel Brisbane. She is the former General Manager of the Point Brisbane Hotel.

Marco Polo Hotels has appointed Duncan Palmer as Managing Director at the Murray Building in Hong Kong. Palmer is the former Managing Director at the Langham London and the Langham Hong Kong.

Henry Tay has been named Hotel Manager at the Four Seasons Guangzhou. He had most recently opened the Sofitel Nanjing Zhongshan Golf Sunning.

The Four Seasons Maui has named Martin Dell Resort Manager. He was most recently at the Regent Singapore as Hotel Manager.

Hervé Dudognon has been named Director of Food and Beverage at the Langham Sydney. He had previously served as Restaurant Manager at the Mandarin Oriental Hong Kong at Pierre before taking on his most recent post overseeing Merivale in Sydney.

Heiko Roeder has been named Vice President, Food and Beverage, at Imperial Pacific International Holdings Limited. He is the former Director of Food and Beverage at the Four Seasons Guangzhou.

Mandy Kan has been named Director, Casino Food and Beverage at the Marina Bay Sands. Kan is the former Assistant Director Food and Beverage at Resorts World Casino New York City.

Guillaume Delemarle has moved to the Grand Hyatt Seoul as Executive Assistant Manager â€" Food and Beverage. He was most recently in the same position at the Grand Hyatt Singapore.

Bastian Breuer has been named Group Director of Restaurants, Bars and Events at the Marco Polo Hotel Group in Hong Kong. He was most recently overseeing food and beverage at the Ritz-Carlton Macau. Breuer had previously been in the same position for the Ritz-Carlton Sanya and the Mandarin Oriental Kuala Lumpur.

The Four Seasons Singapore has named Smriti Khandelwal Director of Marketing. She was most recently in the same position at the Four Seasons Mumbai.

Kanchalikar Phruttisarikorn has been appointed Director of Public Relations and Marketing Communications at 137 Pillars Hotels and Resorts in Bangkok. She was most recently the Public Relations and Marketing Communications Manager at The Unique Collection of Hotels and Resorts.

Michele Greggio has been named Executive Chef at the Pan Pacific Singapore. Greggio is the former Executive Chef at the Inaya Putri Bali Resort Nusa Dua.

Joshua Nudd has been appointed Executive Chef for the Temple House in Chengdu. He is the former Executive Chef for the Niccolo Hotel by Marco Polo.

Jules Dubois has been named Assistant Director of Food and Beverage at the Mandarin Oriental Hong Kong. Dubois was most recently the Director of Restaurants at the Ritz-Carlton Tokyo.

MIDDLE EAST AND AFRICA

Jean-Gabriel Peres has been appointed President and Chief Executive Officer at Kerzner International in Dubai. He is the former Chief Executive Officer of Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts, where his successor is Olivier Chavy.

Henk Meyknecht has been appointed Senior Vice President, Regional Operations for the Middle East and Africa at Kempinski Hotels based in Dubai. He was most recently overseeing the Grand Kempinski Shanghai and is the former General Manager and Area Director for Jordan at Kempinski Hotel Ishtar Dead Sea.

Dan Benzaquen has been appointed General Manager at the Mövenpick Resort & Spa Tala Bay Aqaba in Jordan. He was previously with the Mövenpick Resort & Spa Dead Sea as Executive Assistant Manager.

Celian Skandrani is the new Director of Operations at the Fairmont Hotel Amman. Skandrani was most recently at Raffles Istanbul as Executive Assistant Manager Food and Beverage.

Michael Groll has moved to the Mandarin Oriental Doha as Director of Food and Beverage. He was most recently in the same position at the Mandarin Oriental Kuala Lumpur. Groll had previously overseen food and beverage at the W Retreat & Spa Bali and Mandarin Oriental’s Excelsior Hotel Hong Kong.

Shafi Syed has been appointed Group Chief Development Officer at the Jumeirah Group in Dubai. Syed was most recently with Trump Hotels as Regional Vice President of Development and Acquisitions.

Thomas Gyarmathy has been named Director of Rooms at the Four Seasons Casablanca, taking over from André Buldini. Gyarmathy was most recently serving as Rooms Division Manager at the Mandarin Oriental Munich.
