Trump International Hotel & Tower Chicago will welcome its first hotel guests in December 2007.

The hotel, comprising floors 14-27 of a 92-story residential tower in development by the Trump Organization, features 339 luxuriously appointed guestrooms -- including one-, two- and three-bedroom suites.

Designed by the noted architectural firm of Skidmore, Owings & Merrill with interiors by McGinley Design, Trump International Hotel & Tower promises to be a stunning addition to Chicago's distinguished skyline.

In tune with the hotel's eponymous decade-old sibling located at One Central Park West in New York City, the Chicago hotel will feature top-of-the-line appointments, unrivaled service and the very special personal attention provided by the Trump Attache. The hotel's unparalleled amenities are highlighted by The Spa at Trump (including dedicated spa guestrooms), elegant conference and private event space, a full-service health club, sophisticated lounge and a restaurant that will rival the best Chicago has to offer.

Guest Rooms

Upon arrival at Trump International Hotel & Tower Chicago, guests will be greeted with the utmost attention and care, beginning with assistance from the hotel's 24-hour, white-glove door attendants, or, as elected by the guests, their Trump Attache. Spacious guest quarters feature 10-foot, floor-to-ceiling windows affording breathtaking views of Lake Michigan, the Chicago River and the city skyline.

Contemporary, custom-designed furniture grace the living areas, and bedrooms  include deluxe Stearns & Foster pillow-top mattresses and 500 thread count linens from Bellino. Fully-equipped kitchens feature Italian wood cabinetry by Snaidero and stainless steel appliances including a microwave and a dishwasher and cook top by Miele. The room's Sub-Zero refrigerator also serves as the mini-bar, offering -- in addition to snacks, water and juices -- half-sized bottles of wine and spirits. The limestone, five-fixture bathroom features custom vanities, separate stall shower, deep soaking tubs, in-mirror television portal and premium fixtures offering luxurious touches. For optimum entertainment options, each room includes a flat-screen LCD television that is HDTV-equipped, DVD players, a state-of-the-art stereo system and iPod adapters.

Attache Guest Services

For a purely customized experience, Attache Guest Services is available around the clock to serve guests' needs before, during and after their stay. The Skyline Room accommodates up to 175 people with 12-foot floor-to-ceiling windows that offer an incomparable city skyline view of Chicago's Gold Coast neighborhood. The Spa at Trump

Guests will have a truly distinct opportunity to "get away from it all" at The Spa at Trump located on the hotel's 14th floor. In addition to 11 treatment rooms offering an array of massages, facials and relaxation programs, spa amenities include Swiss and Vichy showers, hydrotherapy services, a manicure and pedicure suite and a host of signature local beauty treatments. Kate Somerville signature treatments will also highlight the guest experience. The hotel's Spa Butlers will
assist with the array of treatment options, and will provide uncompromising personal service, facilitating each guest's spa
experience with ease, serenity and utmost care. Signature spa items and packages from The Spa at Trump will inspire one-of-kind gift solutions all year through.

Trump International Hotel & Tower Chicago will debut 53 spa guestrooms designed to enhance the spa experience. Located on the spa level, each accommodation is assigned a personal nutritionist along with an exclusive, in-room health menu. Trump Health Club
