URBN Hotels and Resorts will be collaborating with Vanke, the largest residential real estate developer in China, to construct and operate a sustainably built and green-operated hotel in Sanlin District of Pudong, Shanghai.
The 20,000-square- metre boutique green hotel – URBN Hotel Pudong, will be part of a larger development, comprising commercial, retail and residential components.
The entire project will feature 55 hotel rooms, 50 URBN serviced residences, and 4,500 square metres of dining, wellness and art spaces. URBN Hotel Pudong is slated to open during spring of 2012.
