A state of emergency at Thailand's airports.

Anti-government protesters have occupied and closed facilities at two major Thai airports.

More than 3,000 passengers have been left stranded at Thailand's Suvarnabhumi Airport with Singapore airlines, like many other airlines stopping their services.

At this time, given the situation at Suvarnabhumi Airport, it is not possible to say when flights will resume, but it is hoped the situation can return to normal soon so customers can resume their travel plans, or return home.

The protests have been going on for months and are already having a negative impact  on both Thai tourism (reduced visitor stats coming into peak holiday season) and the economy.
