Home Properties, owned by Norwegian investor Petter Stordalen, has sold the building that houses the 152-room Radisson Blu Strand Hotel in Stockholm, Sweden, for SKr600 million (€66 million).
The new owner will take over the 6,300-ft² building, which was built in 1912, on 1 September 2011.
The sale is part of Home Properties' strategic realignment of its portfolio to include only hotels that are operated by Nordic Choice Hotels, of which Stordalen is a majority owner.
