"For years, we have been serving the hospitality industry worldwide by providing Print-on-Demand newspaper services to hotels that are looking for innovative ways to keep their guests returning again and again," said Alexander Kroogman, CEO of NewspaperDirect. "We see our PressDisplay service as an integral component of Swisscom's mission to integrate the key information and communication services that will allow hoteliers to build loyalty with business travellers."
"The PressDisplay electronic newspaper service is an ideal addition to Room 2.0 because it creates a "living room" experience where guests can put up their feet and enjoy their favorite publications without ever leaving their hotel room", said Christian Petit, CEO of Swisscom Hospitality Services. "With hundreds of same-day editions available in the system, there is little doubt this will be a very welcome service offering for all of our partner hotels."
Room 2.0 is offered to Swisscom's partner hotels free of charge. Presently available in 16 pilot locations in Amsterdam and The Hague, the new service will be successively deployed in Swisscom's partner hotels that will use Room 2.0 to differentiate themselves in a highly competitive market. |
