The trendy Hotel Indigo® Chicago-Vernon Hills that opened in 2008 on Chicago's North Shore has received two prestigious awards from InterContinental Hotels Group: the Priority Club® Excellence Award for overall guest satisfaction and the Renovation Award for its major renovation program.
The hotel was recognized during the 2009 IHG Americas Investors & Leadership Conference in Washington, D.C. earlier this month.
The Hotel Indigo Chicago-Vernon Hills was one of just 19 hotels selected for the Priority Club Excellence Award from a portfolio of more than 4,300 hotels, and had to meet the highest standards of quality and customer service.
"The Hotel Indigo Chicago-Vernon Hills exemplifies the outstanding service our hotels put forth to ensure our most loyal guests, Priority Club Rewards® members, are consistently valued and recognized," said Jim Abrahamson, president, the Americas, IHG.
