Dusit ascends to luxury with new brand.

Dusit International reconfirms its entry to luxury with the announcement of the first Dusit Devarana Hotel opening in New Delhi, India during the first half of 2010. 

The company's fifth sub-brand following a strategic re-branding and expansion plan, Dusit Devarana which means "garden in heaven" in Thai-Sankrit epitomises the definitive sanctuary for travellers who value only the finest in the world.  Other hotels and resorts under development are located in Jaipur and Rishikesh in India and Phang Nga Bay, Thailand.

With India's Bird Group as partners, Dusit Devarana will see its first hotel opening in New Delhi.  Set within a 30,000 square-metre exceptional enclave and inspired by local Indian architecture, the 85-suite garden oasis is designed by award-winning Thai architect Mathar "Lek" Bunnag.  A 10-minute drive from Gurgaon and the international airport, the hotel will showcase oversize accommodation, spa-like bathrooms, manicured gardens and ficus labyrinths, a central reflection pond, a ceremonial square, and a luxurious Devarana Spa.
