AHL to buy two Ridges in Australia.

Amalgamated Holdings Limited (AHL) has announced that it is paying approximately US$31 million for Rydges Gladstone Hotel and Rydges Southbank Townsville Hotel from Abacus Hospitality Fund.

Rydges Gladstone Hotel, which is located in Queensland, Australia, offers 95 rooms and the deal also includes the management rights to 12 two-bedroom apartments located near the hotel.

The 98-key Rydges Southbank Townsville Hotel is also located in Queensland.
