City of Dreams, the integrated entertainment resort owned by Melco Crown Entertainment Limited, welcomed a total of 1.1 million visitors in July 2009, or an average of 37,000 visitors per day.
From its 353 mass market gaming tables, the resort generated approximately US$132 million in table games revenue, reflecting a 33% growth from June 2009.
Similarly, its 136 rolling chip gaming tables generated a 36% increase in revenue from June figures to record US$2.65 billion.
Total rolling chip volume at Altira Macau also witnessed a 13% increase in July to record approximately US$3.17 billion. In addition, City of Dreams plans to open the 800-key Grand Hyatt Macau by end of the third quarter of 2009.
