A Park Inn for Norway and a Radisson Blu for Croatia.

When Rezidor Hotel Group decided to return to Norway to develop Park Inn number seven in the country, the town of Steinkjer, in central Norway, cried out 'take a chance on me'.

Rezidor must have been listening as it has just announced that the 110-room Park Inn Steinkjer is to open in the first quarter of 2011.

Rezidor has also opened its first Radisson Blu property in Croatia this week. The Radisson Blu Resort & Spa, Dubrovnik Sun Gardens opened on the Dalmation Coast with 201 rooms and 207 apartments.

Radisson Blu number two for Croatia, the 255-room Radisson Blu Resort, Split, is set to open at the beginning of 2010.
