The condition by the anti govt protesters to reopen Bangkok's airports is that the PM has to stand down.
The courts have now made this mandatory and the Thailand Constitutional Court has just announced that the 3 coalition political parties currently in government were guilty of election fraud and the parties are to be dissolved and their members are banned from politics for 5 years.
This includes the PM and the entire cabinet.
250,000 people are still stranded in Thailand by the airport closures. If the protestors leave the airports they could re-open in 7 days. However no-one is sure how the verdict will will be reacted to by pro-government supporters.
More news as I get it.
