Take to the skies relaxed, refreshed and rejuvenated -The facilities offer high quality product ranges as well as tailor-made travel treatments aimed at reducing stress and tiredness.

Emirates Hotels & Resorts' signature Timeless Spa, located at the new Emirates Terminal 3 (T3) at Dubai Airport is now open.

The T3 facilities mirror Timeless Spa's concepts - originally created at the Al Maha Desert Resort & Spa - and offer the same high quality product ranges as well as tailor-made travel treatments to reduce stress and ease tiredness. Guests embark on a sensory journey, looked after by therapists trained in a fusion of healing practices inspired by cultures across the world, as well as modern rejuvenation, well-being and beauty techniques.

The spa facilities are available in Emirates Airline's First and Business Class lounges, as well as on the hotel level of the concourse in T3, which has full spa facilities.

Passengers flying Emirates First and Business Class can choose from a range of soothing treatments designed to relax and rejuvenate the traveller. Treatments include De-stress back massage, therapeutic head-and-shoulders treatments, and stimulating leg and foot massages to increase blood circulation and reduce stiffness and aches. Regenerative hand therapy, as well as Refresh manicure and pedicure treatments, are also available for those wishing to look their best on arrival.

Emirates' First Class passengers can enjoy 15-minute treatments on a complimentary basis, while Business Class passengers can avail of 25-minute treatments for a nominal charge. Passengers in all classes of travel, including those in transit and those checking in early, can access a wide range of full spa treatments and can book their appointments at the Timeless Spa located on the hotel-level concourse, which boasts seven full treatment rooms. Here, weary travellers can enjoy full back and body massages, and a range of deep cleansing, therapeutic facials, including the signature Timeless Traditions Signature Body Treatment.

The Emirates First and Business Class lounges each offers ten treatment stations, including a hair salon station where the lavish Schwarzkopf SEAH HairSpa range of products are used. This hair equivalent of a massage counteracts the drying effects of long flights. Hair products, which include Blossom Bath Shampoo and Cashmere Wrap Lotion Conditioner, are also available for purchase.

All spa facilities are open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Appointments are made on a walk-in basis and guests should arrive at least 15 minutes prior to their treatment.

Tony Williams, Senior Vice President, Resorts & Projects, Emirates Hotels & Resorts said: "Travel can be physically demanding, often resulting in stress and fatigue. This is especially true for business travel, when one is expected to ‘hit the ground running' on arriving at the destination. We have been somewhat surprised by the volume of businessmen using the spas, and their feedback has been exclusively positive. Transit passengers, with two-three hours to spare, are also finding it very satisfying to break their journey with an hour of relaxing, pampering, and a thorough massage. The difference of getting onto an aircraft in a relaxed and tranquil mood, as opposed to being harried and rushed, really sets one up for the journey.

"Our team of international therapists, expertly trained alongside our resort therapists, offer well-selected, holistic treatments. There is really no reason why one should wait to be in a resort or hotel to have such a quality spa experience. We are delighted with the feedback we have received thus far, from offering these treatments to a wider audience at Emirates' Terminal 3."

Complementing the Timeless Spa experience are three distinct product ranges.

The Timeless range is the result of a unique collaboration and extensive research between Emirates Hotels & Resorts and Babor AG of Germany and is made up of a blend of restorative ingredients indigenous to the Gulf region. Long known for their medicinal, curative and balanced dietary values, date extracts are combined with the calming properties of frankincense to produce this unique, effective, and distinct range. This unique range of products is also sold at all Timeless Spa facilities.

Babor products, used in the Timeless Spa treatments, have been created using some of the world's most advanced research into therapeutic extracts. These unique products are not available at retail outlets as they are developed for diagnostic use, based on a client's skin type, age, and specific lifestyle requirements.

Sodashi, the third range of products on offer at the Timeless Spa, represents one of the biggest advances in spa and beauty treatment products. Produced in Australia since 1999, Sodashi is arguably the purest product range ever to be created. It bases its success on the highest quality plant extracts and essences – 100 per cent natural and free from any chemical or animal products.
