Two new signings for Delano in New York and London, only a few months ahead of the highly anticipated reopening of the original Delano Miami Beach.
This new chapter for Delano will bring the brand’s unmatched elegance and iconic style to some of the world’s most exciting destinations.
The choice of these iconic destinations sets the tone for Delano’s continued evolution, which is guided by a legacy of refinement, warmth and intuition and underlined by world-class entertainment and an innovative approach to cultural and wellness programming.
Following successful openings in Paris and Dubai, the brand’s growing global presence firmly positions Delano at the forefront of the luxury lifestyle landscape.
In Miami, the legendary original, Delano Miami Beach, will return as a tribute to the city’s creative soul, blending preserved Art Deco heritage with modern sophistication.
The reimagined hotel will feature 171 guest rooms, including Poolside Bungalows and Penthouse Suites, alongside four dining and bar concepts, including the much-loved Rose Bar, which once hosted Hollywood royalty and the who’s who of Miami society.
Located on Spring Street in Hudson Square, the hotel, is on the doorstep of SoHo, renowned for its galleries, boutiques, and restaurants.
Masterfully merging modern and classic elements. Delano SoHo New York will offer a serene sanctuary for relaxation and a dynamic environment for social interaction. The 390 guest rooms and suites feature fluid silhouettes, rich textures, and bespoke finishes.
Rising to the top of the 46-story tower, guests will also discover expansive event spaces that connect creative insiders, global travellers, and locals through a shared language of elegance and elevated energy. New York and Miami Beach are in partnership with Cain.
Over in London, opening in late 2026 just moments from Kensington Gardens, the 67-room Delano London developed in partnership with Signature Developers and DCD Properties will embody a dialogue between contemporary minimalism and rich, textural warmth.
The ground-floor restaurant, curated by Ennismore’s F&B Platform, will introduce one of its most distinctive and authentic dining concepts to London for the first time. Completing the experience, Miami’s legendary Rose Bar will make its London debut in a discreet, subterranean setting, an intimate, glamorous haven that captures the brand’s unmistakable after-dark allure.
This momentum builds on Ennismore’s strategic partnership with Cain, which acquired a minority stake in Delano in 2024. Together, they are making bold moves to invest in the brand, elevating its presence worldwide. As part of this next chapter, Ennismore also welcomes Ben Pundole as Chief Brand Officer for Delano.
With deep experience in the global luxury and lifestyle sector, Pundole brings a strong track record in shaping innovative hospitality brands and driving cultural relevance, further strengthening Delano’s positioning for the future.
