Housed within a Victorian structure along Norfolk Square in London’s Paddington neighborhood, the Pilgrm hotel is set to make its debut next month with a design from Sheffield, UK-based 93ft.

Details from the original Victorian building, like a timber staircase and cast iron balustrades, add to the renovation’s understated sense of luxury.

A combination of reclaimed and restored furniture and fittings punctuate the interior. A neighborhood café on the ground floor serves as the welcome experience for guests, while a lounge on the first floor hosts a drawing room that accommodates around 30 covers and an open kitchen and bar.

Four configurations—bunk, small, medium, and large—span the 73 guestrooms.

Modern carpets and 200-year-old reclaimed parquet floors span each room alongside custom, traditional wardrobes and restored radiators.
