‘Eat Well, Feel Well' healthy menus include a selection of low-calorie recipes from a wide range of cuisines from breakfast to appetisers, soups, main dishes and desserts that will not only help to balance an individual's nutritious diet but also introduce guests how food can be tasteful without having to compromise their favourite appertisers. Among these are specialty healthy gourmet dishes like Tuna Nicoise, Bouillabaisse Soup, and much more.
