The Hong Kong Tourism Board announced that MICE visitor arrivals exceeded 280,000 in the first quarter of 2010, an increase by approximately 30% as compared to the same period in the previous year.
As the global economy has shown signs of recovery since the beginning of 2010, Hong Kong has seen an increase in the number of MICE events during the first three months of 2010, resulting in a rise in MICE visitor arrivals.
