Banyan Tree launches 'Karma Comes Around' in March – an aggressive online campaign to recognise its guests who book early.
With the demand for travel significantly improving due to the recovery of the global economic crisis, travellers are subject to disappointment when they book last minute. For the past couple of years, travellers have been conditioned to book at the last minute to enjoy the best deal. This is no longer the case.
Guests to Banyan Tree and Angsana - its sister brand - can enjoy credits equivalent to one night's room rate for every booking of two nights and above. The complimentary credits (up to a maximum of US$2,500 in value) can be used to offset charges for spa treatments, dining and purchases at the retail galleries.

For a limited-period from 1 to 15 March 2011, the "Karma Comes Around" online promotion is available for booking only at banyantree.com and angsana.com, for stays between 1 March and 31 May 2011 (dates inclusive).
Mr Arthur Kiong, Managing Director, Hotel Operations (Asia Pacific) and Senior Vice President, Group Marketing Services said, "Our customers expect real value. We are providing them a compelling incentive for booking early. As travel demand picks up this summer, we wish to avoid customers being disappointed due to lack of availability at the last minute."
