The month included two Billie Eilish concerts (10-11 June), Eurostatory 2026 (15-19 June) and Fashion Week (24-29 June).

Occupancy peaked (94.0%) for Billie Eilish’s second concert on 11 June. Highs in the other key metrics were recorded during Eurostatory, with ADR reaching EUR595.33 on 16 June and RevPAR topping out the following night at EUR534.14.

Fashion Week pushed occupancy to 93.6% on 24 June, which was the second highest level seen during the month. ADR and RevPAR hit EUR521.12 on 27 June and EUR486.87 on 24 June.

The market’s occupancy levels remained above the 80% mark throughout the month apart from two days (1 and 9 June).
