Situated in Northwestern Hungary, adjacent to the Austrian and Slovakian borders, Hard Rock Hotel and Casino Hungary will be a premier entertainment resort, combining a variety of "Vegas-style" games, electrifying entertainment, luxurious accommodations, and international dining and shopping.

Hard Rock International has announced an agreement with EuroVegas Hungary Ltd, owned by Asamer Group and Supersberger Group, to develop Hard Rock Hotel and Casino Hungary, a premium integrated world-class resort.

Hard Rock Hotel and Casino Hungary, expected to open in early 2012, will ultimately have more than 600 guestrooms, including a variety of suites such as the brand's Rock Star Suites, which are tailored and customized for the rock star at heart.  The new location will also feature a Hard Rock Casino providing a Vegas-style gambling experience with a variety of options of table games and slot machines.

Additional amenities will include a pool and deck for lounging and entertainment, a Rock Spa for relaxing and "detoxing" and a Rock Shop, where guests can check out the brand's authentic rock ‘n' roll gear and merchandise. Additional highlights will also include signature restaurants and bars, a convention center, concert venue, nightclub, high-end retail shopping and over 2500 parking spaces.

"We are thrilled to announce plans for Hard Rock Hotel and Casino Hungary, and we are equally enthusiastic about the opportunity to join in an agreement with EuroVegas Hungary Ltd," said Jim Allen, Chairman, Seminole Hard Rock Entertainment. "Hungary is the perfect location for Hard Rock to continue building on its base of world-class hotel and casino properties, and this development will facilitate further expansion of the Hard Rock brand in Europe."

Hard Rock Hotels and Casinos are ideally situated in destinations with unique character and tourist appeal. The properties cater to the evolving and distinctive needs of today's savvy traveler, who seeks a reprieve from traditional, predictable properties. Hard Rock Hotel and Casino Hungary will offer a stylish and modern design, unparalleled service and the singular thread that unites them all – music.  Located a short distance from Vienna, Austria, Bratislava, Slovakia and Budapest, Hungary, Hard Rock Hotel and Casino Hungary is sure to become the "must experience" destination in Europe.

"We are convinced that Hard Rock International is the ideal partner for our project," said Alfred Supersberger, Co-Chairman, Eurovegas Hungary Ltd. "Hard Rock International stands for a perfect combination of entertainment and success, having excellent expertise in operating a large world-class hotel and casino as well as offering a unique experience to our guests." Credit Suisse is acting as financial advisor to EuroVegas Hungary Ltd.

Hard Rock Hotel and Casino Hungary will join Hard Rock's other hotel and casino properties, including: Hard Rock Hotel and Casino Las Vegas; Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino Hollywood (Florida); Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino Tampa (Florida); Hard Rock Hotel and Casino Macau; and Hard Rock Hotel and Casino Biloxi (Mississippi); as well as branded hotels in Orlando (Florida); Chicago (Illinois); San Diego (California); Pattaya and Bali.

Additional hotel and casino projects have been announced in Penang/Malaysia, scheduled to open in 2009; Singapore scheduled to open in 2010; Atlanta and Panama, scheduled to open in 2011; Dubai and Abu Dhabi, scheduled to open in 2012.
