After Dubai and Marrakesh, Chef Yannick Alleno, muliti star Michelin, of Le Meurice - Paris (3*) and Le Cheval Blanc - Courchevel (2*) has opened his first restaurant Asia.

S.T.A.Y. stands for "Simple Table Alleno Yannick" and will be offering simple tasty French cuisine of locally sourced fresh ingredients.
The restaurant is located in the Shangri-La Hotel Beijing and has replaced Blu Lobster.
The contemporary designed restaurant includes a "communal table" and a pastry library where guests' can choose from mouthwatering deserts and tell the chef their favorite "finishing touch" for their pastry.

The Beijing iteration of S.T.A.Y. promises more of the same--including a pastry "library" (his first job was as a pastry chef) and a communal table.
