To help address the effects of today's fast-paced lifestyle - travel - harsh climatic conditions and diet.

Emirates Hotels & Resorts opens the doors to their latest Timeless Spa at The Harbour Hotel & Residence.

Extending Emirates Hotels & Resorts' well-established signature spa operations, The Harbour Hotel & Residence, the hospitality division's first city-based hotel, opened the doors to its very own Timeless Spa.

The Timeless Spa at the Harbour Hotel & Residence with its associated gymnasium, and 1,500-square-metre swimming pool and leisure deck is a fitting addition to Dubai's spa industry. Mirroring the Timeless Spa concepts, originally created at the Al Maha Desert Resort & Spa the city spa is designed in soothing, earthy shades; with guest privacy and personal space driving the layouts and treatment areas.

Comprising six treatment rooms, four for ladies and two for gentlemen, the spa specialises in relaxation and rejuvenation massage treatments, as well as beauty and health therapies. Guests are spoilt for choice with over 30 signature body and facial treatments on offer.

Tony Williams, Vice President, Emirates Hotels & Resorts said: "The Timeless Spa was first initiated in our flagship Al Maha property, where it was instantly appreciated by our guests, most of whom are exposed to the best products and treatments available across the world. The effectiveness of our selected ranges and our therapists' expertise in consulting and conducting treatments was well recognised. We will now offer this experience in all our properties."

While most spas boast relaxation, health and beauty treatments Timeless Spas have set themselves apart. "Through the product ranges we employ, and the skill to use them effectively being paramount in our staff training, the treatments offered are proven in their effectiveness. The development and selection of specific product ranges has taken place over the past five years, resulting in a spa which produces noticeable results for its clients," added Tony.

Consultation with personal spa therapists would result in an agreed regime of treatments, matched to one of three product ranges used in the treatments. The Timeless range – the result of unique collaboration and research between Emirates Hotels & Resorts and Babor AG of Germany – is a blend of restorative ingredients traditional to the Gulf area. Long-known for their medicinal, curative and balanced dietary values, date extracts are combined with the calming properties of frankincense to produce this unique, effective and distinct range.

Treatments and products at the Timeless Spa address the effects of today's fast-paced lifestyle, travel, harsh climatic conditions and diet. Treatments such as Jet Lag Recovery, After Sun Skin Soothers, Eye-lifting Gel facials, and even the well-known Swedish massage and Hot Stone Relaxation massage take on new dimensions.

In a Dubai hotel first, numerous treatments at The Harbour's Timeless Spa will draw on the mineral-rich healing properties of the sea, using seashell exfoliation and massage products on deeper layers of the skin. Sea Creation, Marine Mineral facial, Marine Detoxifying body wraps and Serenity Salt therapy are not to be missed.

All through  March, guests using the Timeless Spa at The Harbour hotel in Dubai will be treated to a complimentary foot massage when they book a High Skin Refiner facial. This deluxe facial uses Babor products and is specially designed for mature, dry and devitalised skin. Alternatively, customers can opt for a complimentary invigorating sea salt foot scrub with any 90-minute massage treatment.
