
The first capsule hotel in China has made its way to the Shanghai Railway Station.
The hotel follows a popular concept in Japan, providing low budget travellers with cheap accommodation and minimal frills.
The 68-unit Xi Tai Capsule Hotel, which only permits men, provides free lockers, a public lavatory, showers and a smoking room.
Each unit measures 1.1 metres in breadth and height and 2.2 metres in length, and provides a flat-screen television and free wireless Internet service.
