Fairmont Hotels & Resorts continues to expand its brand presence globally, with a number of exciting hotel and mixed-use projects in its development pipeline. Located throughout the world, these properties will be introduced over the course of the next few years and include hotels in Oman, Jaipur and the Philippines.

2011

The 324-room Fairmont Baku and is located on a prime site next to the Azerbaijan parliament buildings and overlooking the Caspian Sea in the coastal city of Baku, Azerbaijan. A new iconic complex, the Flame Towers, will incorporate hotel, residential and commercial space and will be linked by centrally located retail and leisure facilities

The Fairmont Jaipur, will offer 248-room guestrooms, a variety of restaurants and bars, including a poolside bar, a 10,000 square foot Willow Stream spa, a 5,000 square foot health club and a 48,500 square foot Convention Center.  The city, located in northwest India, offers a rich cultural heritage and is gaining prominence as a commercial and meetings destination.

Fairmont Residences, Zamalek Island, Cairo will offer twenty-one luxurious two and three bedroom residences, each with a terrace and elegant finishes throughout. The development is in the highly sought-after Zamalek District, located on the banks of the Nile River on Gezira Island, between modern downtown Cairo and Giza.

2012 & Beyond

Located on the east coast of the United Arab Emirates with sweeping views of the Gulf of Oman, and lauded for its natural beauty set against the backdrop of the historic Hajar Mountains, a Fairmont flag will fly at Fairmont Mina Al Fajer, Fujairah.  The project will consist of an 88-room hotel with dedicated meeting facilities, a Willow Stream spa and a marina. 

Fairmont Makati, Philippines will offer 300 rooms and suites, a wide range of meeting and function space, a large, outdoor pool, a spa and fitness facilities as well as Fairmont Gold. The hotel will be conveniently located near the Philippine Stock Exchange, many offices and headquarters of global companies in addition to some of the city's most prominent luxury shopping.

Fairmont Hyderabad, India will feature 350 rooms and suites, a variety of restaurants and bars, a Willow Stream Spa and pool, and a wide range of meeting and function space. The hotel is conveniently located near the growing business development area of the city, dubbed the Silicon Valley of the East, a modern information technology and biotechnology hub.

On Dubai's The Palm, Jumeirah, Fairmont Palm Jumeirah will comprise a 382-room luxury resort including 36,500 square feet of meeting space, outdoor leisure facilities including a beach restaurant and a private beach club, a pool complex and children's activity center, as well as a variety of dining facilities featuring sea, garden or pool views and a Willow Stream spa. 

In Breckenridge, Colorado; Fairmont Residences, Shock Hill will offer a total of 87 one-, two- and three-bedroom condominiums and penthouse residences and is located in a pristine location within the Ten Mile Mountain Range, the White River National Forest, and neighboring Town of Breckenridge.  Nearby are some of North America's premier ski resorts and five championship golf courses, including the Jack Nicklaus designed, 27-hole Breckenridge Golf Club. 

The Fairmont Abu Dhabi, overlooking the famed Abu Dhabi Corniche will feature 24 high rise residential towers connected by a four-level podium of commercial office space, food and beverage outlets and retail space, all with underground parking.  The hotel will offer 446 guestrooms and suites plus 198 residential apartments, a Willow Stream spa, banquet space, and food and beverage outlets.

Fairmont Haitang Bay Resort will open in Sanya, on the southernmost tip of Hainan Island, China, which is fast emerging as a premier tropical resort destination. The beachfront resort will offer 702 spacious guestrooms and suites including Fairmont Gold, 50 one- and two-bedroom villa suites, meeting and function space including an 8,600 square foot grand ballroom, a Willow Stream Spa, outdoor and indoor swimming pools and access to a nearby golf course.

Located in Oman's leading tourism and residential development is Fairmont The Wave, Muscat on the picturesque coast of the Gulf of Oman.  Positioned next to a Greg Norman-designed 18-hole championship golf course, the resort will offer more than 300 guestrooms and suites, gourmet restaurants, meeting and leisure facilities, a Willow Stream Spa as well as Fairmont branded residences and Fairmont Heritage Place.
